Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is resetting constantly. Found ui malfunctioning and replaced it. Homeowner to thaw unit minimum of 48hrs to clear ice. Homeowner signed defrost waiver.

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that was dead and not working. On arrival checked the outlet and found 120v at the outlet. Checked unit and found the fuse blown. Replaced with truck stock fuse. Plugged unit in and found it on and working. Customer had let me know that the microwave had died while it was NOT in use. Opened and closed door 40 times to test interlocks and found interlocks good. Checked wiring and found no damaged wiring. Tested heat and found unit heating as designed. Fuse appears to have failed due to a power surge.

The glow igniter would activate and the gas valve would open, however the actual ignition was delayed and when it did ignite it was a huge flame ignition. While running diagnostics the fridge continued to lose power. Checked voltage at the wall and was getting 120v. Removed rear panel and confirmed the compressor was making the whining noise. "Arrived on site to inspect frost in the freezer section. Upon further inspection, I found a small amount of frost built up at the bottom of the FC section and the FC door at the opening. I closed the FC door and inspected the gasket and its sealing on all four sides. I found the grease in the slides hardened and also found a gap in the FC liner around the opening of the freezer section. I am ordering the slides and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service. Using some silicone from my van stock, I sealed the gap in the liner. Arrived onsite for unit having the lint light always blinking. Looked at the unit and the light would blink when in the on position but will turn off after the unit is started. Arrived on site for Ice maker Inside ice maker Not holding temp ice is melting. Unit was turned off upon arrival. Checked bin thermistor for resistance and it was in range. Ran diagnostics and all cycles completed without issue and no errors. Plugged drain and ran water valve and allowed bin to fill substantially. Unplugged and motorized pump drained without issue. Asked customer to contact us if it starts failing again and to make sure it remains plugged in and remains plugged in at least 24 hours before we arrive so we can diagnose the issue while its happening. I put the unit into a diagnostics cycle and found the sump and motor assembly is operating properly as designed but the drain pump is intermittent, I replaced the drain pump and found that broken glass had seized the drain pump, I tested the unit with the new drain pump and found the unit is operating properly as designed with no leaks observed.job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door not closing and shelves not aligned. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out that the lower drawer in the RC section was not closing properly. Also advised that the crisper pans are not closing properly. I tested the lower pan and found it to not be seating correctly on the rails. I could not determine if the pan is warped or not. I tested the crisper pans and found that when removed, they have to be aligned onto the rails correctly or they will hang on the rails and not close properly. I demonstrated to my customer how to properly install them after removing them to clean. "Arrived on site for a washing machine thats making a grinding and squealing sound. Inspected unit and work area. Placed the unit and serviced diagnostics and tested the spin function. Found the splutch assembly completely grinding on itself immediately and not getting the basket. The customer advised that the unit also is making a squealing noise prior to the grinding sound. Its on the basket by hand and found the unit skipping as if that one of the bearings on the transmission was bad. Check Internet the unit and confirmed that the unit had lost oil underneath. I also found that the belt has been stripped due to the splutch assembly . Replaced the gear case, splutch assembly, and belt and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Call complete."

Found moisture sensor popped out of place and was making contact other sensor so unit was thinking things were still wet as contacts were closed. I called Whirlpool techline and spoke to Austin SR# 7730910924. He advised that based on the fact that the unit did not error without clothes, it would have to be a ventilation issue. He advised that since the customer has a more than 90 degree turn in his attic to go out, it can hinder airflow. He advised that since we have already replaced the control, the unit would not be at fault at this time. He advised to make no repairs. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for oven tripping breaker, upon arrival found unit off and breaker stuck on the middle turned unit back on and found all to be operating as designed proceeded to call techline Sr 7732287904 techline stated to check if unit had 32 or less amps when calling for bake, found it at 30.4 for amps when back is called for. Techline stated if that was the case it was breaker issue. Job Completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with cooling issues, upon arrival the customer informed me that the ice maker is the issue and is not dispensing ice, I gained access to the ice maker and found that the ice maker harvests but doesnt fill, I found the fill tube to be clear of any ice build up. I gained access to the valve and found that the valve needs to be replaced as it is not allowing water to dispense at the ice maker ; ordrng 1 WPW10420083 (Inlet valve)"

Put unit in diagnostics and compressor running but no frost pattern developing on evap. Quoted customer for compressor, evap, drier, access valve and control box.will need compressor, evap, dye drier, access valve, control box and nitrogen. 2hr and SS tech on return visit.

"Arrived on site to test unit for white residue on clothing. Found error code f0e4(spin limited by water temp). Found cold valve not engaging properly and inlet thermistor out of range. Customer stated unit was moved into current home in May, 2021. Unit is currently connected to soft water system. Replaced valve and recommend using less detergent as softener is creating more suds and will leave residue on clothing. Tested unit, unit working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete."

"Arrived on site and inspected ice machine and found customers complaint was actually related to a different ice machine of a different brand in a different part of the house. This ice machine is unplugged, because homeowner says it was leaking. After reconnecting the power found drain pump is not running. Replaced drain pump and sent a short video of ice machine running and not leaking to MS, job complete"

Arrived on call for complaint of broken agitator. Confirm that the agitator is broken. Replace agitator.

"Arrived on site and for freezer and refrigerator cooling issues. Checked temperatures and confirmed 15 and 50. Immediately spotted massive frost buildup on both sides of the evaporator cover. Advised customer of the findings and ordered defrost thermostat, heater and will return with the thermostat. ; ordrng 1 67004188 (DEFROST HEATER) and 1 67004757 (DEFROST TSTAT)"

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not turning on. Upon arrival found wall voltage was good power cord was good giving power to control. Control was not operational. Replaced and proceeded to test. Unit is now operating as designed. Job Completed.

Arrived on site for poor wash performance. Ran diagnostics and pump motor not running . Found wash motor had failed . Replaced sump and motor . Ran diagnostics all checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete .

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with frost in the freezer section. Upon further inspection, I found the left side of,the FC door gapped approximately 1/8 inch at the gasket. I opened the FC door and found frost built up on the top of FC section, on the drawers, the rails and the door. I closed the FC door and it sealed on all four sides. I tested the door several times by opening and closing the door and holding the door handle in the middle and every time, the door closed and sealed on all four sides. Due to the amount of ice/frost on the slides, I removed and replaced the slides and retested and the door continues to close as designed. I explained the customer that the door must be opened and closed by holding the handle in the middle and demonstrated what happens when the door is not opened from the middle. Customer was not happy with the unit; therefore, I contacted Whirlpool techline and spoke to Travis and advised of the complaint and my findings. Travis advised that the door must be opened from holding the middle of the door handle or it will open at an angle and sometimes will not close properly allowing warm air inside the unit and frost will build up. I advised Travis that I was replacing the slides due to the ice/frost build up on them and causing the grease to harden and make the door difficult to close. Travis provided SR#7732286887. I advised the customer of my conversation with tech support and provided them with the SR# file number and recommended that they contact Whirlpool customer service if they have any further issues with the freezer door. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
