"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not getting any water. Upon arrival the customer stated it seemed like not enough water was in the bottom of the tub and the dishes werent getting clean. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and gained access to the bottom. Upon further inspection I found signs of a small leak under the sump. I found stored error codes F4E3 for motor not running and F7E1 for no heat. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit would fill and heat, but the water did not recirculate. Due to this, I installed a new sump and motor. I then put the unit back into diagnostics mode and ran a test cycle. I found the unit now working as designed. No leaks observed at the end of service. Call complete."

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed UI and main control assembly kit as well as a new dispenser module and sheLving mounts. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and install need apart after reassembling intestine unit I found the water inlet valve getting the proper power supply but not allowing water to dispense to the door. After getting further authorization I reassemble a new valve in as well and then found out the door was slightly frozen over. Instructed customer at this time to let the unit thaw out for at least a few hours to allow that waterline to defrost and the water dispenser will be fully functioning as designed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine not draining. Upon arrival the unit had about a foot of standing water. I put the unit into a spin/drain. I found the water drained right away. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the gearcase in good shape. The customer then stated that they had noticed the unit dripping water into the tub. I went to test the valve, but nothing came out. Upon further inspection I found the water turned off at the wall when I arrived. I turned the water on and then found a steady drip coming from the valve assembly into the tub. I informed the customer that the unit is draining, but may be filling some when not in use due to the constant drip.

Ran temperature checks and found the FC is averaging 25 degrees. Took reading and found temp at 27 degrees. On entering the kitchen I could hear compressor screaming and is warm. Unit has sealed system failure and compressor is running at max at all times. Examined FC evap and found almost no frost pattern. Removed upper tracks, lower wheel transports and adjusters and installed new upper tracks, lower wheel transport assemblies, adjuster straps, adjuster covers, clips, adjuster positioners, adjuster housings and adjusters. Customer still concerned about door opening during wash cycle. Ran diagnostics and door remained closed for entire cycle. With new parts racks should stay in place. I lowered to two front legs to raise the front of the dishwasher as well. This will keep the dishwasher tilted back a bit more to prevent weight against door when washing. No leaks detected. "Arrived on site for Ice maker is still not produce ice after last fixed on 01/10/2022. Customer showed me cups of water he had in the freezer since yesterday that were only partially frozen. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with no cooling. Upon arrival the customer had the unit now accessible. I gained access to the compressor and inverter. Upon further inspection I found the inverter not grounded to the compressor, and could see some visible burn marks. Due to this I replaced the inverter. I then plugged the unit back in and the compressor was now running. The unit is now running as designed. I informed the customer to give the unit 24-48 hours to fully cool. Call complete."

Customer had gas turned off so I turned it on. Checked for leaks using soap bubbles at the valve underneath cooktop. No bubbles detected. Over a thirty minute period I had the gas on and couldnt smell gas underneath the cooktop or anywhere at the valves with knobs removed or at any of the burners / orifice when the burner caps and burner plates removed.
