Unit seems to be inconsistently cooling in the freezer compartment, causing a shortage of ice as well. "Arrived on site for refrigerator that is not cooling or making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised theyve been hearing a fan knocking in their freezer and have had temperature issues. The husband did explain that his wife sometimes leaves the freezer door open and the whole freezer is frosted by the time that they open their freezer again. Ran through diagnostics and checked all thermistors and freezer sensors. All checked good. Ran through the defrost sensor and the defrost sensor passed. Ran the unit through a force defrost and found the heater kicking on and starting to defrost the evaporator. Spoke to PR and was advised to check resistance readings on the freezer thermistors and sensor and all checked good. Found 9.85k ohms for the fc evaporator sensor and 7.64k ohms for the FC compartment thermistor. I told the customer that because the unit is showing me that its working properly at this time, the only other issue would be with an electronic issue between one of the boards. I did advise the customer that it is possible that because they dont always close their freezer door, they may have built up too much ice for the defrost heater to handle. I told the customer to defrost the unit manually due to the evaporator cover being covered with ice buildup.

Arrived on call for complaint of not cooling. Found the return air blocked with ice. Removed ice and air flow returned.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that has leaked several times. On arrival customer informed me that the last cycle did not leak at all. Ran unit for 10+ mins and couldn't find any leaks. Tested several drain and fills and couldn't verify leaks. Judging by baseboards there has been water somewhere under the cabinet. Advised to run the unit with the toe kick off and take video if they can see any leaks. No repair performed since issue could not be duplicated.

Arrived on site for vent hood fan not working. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the lights working. I found the fan humming but not spinning. I removed the fan assembly and found two screws that are too long and stopping the fan from spinning. I tested the fan outside the shroud and it worked as designed. Once all frost was removed, the door is closing and sealing good. Found ice tray full of fresh ice, and saw fresh ice drop into the tray while inspecting. Also heard icemaker fill with water. Ran test and ice maker is functioning as designed. Advised customer to make sure door is always closed all the way. Advised customer to make sure food items are not stacked too high, causing the icemaker arm to get stuck in the up/off position. No water leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not producing ice. Checked icemaker and found the ice bucket had a sheet of ice in it due to water spraying out of a frozen over fill cup. Removed icemaker and bucket and removed the ice buildup. A piece of Styrofoam had lodged in the fill cup. Used some silicon to seal the Styrofoam by the fill tube. Unit is now working as designed with no further leaks. Call complete.

Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Ran the unit through a high speed manual spin and the unit ran as designed. The customer stated that she does not overload this washer and that she only lives with her husband. She advised that they only throw in two towels with a couple small hand towels and the unit will go off balance. She also advised that when she runs lighter loads with a pair of jeans, the unit still goes off balance. I did notice underneath her washer the unit is sitting on a plastic tub which is sliding when the washer is pushed or pulled. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the cold valve not opening all the way. During the spin cycle I could hear grinding. I inspected the gear case and found oil leaking. I spoke to the customer about needing a new gearcase, valves belt and cam.

"Arrived on site for Washer throwing error code F27 Please DO advise cons if you all service commercial appliances. Stackable washer was stuck in error F27 displayed. Could not reset or place in diagnostics because key to panel is missing. Gained access to the filter and removed all suds and fibers stuck inside. Suds were very thick so I went over amount of detergent necessary to avoid over sudsing. She knew about the over sudsing due to high efficiency washers, but is still working with her staff to only use a tablespoon. Gained access to pressure switch and it wasnt kinked and when I blew through it it was not clogged. Tried powering back on washer and same error remained. Ordering new lock (comes with key) (W11231586) to return and complete the repair. Once we are able to gain access to the interior panel and start diagnostics to reset the fault codes the washer may begin running as designed with the work Ive done today. Returning with all parts. Found hot water line had a small leak at the washer valve. Evidence of water stain on rear panel. Took picture for quick pics of water stain. I was able to tighten the hose to eliminate the leak. Once washer is repaired and it calls for water we will need to double check that the hot water hose isnt still dripping as it was when I arrived.

"Arrived on site for complaints of water leaking from bottom. Traced the water trails back to the valve housing. Ran unit in factory diagnostics and found a small amount of water leaking out the backside of the housing. Installed new part and tested. Unit tested good. No water leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not cycling properly. Found failed watervalve and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found after service was performed.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that is not tumbling. Found belt slipped out of position and reset it to proper placement. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived on site for NOT COOLING IN BOTH COMPARTMENTS--CAN HEAR IT RUNNING BUT NOT COOLING--THERE IS SOME AIR FLOW. Powered down unit for thirty seconds and powered on. Compressor turned on for approximately 3 seconds and shut off. Valves inside compressor have gone out.
