The original installer had incorrectly placed the burner caps and after correcting placement, the high flame was corrected and ignition occurred as designed. Further testing revealed the left half of the valves were making contact with the cooktop with attempted use. The front mounting bracket had been over-tightened and after setting as the MFG intended, the valve knobs rose to the expected height and the issue was resolved. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not making it through cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit well sometimes make it through cycles but other times will not. I ran it through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) and an F0 E3 (overload) error codes. I ran the unit for an auto test and found both valves filling as designed but when the unit went to go drain, I could not hear the water draining into the standpipe. Removed part of the drain pipe out of the standpipe and found water draining out of the drain hose. Pulled up the entirety of the drain hose and found the drain hose was 4 feet into the standpipe causing a backflow and siphoning water back into the tub. Used a septi to shorten the drain hose inside of the standpipe and tested the unit again. The unit began to work and operate as designed. I did advise the customer that the issue is most likely with the drain hose due to siphoning conditions that can shut down her washer in between the wash and rinse cycles. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

KGCU467VSS02 Arrived to inspect incorrect ignition. I found the ignition system engaging out of order and corrected. I adjusted the LPG delivery and then set low flame heights. All operations of the unit were present and it ignited quickly through all tests. No gas leaks detected during service. Warranty applied.

WDF520PADM9 Arrived to inspect unit not washing. I entered service test mode and found a 4-3 code stored. I verified line VAC to the sump motor and then removed and replaced the sump assembly. Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival confirmed issue issue but found temps in rc at 50 and fc at 37. Upon further inspection found all fans and compressor running but there was little/no frost patterns on either coil and compressor was only pulling between 0.2-0.3 amps indicating a failing compressor. Ran ice maker tests and found unit harvest and cycling as designed with no leaks. Arrived on site for washer getting off balance during use. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found f0e5 in diagnostics. Found washer unlvl leading to unit moving around to much. Rebalanced unit and tested unit with load inside. Found u it now functioning as designed with no leaks. Call complete

Arrived on site to test unit for light not working test unit and found bad bulb socket test good customer will go buy new light bulb. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had the unit unplugged. Plugged in it in and checked for any signs of heat from the condenser. Found no heat on the return line from the condenser for over five minutes upon starting up the compressor. Hooked on my gauges and found an equalize pressure of zero. Plug the unit in and found the pressure is running at 115 psi on the high side and -20 psi on the low side. Hooked up my nitrogen tank and ran the pressure up to 140 psi on both sides. Let the unit sit for 30 minutes and did not see any pressure drops. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian Sr# 7735251358. He advised that based on all the information and prior service history on this unit that he would submit the unit for review. He advised to not make any further repairs to this machine at this time and advise to tell the customer they would be in touch with myself or the customer depending on the next steps. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for display blanking out. On inspection found the unit had not ever been connected to the internet help customer to connect to his WiFi router. It connected and started to down load a new firm ware.
