"Arrived on site to inspect range error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with no power. Once the customer cycled the power, the display showed the time but there were no functions with the keyboard and after approximately 5 mins of no functions, the display began to show F0 error code and beeping. Due to not being able to find a tech sheet for this unit, nor a parts breakdown, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and after several attempts, I could not get it to go. I tried one more time and this time the error code went away, the control signaled and I was able to get it to start a bake cycle. The customer advised that the unit will do that and then shut down while baking and show the error code. I reached out to management for assistance in finding information on this unit and we could not find anything. At managements request, I am ordering a PARTS RESEARCH-MAIN CONTROL and office to schedule return service if one can be located. Arrived onsite for cooktop not cleaning properly. Upon inspection found right front burner with abrasions/stain that customer could not get off. Customer is using recommended affresh cleaner. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and found it making a loud rumbling noise. I disassembled the unit and found r rollers not turning as they should. Also found the belt badly worn and the tension pulley not turning as it should. I removed and replaced the four rollers and cleaned the axles, removed and replaced the tension pulley and belt. Cleaned the lint from the unit and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose range that is not heating at all on bake. Ran unit with element exposed and found no heat at either element. Removed back panel and tested voltage. Found good voltage at board and at elements. Tested bake again and only found half voltage at elements. Relay board is clicking but not closing the circuit, causing unit not to heat. Relay board is NLA and we can not order one.

Arrived on site to diagnose range that was not heating the oven. Customer said they ran the unit and it never heated the other day. Tested unit and found the igniter did glow and kicked on the manifold. Moved the igniter closer to the manifold to make better contact. Retested 2 more times and found no issues present.

Arrived onsite for washer not completing cycle properly. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found F0E5 off balance load. Ran test cycle and unit failed in agitating and spin. Belt and cam are slipping and well as worn hub and washplate

Arrived on site for washer making screeching noise during agitation cycle only. Upon arrival confirmed issue and customer provided video of noise during cycle. After further inspection I found no errors in diagnostics. Found no noise in spin cycle per service pointer. I then found belt on unit was stretched out and rubbing on cam and motor drive. Replaced cam and belt. Found no abnormal noises during all 3 agitation speeds as well as spin cycle. No leaks during testing. Call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator building up ice and water inside of the RC & FC. Upon arrival I confirm the complaint after further inspection found that the air intakes were clogged with ice including the insulation around the intake the selves and was able to verify that it was because the top of the drain line in the FC was also clogged with ice preventing proper draining. Found no debris or clogs in the drain line causing the back flowing but when checking behind the fridge I found a fish sized rusted and avoided insulation with moisture bleeding and dripping down the wall. Inform customer that at this time unit cannot be repaired safely or properly repaired due to void in the insulation and problem will only persist and get worse

"Arrived on site for washing machine being out of balance. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the filter and found it full of soap scum build up. I cleaned the soap scum build up out of the filter and housing. I gained access to the which and found the back left one weak, and the tub going that direction when pushed straight down. I ran a rinse and spin, I waited for the spin cycle to start and found the basket to bounce around until it got up to full speed and then stabilized out. I found the valves opening up and allowing good pressure through. I spun the inner basket by hand and found no wobble. I lifted the inner basket slightly and found no play there. I removed the two rear shocks and compressed them I found on of the weaker than the other. I quoted customer for all 4 shocks.

Arrived onsite for washer with F3e1 f9e1 f8e3 f5e2 codes stored under inspection I found that the water level sensor was faulty

Arrived on site for range needing previously diagnosed insulation/vent parts. Upon arrival reconfirmed prior issue. Found during disassembly that unit had further extensive damage from current ventilation and insulation issues. Inner liner to cavity was wrapped causing grounding between stealth bake element and liner. Found multiple areas of insulation failures as well as entire vent tube clogged with char (beyond filter screen sent on trip). Due to NLA parts and liner damage unit will continue to have further repeat failures and no reliable repairs can be made.

Arrived on site for dryer making a thumping noise. I I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the dryer and found found the back of the drum bouncing. I gained access to the drum and found it still found in shape. I inspected the quite wheels and found one of the damaged. I replaced all 4 guide wheels. I reassembled the unit and tested it. It is now working as designed with no Moore noise. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for washing machine not draining and squeaking. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault F7e5 shifter fault. I attempted to test the unit in diagnostics and found the unit wont switch between agitate and spin. I found the gear case leaking oil, and the control making a rattling noise during operation. I quoted customer for full service. Gear case, control, actuator. The washing machine is designed for residential use, not commercial use, because it is being used in a commercial environment, the washer will continue to break down and will require multiple repairs.

Arrived on site for door not closing properly and door dropping to far down when open . Replaced both hinges on upper door . Door is sitting and opening normally .Did inform customer that if it happens again it may be a sign of the receivers failing and would recommend replacing them . It would require and additional man . Job complete

"Arrived to inspect ice production issue. I tested the ice maker housing temperature at the vent, with the door closed an K-type inserted through the slots in the door. The temperature was 26.6F after 5 minutes, too warm for consistent production. I entered service mode and performed test 36. With the fan on, per the UI, the temperature rose to 27F. Fan operation was moderate. FC temperature, measured in the bottom of the cabinet was 24.5F. I performed thermography and had similar results throughout the FC. The compressor registered over 150F and by the condenser, dropped 25 degrees. The return from the condenser was room temperature and that was after 10 minutes of run time with no condenser airflow. The compressor is failing and will require replacement. Office to order compressor, dye drier, service port and RC evaporator. Office to schedule 2 hours for sealed system service and contact the CX to schedule. Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for washer. Replaced suspension and agitator and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived to inspect dryer not starting. I found the belt had failed, causing the switch to prevent the motor from starting. I removed and replaced the belt and tested. Operational test good

"Arrived to inspect spray arm issue. I found the middle spray arm had failed and required replacement. I removed and replaced it and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived to inspect ice production issue. The unit was off when I began inspection and I allowed it to perform its initial self-flush and then begin production. The lower plate measured 4.4F and the slab initial temp was 28.2F during buildup. The post cool reached -8F and these temperatures are normal and expected. The slab thickness was excellent and the second slab that was being produced as I was completing the call looked very good as well. The bin thermistor was 3.58Kohm at 63.5F, which is an error of approximately 3F error to too warm and would not cause early system shutdown from an incorrect bin level read. I advised the CX that if issues persist to contact us and let the machine run prior to our arrival. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived to inspect no ice. The 6 hour average of the ice box was 27. The FC average was 21 and ice could be heard rubbing on the evap motor. I tested the defrost system and found line VAC present to the FC defrost circuit, but no ohms could be read on the circuit and either the element or safety thermistors are open. The right RC door gasket is badly torn at the top flap for the mullion and will require replacement. I found the drain tube assy gapped and I verified no plugging and then sealed the rubber cup to the chassis. I set the unit to showroom mode to allow defrost and the CX will defrost for 48 hours and then press F/C and Drawer at the same time for 3 seconds until the unit goes back into normal mode. I coached the CX on towel placement to catch and evap ice melt. "Arrived to inspect ice in FC. I found the previous attempted repair did not cure the issue. I removed material from the screw holes and elongated them to get the door into position to prevent air leaks from the lower RC door hinge bezels. I advised the CX if there are further issues, the FC door gasket will be required. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Prior to installing the valves, I inspected the chassis and found the RC door gasket badly torn and it will require replacement. The RC door closer cams are worn out and not applying pressure to the door and they will need replaced as well. One of the water valves may not require replacement upon return and that will be subtracted from the total parts, if not needed/installed.
