Upon inspection I found the door was grinding on the hinge possibly preventing the unit from closing and there were gaps between the liner and the cabinet allowing airflow. Raised the door and verified clearance of the hinge and sealed the gaps. Checked for a proper seal. No water connected to the unit.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven that is flashing an F6 E6 error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me 10 videos of what happens with her unit and advise that shes has multiple codes that are becoming present. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E6 (Upper appliance manager lost communication) and F6 E9 (lower appliance manager lost communication) error codes. The customer stated that this generally happens after steam is blowing out on top of the user interface from the top oven and that the control panel will be unresponsive for 3 to 4 hours before she can use the oven again when this happens. She also stated that when she runs the unit up to 400? on both ovens and turn down the light, sometimes the unit will shut off as well. I checked voltage and polarity and found proper voltage and polarity. Did find that the unit was on its own designated breaker. I tested the unit and diagnostics and could not get any component to fail. I called Whirlpool techline and spoke to Rob SR# 7737300365. Based on everything that I told him, he advised that there were two issues. He stated that one of them is the user interface because the software on it had been updated on those user interfaces, and that that would be what is causing part of the problem. He also stated that the steam coming up and over the user interface is a clear indicator that, theres too much moisture content in the upper oven and advised me to tell the customer that they will need to cover any high moisture foods that they cook in the upper oven. He stated that with as much steam was going over the user interface, that it it into the control area, and potentially cause issues with the controls to short circuit. Ordering the user interface in the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 W11598136 (UI)"

"Arrived onsite for a DW that is having issues with the door falling open on its own, and when it is opened it goes way past 90*. And the lower rack will roll of of it. Upon inspection I found that the latch and strike was not locking together well, I replaced them with new ones and found the the door snaps shut better. I the adjust the the door hinge springs so that there is more tension on the door and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed."

ArI iced onsite for dishwasher that is raking from condensation collecting on the granite counter top above it. Called Steve with techline and documented. Due to the immense amount of ice present, advised the customer on the proper procedures to defrost the unit so that we can access the heater assembly and replace. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making a metallic whining sound when in use. Tested unit and confirmed abnormal noise, sounded like it was coming from blower area. Disassembled unit and found a wadded up dryer sheet had wedged itself between the blower wheel and the housing, and the noise was the wheel rubbing against it. I removed the dryer sheet and tested the unit. Confirmed sound was gone."

"Arrived on site for arrange. That is turning off when the timer is turned off. Inspected unit and work area. The customer also explained that the unit does not seem to hold temperature inside of her oven as when she uses her oven multiple times cooking the same components, hes getting inconsistent Results with her food. Tested the unit several times with the timer. Turning the timer off and turning it back on. I could not replicate the issue. The customer tried it herself and showed me what happens but I found the customer was not turning off the timer first and then turning it back on. I explained the customer that she hast to hit the timer set/off button twice before she can reset her timer. I checked the temperature instead of the oven at a 350?F bake cycle. Found temperatures fluctuating between 325?F and 361?F. Averaging the temperature at 343?F. The customer advised that even though the temperature shows that to be correct, she is still burning several of her items. I called whirlpool techline and spoke to Kurt SR# 7737090152. He advised that based on all of our checks, the unit is working as designed and the customer would need to re-calibrate the unit if she believes that the unit is over cooking her items. Went ahead and re-calibrated the oven for her by turning the unit down 10?. I did explain to the customer how to calibrate her oven and that she may need to adjust the calibration depending on how she felt the unit was cooking. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

MVW4505MW1 GP arrived on site to inspect washer constantly filling and draining. Placed the unit into diagnostics and found F8E1 error code. Tested the valves and found the cold water valve plugged with debris. Removed and replaced the water valve and tested and the unit passed with no water leaks observed during service. Advised customer of my findings.

Arrived on site for unit not operating. Door is locked. Upon arrival inspected unit. Once powered on drain pump runs continuously with out any water or suds. Need to replace control. Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. On inspection found that the fan and the harness were different. On further inspection I saw that the fan had pulsating voltage to it. I turn the FC temp switch off and the fan keep running. I then turn the RC temp switch off and the fan stopped pulsating. I waited a few minutes and turn the RC switch back on and the fan came on and stayed on. The pulsating stopped. Arrived onsite and found the switches ordered did not arrive as depicted as the needed retention nut not included. SR researching part to determine repair viability. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 2 Research (Nut #15)s

Arrived onsite and tested unit for incorrect temps. Found unit is now operating as designed. And within proper factory set ranges. Advised customer on findings. Advised customer on design and use and care principles.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Gained access to remove old compressor and install new compressor. Braced new compressor and vacuumed the system for 15 min. After vacuuming the system I waited 15 to make sure system had no leaks and I did not lose any vacuum. I charged up the system with R600 47g . Plugged unit in and advised CX to let cool for 24hrs. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

Arrived on site to install wash basket per service pointer. Installed new wash basket and calibrated and ran a diagnostic cycle. Washer is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed.
