I tested all burners and found all operate except the middle burner. I found the ignitor is arcing on the middle burner and its getting gas, but the burner head is not seated correctly on the cooktop. It appears that either the orifice holder or the burner head is not cut correctly causing the burner head to not seat properly. I attempted to adjust both parts but it did not correct the issue. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees and the RC=41 degrees but the temp settings were -3/34 degrees. Tested amp draw to the compressor and found 1.09amps and found frost on the suction line of the compressor which is an indicator that the compressor is beginning to fail. I Inspected the FC evaporator and found a large block of ice on the upper right corner of the evaporator. The customer advised that the compressor has been making a loud noise when it comes on. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor and when it ramped up in speed, it began to make an unusual noise and the customer identified the noise but said it gets louder. I found the RC evaporator has a good frost pattern, but will need the drip pan kit as stated in service pointer #W11092686. Also found the ice door is not sealing properly and when I tested the ice dispenser, I found it not coming on. I found the dispenser motor is rusted and seized. I did advise the customer that they did have the unit overloaded. Ran the unit through a test cycle with no clothes in it in the unit ran as designed. Found no stored error codes on the unit. I ran some clothes through a normal wash cycle to get the unit saturated with water and then ran the unit through a drain and spin. Did find the slight banging noise coming from the washer when it was going off balance. The unit did center and stop making the noise. I did advise that that is normal operation with this unit especially with mixed loads as the customer was using towels with normal clothes. Arrived on site for washer making a clanging noise. I inspected the unit and work area. I found no fault codes in diagnostics. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the tub and basket banging off the left side. I measured the distance from the floor to the bottom of the cabinet and I found the left hand side was 1 1/2 from the floor and the right hand side was 1 off the ground. The unit isnt properly leveled. I leveled the unit and ran it back through a diagnostics cycle. The unit worked as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher with the soap dispenser not working. Upon arrival the customer stated that the real issue is that the soap will dispense, but never dissolve. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F4E3 for motor not running and F3E3 for OWI failed calibration. I ran a diagnostics cycle and the motor never energized. I found no voltage going to the motor, and good voltage going into the unit. This indicates a faulty control. Due to this I am ordering the control. I am also ordering the sump and motor to install and verify functionality after installation. "Arrived on site for a microwave that is strobing when the unit is being used. The customer advised that it does not happen every single cycle but it seems to happen more often than it doesnt. The customer ran a quick psycho and I found the Magnatron arcing inside the waveguide. Remove the waveguide cover and found arc marks and numerous spots around the waveguide.

Arrived on site to test unit for vent making noise. Vent working correctly builder advised that he removed a screw that was hitting blades. Unit working as designed

"Arrived onsite for a Range that is still burning the tops of items in her oven when in use. The customer advised that the issue has gotten better since the last visit but that it does still happen. Ran the unit through a 375 Fahrenheit bake cycle and found the unit finished preheat at 407 degrees and slowly dropped to 350 degrees and cycled back up slowly. I found the unit cycling between 399 and 252 degrees Fahrenheit. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Leon SR# 7732262668. He advised that on this unit, the broil element does come on when the unit begins to cheat again. He advised that on the bake cycle both bake and broil elements come on when the unit needs to heat and he also advised that broil, bake, and convection elements come on during the convection bake cycle. He advised that on these units, you need to use some aluminum foil to deflect heat away from the tops of items while in use for baking until you are ready to brown the tops. Advise customer of Whirlpools findings and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for wall ovens being off temperature. I spoke to the customer and they stated they had the one year inspection and the home inspector stated they were off. I preformed a temp test on both the upper and lower oven. I found them preheating too 400 when set to 350. I let the both cycle and found the average temp for both ovens with in 5 degrees of the 350 set temperature. The ovens are working as designed. Job complete.

I removed and replaced the drain pump and retested and unit is operating as designed. No,water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite and performed hose replacement and control replacement and tested unit. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that was making a loud noise. Upon arrival the customer stated that they also found the unit will randomly shut off, and the water would sometimes scratch their glassware. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a test cycle while monitoring amp draw and the bottom of the unit. I found the unit and heater working as designed. I observed no leaks at the time of service. During the cycle I heard no abnormal noises. I found no failure on the unit at the time of service.

Arrived onsite for washer not receiving hot water on wash cycle. Upon arrival tested unit and found when valve energizing very little water was entering tub. Disconnected supply lines and tested water pressure. Cold supply was good but the hot side has very little pressure. Will need to have plumber correct issue. Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not producing ice. Found icemaker turned off and reset bale arm to on position. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site to test unit for broken cooktop. Spoke with MS and repair is covered. Replaced cooktop, tested unit, unit working as designed. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for concerns about frosting freezer and clumping ice. Advised customer on design and parameters. Tested unit temperatures and inspected seal. Unit is running good temperatures with no seal problems. Advised customer on findings and instructed customer on regularly dumping resetting ice bin for best results.

"Arrived on site for NOT PRODUCING ANY ICE, CAN HEAR WATER TRYING TO GO IN BUT NOTHING HAPPENS--WATER DISPENSER WORKS AND THE UNIT ITSELF IS COOLING AND FREEZING OK. Removed ice maker cover and found fill tube frozen over. Used steamer to remove ice built up in tube. Placed in diagnostics and ran harvest then water fill test. Mold filled with water as designed. Removed hair and dust from condenser coils while inspecting door harness for my breaks in wires. All looked good.

"Arrived on site for no ice. Removed icemaker found broken wires to fill tube heater,diagnosed unit will need a new fill tube heater assembly,installed new fill tube,ran diagnostics icemaker passed,ran fill test passed.
