"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has gone off balance twice and has continued to go back into wrens cycles. She advised that if she puts it into a drain and spin that the unit does finish and then it doesnt happen on every load but has happened on several cycles. Ran unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) and F0 E3 (overload) error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I ran the unit through high speed spin and the unit ran as designed. I had the customer run a load of clothes in the unit and added water to damp in the clothes. Placed the unit in a drain and spin in the unit ran as designed. I did advise the customer that when the unit does go off balance, the unit will go back into the rinse to rebalance the load. "I arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed knobs, potentially switches and elements, upon arrival I gained access to the unit and replaced the knobs and found none of the switches were activating the elements still, I gained access behind the console and lifted the top of the range, upon inspection I found that three of the main harness lines had been cut at two connectors at the control, the customer informed me that this was a floor model, they cut the lines to avoid any sort of functionality to the unit. I plugged in two loose connectors and now the cooktop is operating properly as designed, I am ordering the main harness to complete the repair. Manually tested high speed spin and when the unit would shift speeds, it began to make a loud metal on metal screeching noise. I contacted techline and spoke to JR and advised of the complaint and my findings. JR had me do a video chat to get the noise on video and provide it to engineering. After the chat, JR recommended replacing the gearcase, cam and belt again. Provided SR#7732297892. I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam and drive belt and calibrated the unit. Using my tester bulb, I tested the unit again and the light came on which tells me the main control is good. I found after removing the original bulb, that the element inside is broken. Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not producing ice. On arrival checked icemaker for errors and found E0. Ran a harvest test and unit harvested as normal. Checked temps and found freezer wasnt dropping much past 8. Checked settings and found freezer set to 4. Set temp to 0. When I checked the RC I found several shelves had stuff over the airflow channel. Advised to move stuff out of the channels and make sure not to block the vent. This should allow temps to get back to harvest temp. Customer will follow up if unit doesnt make jce within a day. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I attempted to palcthe unit in diagnostics and the control panel failed to respond. I checked the plug under the sink and found the outlet to be a GFCI outlet with reset button and it was tripped (photo). I reset the outlet and the unit came on. Placed it in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I tested amp draw to the components and all are within range of amp draw. "Arrived on site to inspect ice being wet and clumping together. Upon further inspection, I found a large clump of ice in the bin. I found the gasket on the ice bin door was not seated correctly and would not seat. Tested the ice fan and found it not operating as designed. Also found ice built up at the back of the ice maker housing and the back wall of the unit. I tested the ice dispenser door and found the gasket on the door not sealing properly and allowing warm air into the ice bin. Customer advised that the water dispenser sprays water and does not come out in a stream. I found service pointer #W10873154 which states to replace the fill tube and discard of the chrome ring on the dispenser. "Arrived on site for washer in apartment 10204 not going through rinse. Inspected unit and work area. Found belt not connected to pulley. Inspected belt and found no damage. Reinstalled belt and performed diagnostics mode. Ran automatic test cycle and monitored operation. All tested good, no water leaded detected."

Arrived onsite and found unit needed new filter to restore proper flow. Installed new filter and flushed a few gallons through. Excellent flow.

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making ice. On arrival I found the icemaker in a partial harvest position. I powered it on and off and was able to get it to move. I checked the wiring and did not find an obvious break. Tried to test with new icemaker and found it damaged in box. Tried to cycle existing with diagnostic mode and it never responded.
