Arrived on site for range giving F9E0 error code. upon arrival confirm complaint after further inspection I found the cause of the issue was a three prong wire cord that had been miss wired to the terminal block with the neutral going to the L one side and one of the wind ends going to the neutral wire causing 120 V to flow through the chassis of the unit. Repaired unit to correct specs and reassembled and tested oven. Found unit fully functioning as designed with no failures. Call complete

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in Rc cabinet. Upon arrival inspected unit and found clogged drain pan. Water has overfilled and blocked air vents. Cleared Clogged drain line. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for ice maker not working. I inspected the unit and work area. I put the unit into diagnostics and test 56 I found error code e2 motor lost position. I ran test 57 and found the unit would not start to harvest. I tested voltage to the ice maker and found 120vac. I also tested the fill tube heater and found it working as designed. I replaced the icemaker and tested it. It is now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived to inspect broken cooktop. There was a crack coming from the left front corner and appeared to be caused by debris under the glass during manufacturing. I removed and replaced the cooktop and tested. Operational test good.

Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found ice dispenser motor has failed. After replacing it took a short video of ice dispenser working properly. Also found freezer door control panel sticks out on the right hand corner. Took a picture. Remove control panel and found this is due to warping on the freezer door/black plastic alcove. This is not causing any malfunction on the refrigerator and is a cosmetic issue.

"Arrived on site for water leaking. Unit cooling correctly found ice in freezer lower section. Diagnosed a frozen drain,removed ice build up,cleared drain checked water flow through drain good.

I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found significant gearcase oil. This indicates a bad gearcase. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F0E5 for off balance load and F2E1 for stuck key. I then ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle and could hear abnormal gearcase noise. After, I tested the suspension and found it bad as well. Arrived on site for a refrigerator with something that popped off of the door. Upon arrival the customer showed me the mullion had popped out of place. Upon further inspection I found no damage to the mullion. I popped it back on and the unit is now as designed.

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that made unusual noise. Found no failures to unit at this time and advised customer that motor noise will increase with heavy loads and is normal operation. No further repairs needed and no leaks were found at time of service.

Upon further inspection, the is3d that the unit had shut down and stopped cooling for a long period of time then came back on and started cooling. In conversation with previous tech, they tested the defrost by jumping the control and it failed. On ice they did a hard reset on the control, the unit came back on and began to cool. Customer advised that the unit is malfunctioning as before. It was determined that the main control was going bad. I tested temps in the FC=7 degrees. Customer advised the unit is making ice, but the temps got to 20+ in the FC and in the mid to high 40s in the RC. . I removed and replaced the control and tested the unit and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator losing cool in the refrigerator compartment. Upon arrival the customer stated it seems like the freezer is not cooling as well now either, and it all started after they cleaned the RC. I checked the temps and found the FC at 22?F and the RC at 50?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. Upon further inspection I found the damper stuck closed due to some ice blockage. I also found the evap covered in a thick layer of ice. I then gained access to the control and ohmd out the thermistors. I found the RC came to 4.12k and the FC came to 10.52k. Both of these are accurate for at the time of reading. I then activated the short defrost and checked voltage to the heater coming from the control. I found it good, but the heater never activated. I then checked the bi-metal and found it open still. This indicates a faulty bi-metal. I informed the customer that they need to keep the cooling off for a minimum of 48 hours before the service to defrost the unit. I am ordering the harness with the bi-metal, and the office will need to reschedule..; ordrng 1 W11449066 (Evap Harness)"

Arrived onsite for flames too high. Tested unit and all 5 burner were burning high flames with orange tips. Found that LP orifices were installed on unit. Home has natural gas. Test unit and all 5 burner flame are correct. Job complete.

I verified an open circuit at the motor and then quoted the CX for replacement. The replacement had a loose hose clamp and I was able to correctly clamp and tested. Arrived on site for a dryer that was making a loud noise. I tested the unit and found a loud rattle coming from the blower wheel area. I gained access to the blower housing and found that the collar assembly between the blower wheel and vent assembly had popped out of place. This was allowing it to flap around and cause a metal on metal rattle. I popped it back in and then tested the unit. The unit was no longer making any abnormal noise. I verified with the customer that the noise was good.

I could not smell gas on the cooktop, but I could smell a small amount in the oven. I called techline and spoke to Robert and received SR# 7732785723. Robert recommend gaining access to the back and further diagnosing, and then to call back. As I went to pull the unit out I found prior floor damage (pics in SD). When getting low to put up the feet, I began to get a stronger gas smell. I put my skid plate down and pulled the unit out. I then gained access to the regulator and pressure regulator tube. I used my leak detector on both, and could not detect anything. However, the gas smell was strongest in this area. I then checked for a leak at the wall and gas line with my leak detector, but could not detect anything. I called techline back and spoke to Chris kept the same SR number. Chris recommended to go ahead and replace the regulator. I am ordering the regulator and the office will need to reschedule to install. Return tech needs to convert the regulator to propane. ; O-emld tckt"

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice and chattering when dispensing water. Customer had replacement filter so replaced and tested. Chattering stopped. Ran twice maker test and found E2 ice maker error. Forced harvest cycle and did complete. Ran fill test and did not fill. Used extra tube to test valve, valve is functioning. Line freezing at ice maker. Ran additional fill test and ice maker filled properly. Ordering icemaker and heater. Customer will monitor for now.
