"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with LEDs not working properly in the refrigerator compartment. Upon arrival the customer stated they had another service company come out for the same issue, and they replaced the door switches. They stated this temporarily worked. I ohmd out all LEDs, and door switches. All ohmd out good. I gained access to the control and found at connection P14 from pins 6 to 7 the LEDs were getting 31VDC. This is way to high. I installed the control and nothing changed

Arrived onsite for freezer buzzing noise upon arrival found unit compressor extremely hot and rattling. Ordering sealed system.; ordrng 1 W11209866 (Compressor) and 1 W11209261 (Evap) and 1 WPW10143759 (Drier)

Arrived onsite for unit not heating or starting. Tested the unit and unit would it start. Upon further inspection. Found that the fuse in the back had burned up along with the wire. Replaced the interlock. Tested the unit. Unit tested good. No issues at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that there is water in the drain filter area. I removed the filter and found the normal remaining water in the drain area. I advised the customer that the water is normal. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and I placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box and tested amp draw to the components. All components are within range on amp readings. I advised the customer that the unit Is operating as designed. Inspected the drain hoses and they are clear. Customer has an RO system but the RO drain hose is connected at the left side sink drain and not with the dishwasher drain hose. Contacted techline and spoke to TJ and advised of the complaint and my findings. TJ advised that the water in the drain area is normal and provided SR#7732245720. I recommended that should the customer have further issues to contact Whirlpool. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burners corroded. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and they are operating as designed. I found all of the burners with corrosion on them some worse than others. I removed and replaced the burner heads and retested and all burners continue to operate as designed. I made recommendations for use and care. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Removed sump and motor and control. Installed new sump and motor and control. Ran diagnostics and got same error codes. Called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to JR. He had me ohm out diverter. Diverter was out of range and giving a range way higher than it should be. Tech line also had me ohm out old diverter and it was giving the same exact high reading. Tech line requested and highly recommended we order a new diverter and harness through Whirlpool stock to ensure we get new stock and not shelf stock. Customer confirmed they had received additional shelves from Whirlpool that also didnt fit. Again, unfortunately the door only allows one shelf to be mounted on the bottom section of the door where the mounts are seated and the liner is deeper than all the mounts above. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is leaving clothes wet on the towel cycle only. Towels come out wet. Checked error codes and found no error codes present. Called tech line for guidance, SR7732247307. Tech line said with no error codes and unit running through diagnostic fine there is no recommended part to replace. Recommendations are to decrease soap usage and decrease the amount of soap used, as well as to run drain and spin if its not done and rung out.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying dishes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they made the changes as recommended at previous service call and the dishes are still not drying. When I opened the unit door, I found the dishes in the bottom rack dry except for the plastic dishes. I found most of the dishes were dry in the top rack except the plastics and the cups that were upside down and had some water on the bottoms. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. I tested again and checked the amp draw to the components and found 7-9amps to the element in wash and drying cycles. Retested and tested voltage at the control and the element is getting 122V in the wash and drying cycles. With the last test, I found a large amount of rinse aid suds in the bottom of the tub. I contacted techline and spoke to Kurt and advised the complaint and my findings. Kurt recommended replacing the dispenser due to it possibly leaking rinse aid and provided SR#7732248821. I advised the customer of my conversation with Whirlpool tech support and removed and replaced the dispenser and retested a final time. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for oven turning on it own has to shut it down at the breaker. Customer stated they woke up at 4:30 am to the oven in a broil heating at 550. Afterwards the oven would just randomly turn on and console buttons would not respond. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Found oven was not connected to WIFI. Customer was able to get the phone app connected while I was there. Once everything was connected the current time and date reflected in the console display. Customer was happy to see that it hadnt turned on by itself during the twenty five minutes we went through the diagnostic and WIFI set up. Customer used his Whirlpool app to start the preheat. Oven working as designed. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to follow up on dishwasher that had damaged float switch harness. On arrival I removed the toe kick and found the drain hose and also the elbow on the sump and motor have also been chewed through. No repairs being performed, unit has extensive rodent damage. Advised tenant of additional damage to unit and no repairs to be done. Left voicemail for landlord informing them of findings and that we arent going to replace the recommended parts. Unit needs at minimum sump and motor, drain line, likely water line, control and harness. Call complete."

