Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer buys it he knows he has a defrost issue in his refrigerator because hes already defrosted himself one other time. Did confirm a defrost issue in the freezer section. Removed the evaporator cover and found frost only on the upper portion of the evaporator. Checked the heater and found continuity and proper resistance. Checked the bimetal and found it open while covered in ice. Ordering evaporator fan and defrost by metal for return visit. Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling and showing a ball of ice in the top left corner of the FCEVAP cover. "Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. Prior to installing the spark module I verified line VAC throughout the circuit. I discovered the main connector for the ignition switch harness was not fully seated and causing the unit to not have any spark. After correcting, all ignition issues were resolved. The bake burner had a very loud blowtorch sound and the venturi was set wide open, causing an incorrect air/fuel ratio and consequent unburnt fuel in the exhaust. I set the venturi correctly and tested. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service."

I raised the top panel and retested and attempted to turn the drum by hand and it would not move. I disassembled the unit and turned the motor by hand and could hear the blower wheel rubbing against the blower housing. I removed the back panel and found the right panel was badly dented inward at the back bottom corner causing the panel to shove into the blower housing and crush the wheel (photos). Customer advised advised the unit was delivered this last Friday. Customer advised they would contact the business where they purchased it in an attempt to get it replaced. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is stopping in the middle of cycles is making loud sounds during cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Were in the unit three diagnostics and found an F5 E1 (lid switch fault) and F7 E9 (locked rotor) error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the valves were really slow at filling and the unit sound like an airplane taken off when the unit went into a spin. This would indicate that the bearings are gone bad in the gear case. Checked underneath the washer and found the slider had red marks on it indicating it failed as well.

"Arrived on site for otr microwave heating when door was open and tripping breaker when exhaust surface fan was run. Upon arrival confirmed the issue and after further inspec found multiple causes to failures. Found exhaust fan windings all ohming between 98.2-100.3 ohms (should have been between 19, 23, & 34ohms. Also found door switchs stuck causing ACU to think unit was safe to run when unit was opened. Found large burner maker on ACU indicating heat damage over. Found hinges built within liner (non repairable/no part availabilie) bent leading to door sagging and weighing on switchs and latch body. Unit cant be reliably repaired due to hinge failures. Will need finings reported to ahs(WB26X10210(vent motor), WB27X10934(ACU)).; ordrng 1 Cnote (Need status reported to ahs. Liner/hinges have no replacements)"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling and thawing out randomly. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. Upon further inspection I found startup amp draw to compressor at 1.98 and raised to 2.1amps within 2minutes. Found evap coil could frost over about 80% before all coolness, moister, & freezing was lost from cool. Signs indicating a failing sealed system. Also found thermostat failing to reset when temps would trigger defrost and wouldnt go back into cooling operation once defrost was completed. Will need office to get autho for replacement of sealed system as well as thermostat (possibly defrost control as well) before rescheduling.; ordrng 1 W10309994 (Compressor) and 1 WP2188823 (Evap coil) and 1 WPW10143759 (Uv drier) and 1 W10913906 (Access valve) and 1 Cnote (Needs 2hr sealed system repair/AHS Autho!!!)"

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed pats. Upon arrival I installed new dispenser and tested unit and found unit operating as designed no leaks and no excessive suds . Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for warming drawer panel loose on top right corner. Found screw was missing and bracket not set correctly. Found screw laying on inside of drawer. Aligned bracket and put screw back in. Unit now working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived to inspect no light under unit. The bulb tested open and I tested voltage. Under no load conditions, it showed 124VAC with all settings. I advised the CX to obtain a replacement bulb and to contact the mfg if the light does not work correctly. Operational test ok."

Are onsite for upper rack stops falling off. Upon inspection I found that they where loos and would fall off everything you pull that rack forward. I and ordering new stops. Customer requested that I come back. Office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 WP8565925 (STOP)

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining. Inspected unit and work area. Tested drain pump operation and found activating. Check drain line and found punch still located in garbage disposal. Removed punch from garbage disposal and drained unit. Perform diagnostics mode and tested operation, found all operating as designed. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site for complaints of no power no operation. Found good voltage to the control and good DC voltage to the UI. Installed new UI and tested. All lights and buttons on UI are working now. Ran quick wash cycle and monitored. No issues at this time, no water leaks, job complete.
