"Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found it is heating but only up to 100?, disassemble dryer and found heating element tunnel has fallen out the back and is blowing all the hot air into the base of the unit. Reset it and after reassembling took a picture showing internal heat over 140?. Airflow is good with dryer pulled forward however when it has pushed back there is a recess that he drops into and this crush is the vent hose. Dryer being on level ground not in a recess would be preferred.

Arrived on site for washing machine being out of balance. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the shocks and found them rusted and not holding pressure. I replaced all 4 shocks and ran a drain and spin with a large blanket. The basket was stabilized the entire time. Job complete.

I tested the oven temp sensor at the control and found it reading 1 kohm which is right for about 70 degrees. Control is under warranty. The broil was broken by tech. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not cooling as well in the RC. On arrival customer informed me that there was ice on the back wall of the freezer. Removed evap cover and found soft frosty ice around the evap but not on it. Asked customer if door was ever left open, and it had been left open for extended periods of time / not fully closed. This allowed excess moisture to work into the freezer and collect around evap, but unit is defrosting. I melted down the remaining ice and sealed the fill tube hole and cap tube holes in liner with permagum.

Checked all components and found everything to be good except found one of the heater connectors backed out of the plastic cover potentially causing an issue with defrost. Spoke to CS and was advised that based on all my other checks, that would be the most likely scenario with the failure. Advised the customer to keep an eye on it over the next several weeks and a call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with heat but heat was riding into the top of the cabinet because the airflow was not being pulled through the drum across the heating coils. This would also result in an irregular heating cycle as the cycling thermostat would overheat quickly and take longer to cool. Additionally found new pulley canted and prone to let the belt pop loose under stress. Adjusted the pulley to operate properly. Explained and explored everything thoroughly with the customer. Advised that based on todays findings I am more convinced that the heating problem will be solved with the duct being installed. Customer agreed to try the duct. Ordering the duct to return and repair Friday.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven that has a light out in the upper oven and had tripped the breaker at one point. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint about the boat being out but the customer advised the unit wouldnt turn on immediately after a trip the breaker. She advised the upper oven wouldnt allow her to make selections but she was able to use the lower oven. I ran through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Tested the unit in manual diagnostics and found everything working properly. Attempted to replace lightbulb and found the bulb did not allow the unit to light. Ran the unit through a bake cycle at 400? and found the unit heating and operating as designed for over 20 minutes. Remove the back cover and found that one of the wires had grounded and exploded the light socket. Ordering wire harness, Appliance manager, and light socket for repair. Rescheduled customer to 5/4.; ordrng 1 W11225364 (Wire harness) and 1 W11261169 (Appliance manager w/o power) and 1 W11325541 (Light socket)"

"Arrived to inspect no draining. The unit had 9-1 error stored and I attempted to flush it via vacuum at the drain, with no change. I removed it from the cabinet and found the drain line incorrectly installed at the side, causing it to bend and kink, greatly restricting flow. I corrected the routing, reinstalled the unit and tested. The draining issue was resolved and I tested several times, with no further issue. I advised the CX to reduce the amount of detergent to one tablespoon and half that if a water softener is installed. I set the rinse agent dispenser to setting 1, the correct setting for this area. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for complaints of flashing light light. Upon arrival customer had unit running a normal cycle. Customer stated that after the electrician fixed the voltage issue, it has only happened once. Ran multiple cycles and could not duplicate the issue. Inspected all hoses, connectors, sump, pump, valve, and anywhere else looking for water leaks. The unit is not leaking water. Completely dry under unit and nothing dripping while unit is running. If issue continues we will need a new float switch and control. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the6 found the unit not cooling properly and could hear a humming noise in the freezer section and when they removed the ice bin, the unit began to cool properly again. I inspected the RC evaporator and found it good. I disassembled the FC section and found a large block of ice in the upper right corner of the evaporator and the evaporator had a good frost pattern. It appears that the FC door had been left cracked/open and allowed warm air into the FC section and caused the ice build up. I forced the unit into defrost and tested the element and thermistor and both are good/within range. I cleared the ice from the evaporator and tested in diagnostics test #4. Unit is operating as designed. Recommended that the customer make sure the freezer door is completely closed/sealed at all times. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed the failed control and installed the replacement. I tested the unit and verified correct light operation and the unit heated as designed. Operational test good.

"Arrived to inspect unit not starting. I found the latch assy had failed and after bypassing, I was able to test. The unit made excessive noise, including a scraping noise and I found the gear case leaking oil, the slider was mismolded and rubbing against the shifter (long term) and the rotor damaged from incorrect slider engagement.

