Arrived on site for washer leaking water and not operating correctly. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and found an F8 E1 error code in diagnostics. After further testing I found the cause of the issue was the pressure hose slipping off of the main control I reassembled the hose and clamped it down with a zip tie in order to ensure that it stayed on tight then reset the unit and Tess of the washer in front of the customer to ensure that there are no signs of leaking. Also inspected previous work done under the unit and found no evidence are signs of water or leaks also found no signs of water damage in or around the washer or laundry room. Unit is now fully functioning as designed and filling as required to exact points call complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator making a popping noise as well as not cooling properly. Upon arrival found that the amperage to the compressor is 1.3 A found all cooling fans running freezer. Arrived on site for a dryer and washer combo unit that is not heating in the dryer in the washer is flashing an error code. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the gas valve at the wall shut off to the dryer. I ran the unit through the dryer diagnostics cycle and found the unit heating as designed. Checked the washer and found an F27 (overflow condition) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed without overflowing or having valves weep into the unit. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning out and finishing the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (motor unable to reach target rpm) and F8 E1 (low/no water detected during the fill) error codes. I did notice that the hot water was shut off at the wall. Opened the water valve and tested the unit. Found both water valves working properly. I didnt notice the drain hose installation on this is incorrect as the stand pipe it feeds into is approximately 5 feet tall and theyre using a closed drain thats backfeeding back into the washing machine. I did advise the customer that they will need to correct that in accordance to the installation guide they received with the washer prior to any further visits. I ran the unit through a high-speed spin and could hear the motor turning but the basket not moving. Looked in at the unit while the motor was turning and found an acorn inside the housing of the motor and belt. Took off the cover and found the belt had popped off of the motor and cam due to this acorn. Reset the belt back onto the cam and remove the obstruction. Test of the unit again in the unit ran for two minutes without a fault. The unit is not working as designed. Call complete.

Took off the water connector underneath the freezer door and found water flowing through it when calling for water. Arrived on site for dishwasher not drying dishes. Upon arrival enter diagnostics and found no error codes. After further testing I found that the cause of the issue not drying was the oh WI sensor failing to accurately gauge what temperature of the unit was found a sensor roaming at 2-3 ohms on all connections at room temp. Replace oh WI reassembled and tested the unit and found dishwasher is now fully functioning as designed with no leaks during testing call complete

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that wont shut and wont fill with water. Inspected unit and work area. Found the latch broken on the dishwasher and replaced the latch. Went to just water and could not get the water to run. I did get voltage going to the valve indicating the unit was trying to pull in water. Went to test water line and could not remove the waterline off of the valve or off the Spicket due to corrosion. Attempted to turn off water supply and could not turn off water supply due to the valve at the wall being corroded. Spoke to JC and was advised that the issue was most likely with water supply with the valve at the wall and to have the customer contact a plumber for water supply issues. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine thats making a grinding sound after it gets done with the spin cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Attempted to re-create sound but could not. "Arrived on site for FRIDGE IS MAKING A BUZZING NOISE--ITS NOT CONSTANT--INTERMITTANT, BUT STARTLING--UNIT IS IS STILL COOLING AND FREEZING OK. Could not replicate noise with power cycle. Gained access to rear and condenser fan and compressor sounded normal. Inspected ice maker and found bail arm was in the down position. The fridge doesnt have a water line to call for water. I forced the ice maker into a harvest and when the valve turned on for water the tenant confirmed the noise. At some point the tenant accidentally placed the bail arm down making the ice maker think it needed to make ice. Without a water line the valve is cycling air and making the loud noise because the ice maker is turned on. Unplugged the ice maker so bail arm will not matter whether its up or down (on / off).

Pulled up owners manual in service matters and went over noises section. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the door switch and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not heating normally due to a overheat error code. Upon inspection found the code stored and the sensor with some residue on it, cleaned residue and cleared codes. Tested to 350 and 425, no overheat issues found.

"Arrived on site for no cool. Removed evaporator cover found oil on evaporator,pierced low side pressure reading -20. Replaced the fresh food evaporator,compressor and drier, vacuumed system down unit kept vacuum recharged system to manufacture spec powered unit on,found oil in system causing cap tube to plug up and freeze,with little heat at inlet to evaporator oil will defrost and refrigerant will pass through then refreeze in inlet tubing. Vacuumed system down,unbrazed weld joint,flushed system through replaced drier. Same issue oil in system freezing in inlet tube,replaced drier found oil with odd color and smell called tech supporT used 2 Wpw10143759 (Drier uv) from stock"

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found temperatures in both sections are good. Inspected freezer evaporator and frost pattern looks good, took one picture. customer experience may have been due to a food item causing a air gap. Refrigerator is now operating properly

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is shaking abnormally. Found extensive damage to washer case and it appears to have been crushed.

"Arrived on site to test unit for water leak, tested unit found, inlet valve water hose over tightened cutting the rubber gasket, causing water to drip from connection into float switch pan, triggering a float switch error

Arrived on site for oven having a gas leak. I spoke to the customer and she stated the home inspector found the oven leaking gas while on. I gained access to the bake and broil burners. I found the bake burner lighting all the way and the broil only lighting partially. I a ordering a broil burner to complete the repair.; ordrng 1 WP8054078 (Broiler)

"Arrived onsite for unit not turning off in bake. Looked at the unit and noticed that the switch for the oven was really loose. Upon further investigation, found that a screw some how got loose and caused the switch to be loose. Re screwed the switch back together. Tested the unit, unit unit tested good. No leaks at this time.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit over heating and elements not turning off. Turned unit to bake to 350 and unit pre heated to 350 and unit turned off once it pre heated. Could not duplicate the problem

Arrived on site for no light in fridge .found plunger on door switch broken off . Replaced switch , all checks normal with unit . No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete."

Arrived on site for refrigerator making noises. Inspected unit and work area. Found ice maker fill tube deformed and causing water to leak down to fan and freeze. Add water tube to correct ice maker chute. Tested ice maker cycle and found unit working as designed

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found unit had been turned off. Gained access to control and found compressor not running. Measured voltage to inverter at 120 volts. Found inverter indicator flashing sequence of 3 indicating failed inverter. Will need to replace inverter assembly to repair.Removed failed inverter and installed new. Powered unit on and found compressor now running. All tested good, no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that was not latching the door and had previously been touchy about starting. Checked unit and found the interlock cams were both pushed in and door couldn't close. Removed interlocks and reset, and reinstalled after tweaking interlock holder tabs. Tested unit and verified all working as designed.
