I tested and found the UI will throw the light icon like they are on even if they have not been toggled on. Found nothing wrong with bulbs. I toggled lights and never heard a relay clicking for them. I checked the control and found the black wire in P5 was sitting outside the molex connector hanging. Reseated and tested. Still no improvements to lights. Console continues to display the light icon even when I did not turn them on, post power cycle. Ordering a console and harness to resolve. "Arrived onsite for unit leaving clothes wet at the end of the cycle. Ran a load of towels. Cycle started at about an hr but quickly counted down to less than 20 minutes, held steady at 11-15 minutes for several minutes. Called tech line for assistance. Spoke to Sterling SR# 7736783517. Allowed unit to complete cycle and found towels were not completely dried out. Checked J13 for continuity across the electrodes and found none, checked resistance and was minimal. Checked thermistors at control and should be 10k and 50k ohms at room temp. Recorded 6k and 30k ohms. Ordering sensor harness and thermistors. Notified customer that before next appointment to not run the unit within an hour of appointment time. Scheduling for the 12th. ; ordrng 1 WPW10298258 (Sensor harness)"

"Arrived on site for washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has caused damage to the floor beneath it and her kitchen ceiling below the bathroom now has a crack in it. Found the water had been turned off to the unit and resupplied water to the unit. Went ahead and turned on both valves filling up the basket halfway up the basket. Was able to drain the unit without any leaks. checked underneath and could not find any water residue anywhere. Opened up the top and found no cracks in the tub. Check behind the unit and found the hot water hose leaking at the connection due to improper installation and the hose was off set and not flush with the water valve. Went ahead and remove the water connection, refit the water hose onto the hot water valve, and resupplied water. Tested the unit several times and found the leak immediately stopped. I called whirlpool techline and spoke to Nate SR# 7736780374.He had me send him photos of the water leak and advised that this was due to installation and not a fault of the machine. He advised to have the customer contact customer service but could not guarantee any resolutions. Advise not to make any further repairs on the unit and the unit is working as designed. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigeraror with cracked rail and is still intermittently losing cool in the FC. Called tech line and advised of situation. I informed them of the awful burnout odor that came from the unit when we first did the sealed system repair, and the 2nd replacement. I provided pressures of -20 low and 52 high, and the same bad odor. Tech line advised they have no recommended repair and sent up for product review as a contsminated burned out system, SR7736782039. "Arrived on site to diagnose range giving off gas smell when not in use. Customer said gas company narrowed source to range, but did not detect a system leak. Found one of the knobs was broken and unable to keep tight on tue valve shaft. I secured all the knobs with zip ties around the stem to keep tension on the shaft to prevent splintering. None of the burners or valves are leaking when in the off position. Advised that if the knobs are bumped its easy to move them. Unit working as designed at this time.

Gain access to the error messages, found several of the error messages were doors was left open it seems that the errors were recorded 2 weeks ago. Customer said that is when his father in law was in town. I also checked the thermistor and the FF thermistor was 5k temp 77 the ff evap thermistor was 24k temp of 18. Informed the client to defrost the unit and had him sign the waiver. Looks like the issue was caused by excessive door openings and being left open to long and it introduced air tot he system. Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit tumbles and heat but that they are having to dry their clothes three times in order to get the unit to actually dry the clothes. Use the vent test kit on the unit and found poor airflow circulation for all dryers. Removed the hose off the back and found adequate airflow coming from the dryer. Removed the hose off the wall and found 6 inches of lint build up in the wall. Removed all the instructions and tested unit. Unit begin to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for noise and intermittent power loss. Found external drain pump running. Customer recently had kitchen completely remodeled. Found external drain is connected to about 20ft of hose to sink about 20ft away through the wall. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that is leaking water when it is off. I found an F6E4 open float switch stored error code. I found that the fill valve was not weeping water. I tested the machine in the diagnostics cycle finding it working as designed. I found the RO system connected to the dishwasher drain tube at the disposal with a Y fitting. I took a photo. I explained to the customer to have the RO drain moved down on the P trap drain line and to connect the dishwasher drain line directly to the disposal. Call complete.

I found by rubbing my finger on the area that it was dirt/debris and was able to remove the debris with my finger. Allowed the customer to observe the area and explained to them that the unit is good. Tested the units air flow with my vent test kit and it passed both tests. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for refrigerator not maki g ice or dispensing water without making a loud screeching noise. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found inlet dual valve in rc failed and wasnt allowing water to pass through correctly. Replaced valve and reassembled and tested dispenser and ice maker. Found unit working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not working following install. Unit had been left unplugged and now tests and operating as designed no error codes. Advised customer on status and findings. All checks good.

"WCG55US0HS00 Arrived to inspect ignition issues. I found the issue was the burner cup was not seated in the RR burner and after correcting, the issue resolved. I showed the customer how to fully seal all cups and caps and tested. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site for microwave, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was microwave some buttons where unresponsive. Replaces the panel and tested, unit is now operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site for certain buttons are not responding . Did find console failing . Also found foam sealer and gasket on vent not sealing properly . Replaced console and vent . Unit is properly responding to touch commands .

Arrived on site to test unit for error f1e1. Customer stated when she cooks with tip oven excessive condensation builds up on console causing issue. Advised to use lower oven when cooking items that cause excessive condensation. Also advised on covering items that tend to condensate more. Recommend console replacement. Arrived onsite for a cooktop that was smoking from the bottom. Upon inspection I found no damage to the harness or and other parts of the unit no gas leaks either. I tested the unit by igniting the unit and monitoring it for 30mins - an hour and found that the unit operated as designed I contacted Kent at safety and advised him of my findings and updated the file. 7736747861

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the filter control board shorting against the chassis, I remove and replaced the board and tested. The lights functioned and then when I tested each speed for the blower, when I got to high, the unit shut off and nothing functioned. I tested voltage at the outlet and to the control and got 122V. I tested ohms readings to the motor and they were within range. Contacted techline and spoke to Steven and advised of the repairs and issues after repairs. Steven advised based off testing to replace the blower and advised information would be documented to previous SR#7736689613. I am ordering the blower, capacitor, filter board and control panel and office to schedule return service. Unit left unplugged for safety.; ordrng 1 W11245979 (Capacitor) and 1 W11565531 (Filter board) and 1 W11516463 (Control) and 1 W11035826 (Blower)"

Arrived onsite for unit getting hot to the touch around control panel and door frame. Tested unit and found console and door frame heating up. Notified customer on unit service pointers W10917778 and W11544031 that reference surface temperature limits. Showed chart breakdown for components. Customer is concerned for child safety. Contacted Safety team SR#7736725707. Safety team recognizes surface temperatures can get uncomfortably warm but have deemed unit is working as designed. Customer may contact customer service at 1800-253-1301.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival I installed the new ice maker and found unit operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer off balance. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed and found the unit sitting on a pedestal. Found the unit rocking back and forth as the front right pedestal leveling foot was not correct. Adjusted the leveling foot and leveled the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the control board and the ui console. Tested unit and the 2 keys that were not installed are now working. Ran the unit in diagnostics mode and the unit is operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area, customers complaint was washer not finishing the cycle. Ran diagnostics and found error code F7E6. Unit was trying to agitate and spin while in the diagnostics cycle. Tilted unit backwards and found the a handle from a broom stick caught in the belt housing and allowed the motor not to spin. Photos attached to work order. I advised the maintenance from apartment complex that its not cover due to no being a manufacturer defect."
