"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit leaked out enough water to soak two bath towels. I inspected under the unit and found no signs of leaks underneath. Opened the unit door and checked the rinse aid setting as the customer has a water softener system and found the dial turned up too high. Turned the dial down to 1 and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and while the motor was on, it was making a loud humming noise. I removed the outer door panel to inspect reservoir at the bottom fo the door and I found where the vent was leaking water (photo). I found no other leaks. Customer advised that the last leak soaked two bath towels. I found an object restricting the upper spray arm and moved it. Advised the customer that the object could have caused the spray arm to spray constantly at the door causing the leak. Due to the vent leaking and the abnormal noise from the sump/motor, I removed and replaced the vent and s7mo/motor assembly and retested to monitor for leaks. No leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for oven door hanging down. We inspected the unit and work area. We found the right hinge pulled all the way back and not sitting in the receiver. We removed the door and reset the hinge properly. We reinstalled the door and found it working as designed.

"Arrived on site for washer not draining or spinning close out all the way. Upon arrival confirm the complaint and after entering diagnostics I found an F7 E1 and F7E7 error codes. After further inspection I found c clamp within gearcase broke causing shaft to drop the cam against the belt shield and tear the belt and shield up. Also found blue fabric stuck under washplate keeping it locked in place and unable to be removed. Also found issue had led to fabric softer cap breaking off one of the locks. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed up until the drain pump was to come on and it failed. Using my shop vac, I removed the water from the unit and pulled the unit from the cabinets and inspected the drain pump. Customer advised that a glass had broken inside the unit. When I removed the drain pump, I found evidence of an object rubbing against the walls of the drain and the empellers were damaged. I replaced the drain pump with a new pump and reinstalled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed power and control board, replaced parts tasted unit, unit did not power on, checked all voltage, everything checked out but when I checked from ground to neutral, I was getting 120VAC, should be at 0 volts, checked the whole harness, did not find any shorted or exposed connections, disconnected all components on unit to find short but still getting 120VAC to ground, disconnected L1 got proper voltage reading , contacted office and was advised to call tech line, presented to them my findings, after further diagnostics with tech line, found 234 olms resistance reading from L1 to neutral, was advised by tech line to order power whip, harness, office to reschedule Sr#7732677502; ordrng 1 W11136133 (Power harness)"

"Arrived on site and inspected washer and found customer is experiencing start button LED blinking and washer appears to be paused after starting a load. The last five loads the customer ran this did not happen. Found saved error code for F5E1 and F0E3 Found scent beads in lid latch that may have been keeping latch from closing. After cleaning this ran test 51 and it completed properly. Also started washer on a normal cycle and it is progressing correctly
