I pulled the oven from the cabinet and fixed the wiring harness. I attempted to reinstall the oven and found the shelf has collapses. I inspected the shelf and found it was built using trim finishing nails. I spoke to the customer about the shelf and that we cant reinstall the unit safely with the cabinet in the condition it is. Did find that even though drain was receiving 120 volts, the motor internally was having trouble running. After replacing the drain line I was able to reassemble and test washer. Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. Upon arrival the customer stated that the dishwasher leak was coming through the cabinets and was sever. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for diverter disc missing. I began a test cycle and could instantly see it leaking from the diverter. I turned the unit off and drained the e chess water. I found a bad sump and motor needing to be replaced.I installed the new sump and motor. I then put the unit back into diagnostics mode and ran a test cycle. The unit ran through as designed and I observed no more leaks at the end of service.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Found connector that connects to drain pump was damaged. Removed connector and used two spades to temporarily connect the drain pump wires to the drain pump. Placed in diagnostics and ran dlms calibration. Washer ran through calibration as designed. Ran washer through service diagnostics and all cycles completed as designed. When spin cycle shifted through speeds I could hear squeaking. Ordering a new lower harness, belt, and splutch for return trip. returning with both controls and latch JIC to return and complete the repair. We will apply belt dressing to the current belt to eliminate the squeaking. If squeaking doesnt go away Im ordering a belt too. If a new belt doesnt eliminate the squeaking Im ordering the splutch as well. Customer understands there is more work to do. Explained the washer is ok to use until we return, but may hear squeaking in spin. Please place on waitlist schedule. Arrived on site for Not Dispensing Water - Side by Side Refrigerator. Found that the water line behind the fridge was kinked. The manufacture tape had come undone. I used foil tape to secure the water line to the back panel. Placed fridge back in place and water is dispensing as designed. Customer doesnt use ice maker so I also placed the ice maker in a harvest to ensure the valve was sending water to the ice mold. Water came in to mold and filling as designed. No leaks detected.