Arrived on site for TRIPS THE CIRCUIT BREAKER DURING USE. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Checked junction box and all wires were properly seated. Ran through all diagnostic cycles and dishwasher never lost power. Ran through normal cycle to see if it would lose power. Allowed to run for twenty five minutes and dishwasher never lost power. Used outlet tester to ensure outlet was good. Used multimeter to test voltage at the wall and was getting 120. Suggested customer try running an extension cord to another outlet in the house that they know isnt a GFCI to test if dishwasher loses power. If it doesnt they will know either the outlet or the breaker for the dishwasher needs replacement. If it still loses power when plugged in with an extension cord customer will call us back to try and diagnose any failed components we can find.Job completed.

Arrived onsite to replace parts to the unit. Replaced the parts. Tested the unit. Unit tested good. No issues at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for unit not drying clothes properly. Customer said it would take them 2 or 3 times to get the unit to dry. Upon further inspection. Found that there was something inside of the vent. Something thick and heavy was inside of the vent tube and was covered in lint. The pice fell further down the tube. Let customer know that the duct will have to be cleaned. Tested the unit once more and unit heating up better than before. No issues at this time job complete

"Arrived on site to re-diagnose refrigerator with rc cooling issues but cooling properly in the fc. Upon arrival I took temps of the unit and found the freezer to be at -3? and the refrigerator compartment at 53?. I put the unit into service diagnostics and found all fans to be operating properly as designed, I put the ice maker through a self test and found it is operating properly as designed but is not reaching temp to dispense ice properly. I gained access and verified functionality of the thermistors, I found that the fc thermistor is reading out of range by a lot for higher temps in the fc when it is at proper temp, I gained access to the evap cover and found ice build up causing the ice maker fan to tick. I gained access to the back of the unit and removed the drain tube, I found it to be mostly clear but housed some debris, ; ordrng 1 W11318270 (Thermistor)"

I ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle. While it was running I could intermittently hear the motor make an abnormal rattle sound. I could not replicate a leak however. I tested the unit and found that when it was running, the dryer vent was rubbing on the back of the unit causing a slight squeak. I showed the customer and adjusted the unit. The unit was no longer making the noise. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with dented doors. Upon further inspection I found the left and right side refrigerator compartment doors dented. I replaced both doors, and verified with the customer that they looked okay. I verified the unit had good water flow and would dispense still. The unit is as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher throwing an F8E4 error code. Upon arrival the unit was throwing the F8E4 error code for float switch open/overfill. I gained access to the float switch assembly, and found the tray full of water. I emptied the tray. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E2 for drain motor electrical problem, F8E4 for float switch open, and FAE2 for vent wax motor electrical problem. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran through as designed. No error codes were thrown at the end of the cycle. Upon further inspection I found the valve dripping where the water line was threaded into the valve. I adjusted the line and re thread it. The unit is no longer leaking and is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator icing over and not keeping temps. Upon arrival the customer stated that the freezer compartment was getting a sheet of ice on the bottom of the compartment. He cleared the ice and cleaned the drain hose from the back. When he gained access to the evap he found ice built up on the top right. He found that the drain tube was not clogged. I checked temps and found the FC at 14?F and the RC at 36?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. I activated the heater and found it running as designed. I gained access to the evaporator and found the drain tube draining properly. Upon further inspection I also found the cap tube frozen over. The evap was not getting a proper frost pattern. This indicates a faulty sealed system.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with a filter not staying in place. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit will stop dispensing water when the filter is acting up. He also just replaced the filter and has continued to have the same issue. I gained access to the filter head and found the filter latch popped out. I put it back on, and the filter was now staying secure. The unit is now working as designed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that would continuously drain after plugged in. I tried putting the unit into diagnostics mode, but found the UI completely unresponsive. Due to this I replaced the control. The unit was no longer throwing itself into a drain after being plugged in. I ran a calibration and test cycle. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

"On site for washer leaking. Confirmed complaint. Found water leaking where inlet hose connects to valve on unit- cold side. Checked valve for leaks, none found. Found cold inlet hose loose causing constant leak. Cleaned rubber washer inside of hose, reassembled, tightened properly, and tested. Unit no longer leaking and functioning as designed. Informed customer that it is recommended to replace inlet hoses every 5 years. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production and noise, tested unit found ice maker missing feeler arm ice maker not filling properly making small ice cubes, customer also complained about rattling noise from behind the unit, pulled unit out, noticed piece of tape rattling above the condenser fan, also noticed that the water line was kinked causing ice maker not to fill properly, secured water line correctly, tested water pressure, pressure was at 50 psi, left unit far enough from wall to prevent kinked line, installed feeler are, cycled ice maker, ice maker received proper amount of water, unit running as designed, no leaks detected job complete"
