Arrived on site for washer need him previously diagnosed rebuild. Upon arrival and sort all required parts and then ran a factory reset on the unit and afterword I fill the tub of 3/4 of the way for made sure that there are no leaks during agitation and then drained the unit and put it in a spin and still found no signs of leaking or any other failures. "Arrived to inspect temperature issues. I found the unit was actually operating as designed and the installation crew did not tell the CX that it can take up to 48 hours for the unit to fully cool and cycle the compressor. The doors were uneven and the chassis was not square and I corrected. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling correctly. Upon arrival confirm complaint and after further inspection found that the evaporator coil had no ice moisture buildup or coolness to the touch of any kind. Evap coil had a kink in the line. I then found the amp draw to the compressor was 0.19 and the compressor was barely able to run with 120 V supply to it. Found that the unit is going to require a sealed system repair including all or 600 equipment needed for repair. "Arrived to inspect no ice. I tested the FC temperature and found it at 29.7. RC was 48.2. The compressor drew 1.45 amps at low speed and initially in high speed mode, was at 3 amps and CHARGE to 2.1. The sealed system has failed and will require replacement. I did not find any signs of leaks at either evaporator, but will need to be checked when the compressor is replaced. There is Technical Service Pointer #: W10666205E, Special Project : S71233 covering this issue. The compressor, RC evap and labor are covered. If the unit needs the FC evaporator, CX is aware there is a charge for it, but not likely needed. Office to schedule return service and allow for 2 hours sealed system repair. "Arrived on site for a washing machine not spinning. Upon arrival the customer stated the issue is the cycle will often get stuck on the spin part and stop, and the spin LED will continue to flash. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F5E1 for lid switch fault and F9E1 for drain fault. I then ran a test cycle and found it ran through as designed. I manually activated each load and could not replicate any failure. I gained access to the pressure hose and found it in good shape. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found it in good shape. I found no breaks in the harness. Due to the unit being stuck on spin upon arrival I installed a new control, for I could not replicate a failure. I then calibrated the unit and ran another test cycle. The unit is working as designed at the time of service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave with no power. Upon further inspection, I tested the outlet and got 120V. I found the vent trim at the top front had previously been removed as one the mounting screws was in the cupboard above the unit. I removed the vent and the finger shield to gain access to the fuse. Removed the fuse and tested and it is bad. Customer had a fuse available. I installed the fuse and tested and unit is operating as designed.

Arrived on site for a range throwing an F3E0 error code for oven sensor open. Upon arrival it was throwing the F3E0 error code. I gained access to the back of the unit and found the P3 connector (oven sensor connector) unplugged at the control. I plugged it back in. I then ohmd out the sensor and found it good. I tested the unit and found it now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer making loud noises. Upon arrival the customer provided a video of the dryer making intermittent loud squeaks. I tested the unit and heard an abnormal rattle, and some intermittent light squeaks. I gained access to inside of the unit and found the belt worn down and disintegrating. I also found the idler pulley bearing bad which was what was causing the noise.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the ice maker leaking and not working. The customer also was concerned of a sizzle noise. Upon arrival the customer also stated that the units LEDs were out. Upon further inspection I found the sizzle to be the defrost. The IM was off on arrival, and upon turning on it went into a harvest. I found the IM working as designed. I tested the FC switch for the LED and found it good. I found the LED module bad.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was making a loud noise. Upon arrival the customer stated that after the last service the unit began making a loud clicking noise, and they compared it to a woodpecker noise. I activated each moving component in the unit several times, but I could not replicate the noise. I ran the unit through test 4 but could not replicate the noise. I let the unit run on its own for several minutes but could not replicate the noise. The customer did provide a video of the noise, but it was not clear enough to isolate a location.