Per customer loud noise from freezer then unit completely stopped cooling in both sections,at time of visit unit cooling,per customer unit has cooled correctly for 2 days. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with no ice making or water dispensing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit recently stopped making ice and dispensing water. Tested the water dispenser and no water dispensed. I removed the lower RC drawers and the evap cover to expose the water reservoir and found it frozen. Also found air leaks within the air duct, and evaporator cover assembly. Due to recent issues with the center mullion not being seated properly at the bottom of the unit, I inspected the mullion at the bottom corners of the FC and RC doors and found small gaps in between the liner and door gasket (photos). I contacted techline and spoke to Drew and advised of the complaint and my findings. Provided photos to Drew and he provided SR#7733525926 and advised the unit is non-repairable. I advised the customer of my findings and conversation with techline and provided the SR# to them and that someone from the manufacturer would contact them in 48 to 72 hours. I advised that no repairs could be made at this time as its been deemed non-repairable. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with ice/frost built up. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the water filter has been getting ice built up inside. I removed the filter and found ice at the ports of the filter. I found the water reservoir is frozen and the lines have frozen as well. I inspected the door sealed and found that the right RC door is not sealing properly at the bottom left corner at the mullion. Using my level, I checked the mullion and found a gap approximately 1/8-1/4 wide (photos). I placed my flashlight at the bottom left corner of the RC section and closed the RC door and found that I could see the light from my flashlight (photos). I one and spoke to Steve and advised of the complaint and my findings. I forwarded three photos of the gap and the insulation sticking out from the cabinet around the mullion. Steve advised that the unit is non-repairable and provided SR#7733524609 and advised that a representative would contact the customer following review of the file. I advised the customer of my conversation and that someone would contact them within 24-48 hours. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burners not igniting properly. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated the issues theyre having by turning on the front right burner and showing me that the middle burner ignitor wont turn off. I found the customer is not running the knob far enough to turn the ignitors off once the burner ignites. I demonstrated how the cooktop burners/ignitors operate. No repairs needed at this time. Customer stated that he empty ice container at 10 oclock the night before. Counted ice maker cubes and found 34 or 35 cubes. Arrived on site for lg dryer. Inspected unit and work area tested element and was still good only the fuse went bad when CX had vents cleaned the tech was testing the airflow and caused fuse to short out. Replaced it with new one and unit is now operating as designed. Job completed

"Arrived on site for Refrigerator not cooling and making noise, inspected unit and work area. Tested temperatures FC 08? RC 49?. The unit was completely frozen on the FC, the ice maker water dispenser housing had fallen off and when the unit would call for ice it would dispense water straight down to the evaporator cover. Advised CX to fully defrost unit for 48hr and then turn it back on and let it cool for 24hr before they start using it. I also explained the defrost procedures. No water leaks detected during service. Job completed."

Arrived on site for refrigerator high temperature flashing intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. Measured temperature in FC at 3? and RC at 39?. Performed diagnostics mode and tested thermistor and found reading correct. Checked FC frost pattern and found good. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke with Chris. Went ver prior testing. Checked temperature history and found all within range. No failures found at time of service. No water leaks detected during service. Spoke with customer on user care guide and operation.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher intermittently draining. Customer stated that last cycle would not drain and would power unit off at switch then run cancel drain. Inspected unit and work area. Found unit under heater rework. Per diagnostics mode and checked fault codes. Found fault F9-E1 no drain, FA-E1 dispenser fault, F7-E1 single wash motor fault and F8-E2 inlet valve fault. Ran automatic test mode and found fan coming on and off, not as designed. Found failed vent assembly. Will need to replace vent and heater under rework. . Uninstalled unit and removed failed heater, installed new. Reinstalled unit and gained access to vent assembly. Removed failed vent assembly and installed new. Assembled unit and powered on. Performed diagnostics mode and activated test cycle. Monitored test operation and found unit working as designed. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts, installed parts and tested icemaker in harvest. Unit is now operating as design. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite to re diagnose ongoing bearing sound. Customer wanted a second opinion. Tested and determined drain pump bearing is causing the concerning sound. Replacing the drain pump will reduce the sound. Customer is going to replace drain pump with pump they already have on hand. No charge due to callback status and misdiagnosis.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave venthood light issues. Upon further inspection, I tested the light and it failed to turn on. I removed the cover and attempted to remove the bulb and found it broken inside the socket housing. I lowered the bottom panel and removed the socket and removed the remainder of the bulb. Also found the bulb element was bad. Customer advised they would purchase another bulb elsewhere and I placed the unit back together. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect upright freezer not cooling. Upon further inspection, I found t(e unit plugged in and warm inside the compartment. I found the evap fan on and the compressor on. I inspected the evaporator and found it dry with no frost pattern. Checked amp draw to the compressor and got .33amps and the compressor was very hot to touch. I found what appeared to be old refrigerant oil on the heat exchange and return lines.

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the display showing F47 error. I removed the cooktop and found the fuse for the right side burners was blown. I advised the customer that theres needs to be a 3/16 cutout in the cabinets below the unit to allow for airflow or they will need to keep the cabinet doors open to allow the unit to vent while using the unit. I am ordering the module and the back right hot plate and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Office to,schedule return service due to the availability of parts. On arrival, I was inspecting the work area and found one the handle screws missing and the inner bracket missing. Customer advised they didnt know where the parts were. I am rescheduling the repair due to lack of parts and ordering the handle screws, bracket, nameplate, and more screws to complete the repair. Office to schedule return service.
