Advised customer the issue is likely coming from vapor lock in plumbing, there is no evidence of leak on washer. Call complete."

"Arrived to inspect temperature issues. The CX described an issue that appeared to be the unit not able to re-ignite after preheating. I inspected the igniter and found it slightly mis-installed and corrected. The air venturi was set completely open (too lean) and allowing too much air to be drawn, causing a considerable amount of fuel to not burn. I reset the venturi to acceptable altitude settings and tested in normal mode. The unit heated and cycled as designed. Temps were preheat claimed at 347, then; 337, 359, 341, 359, 340, 360, 341. Average temp: 348. Advised the CX about the single rack rapid preheat vs normal preheat. No gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site for a washer that wont turn on. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he unplugged his unit when the unit would not drain or turn back on. Plug the unit back in and did find the unit to turn on. Found the unit going into a drain but found that the drain was set up with a closed drain circuit that was not allowing the water to escape. Advise the customer his issue is with his draining situation. The customer then removed the components of the closed drain and put his drain hose into the stand pipe. Found the stand pipe overflowing. Immediately pulled the plug on the washer and showed the customer that has a draining issue. Customer will need a plumber to fix his drain line to fix his issue. Call complete.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. During sealed system pre-inspection I found the air diverter on the lower panel folded over and preventing correct airflow. This caused the high side heated air to recirculate through the system and cause excessive ice melting and low production. I removed the air dam and reinstalled it correctly and tested. The unit had debris in the lower area and I removed it. I verified two ice slabs produced and dropped onto the cutter grid, as designed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."