Arrived on site for a washing machine with the control lock on. Upon further inspection I found the console control lock setting on. I held the control lock button down for 3 seconds and the console unlocked. The unit is now as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was not making ice nor cooling properly. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit stopped making ice, but has recently began to again. They found that the refrigerator stopped cooling as well. I took temps and found the FC at 11?F, the RC at 44?F, and the IB at 33?F. Upon further inspection I found significant ice build up on the RC evap. I also found the top front left LED out. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components and defrost working as designed. I gained access to the control and ohmd out all thermistors. The RC thermistor read 9k, the FC read 15.41k, and the RC evap thermistor read 18.9k. These are all accurate at the time of reading. I then checked voltage to the thermistors and found the control sending fluctuating voltage to all three quickly. The voltage range was from .8-1.2 VDC. Due to this I am ordering a control to return and replace. I found no water build up on the bottom of the RC. Therefore, it does not seem to have a drainage issue. However, I am ordering the drain pan service pointer kit and the return tech needs to verify if the drain pan properly drains water after the unit is thawed on return. Return tech to install the new HV control and LED. I advised the customer to thaw the unit 72 hours prior to service. Checked evaporator and found frost pattern present. Checked Temps since unit is dropping ice. Found RC was 42-43, and FC seemed very slow to cool, and had dropped below 17. Talked to PR and Tech Line about steps to take. They advised making sure airflow channels were all cleared up, and to lower the temp in the RC to have the compressor run a bit more, which will drop Temps in both compartments, and to also power cycle the unit. Advised customer to let unit cool and stabilize over weekend and this should resolve the ice production. If issue persists after this we need to check thermistors / control, lines on evap for kinks. Customer will follow up if production doesn't improve. Call complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not spinning. Found lock error saved in control as well as belt and motor pulley worn to failure point. All three parts will need to be replaced to complete repairs. Return date set for 4/19.Parts ; ordrng 1 Wh01x24180 (Belt) and 1 Wh03x32217 (Pulley)

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with ice maker not producing and leaking . Upon inspection I found the ice maker tray broken. Replace the IM and tested unit and found unit operating as designed.job complete.

"Arrived onsite and found unit console unresponsive, traced power supply and bound block short. Repaired wiring. Also found supply shorted. Advised customer to have an electrician restore the power supply at which point the dishwasher should work normally. All checks good."

"Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that occasionally trips the breaker. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. Advised customer on findings and that since unit is on a gfci circuit, intentionally ungrounded parts in the refrigerator can cause a weak gfci breaker to trip. Appliance manufacturers do not recommend that units are installed on protected circuits for this reason. Breaker will need to be replaced to correct issue."

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for dishwasher. Replaced upper and lower racks. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived onsite for the refrigerator ice maker not producing and found unit inlet valve harness not making good contact. Corrected. Also found water supply compromised, advised that once maintenance restores proper water supply, the refrigerator will produce ice again now that the valve function has been repaired, all checks good."

Arrived onsite and was advised washer number 1 also sometimes fills with water in standby. Customer asked for valves to be replaced. Went to repair and found cold water supply valve not shutting off at wall and repair unable to be completed. Advised management. Management will reschedule when supply plumbing has been resolved.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with standing water it tub. Upon inspection I found the disposal clogged I cleared it and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. No leaks.

Arrived onsite and replaced the valves on washer 2 because of water filling into tub while not in use. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to replaced igniter. Found igniter was disconnected, secured connection test unit and unit igniting but turning back off due to igniter not sensing flame. Replaced igniter and still same issue. Could not remove tubing from regulator. Will order new tubing and will need to replace tubing and dsi board and regulator. Will need 2 man 2 hours job ; ordrng 1 W11364214 (Tubing) and 1 W11356251 (Tubing) and 1 2man (2 man) and 1 2hour (2 hour)"

Arrived onsite with TE and replaced main control per previous diagnosis. Unit display frozen and no other action taking place when selections are made. Unable to exit cycle or enter diagnostics. Ordering MCU to repair persisting control issues. 2MAN 2HOUR; ordrng 1 WPW10192965 (MCU)

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is making unusual noise. Found main pulley broken and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Replaced ice container and all is working properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator water filter change. Removed water filter and installed new that customer had on hand. Flushed water filter until water was clear. No other complaints with unit, no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=62 degrees. Disassembled the FC section and checked the evaporator and found a ball of ice in the upper right corner. I advised maintenance of my findings. I am ordering the compressor, evaporator, access valve, UV dye drier, CNOTE-3 HOUR JOB. . No water leaks observed during service and office to schedule return service. ; ordrng 1 W10507884 (Compressor kit) and 1 W11459354 (Evaporator) and 1 Tj90sf8404 (Access valve) and 1 W10143759 (UV dye drier)"

"Arrived on site for washer making a different noise after replacing inlet valve. Inspected unit and work area. Performed diagnostics mode and activated inlet valve functions. Found customer referring to pressure buildup when inlet valve activates. Found sound normal, due to water pressure buildup. Informed Customer that hammer valves could be added to help reduce pressure but not necessary. Unit tested good, no water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop left burner issues. Upon further inspection, I tested the cooktop and the burners are operating as designed. I found the left grate is broken (photo). I am ordering the grate kit and customer will contact the office to schedule return service when they return from vacation. No gas leaks detected during service.; ordrng 1 W11214957 (Grate kit)"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining, et unit in diagnostics and pump was making loud noise and not draining. I then disassembled unit and found drain pump broken gear. proceeded with repairs and assembling unit back together. Tested unit and its now operating as designed. No water leaks detected during service, job completed."
