"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling and building up ice in FC evap cover. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. Found defrost issue in FC. After running diagnostics tests I found following results: Rc thermistor 6.8kohms, FC 18kohms (both thermistor readings matched per temps I found while on site and wi5hin range.) after further testing I found bimetal was stuck open and not allowing unit to defrost properly. Will need office to reschedule once availability of part/s is known. Will need hv control as well as defrost harness asm. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not filling with water. I checked the water valve at the wall and found good water pressure there I put unit into diagnostics and found code stored for no water. I then ran diagnostics cycle and found that the water inlet valve not operating properly filling slowly.I then ran the sump and motor after the tub was filled and found the sump and motor humming like it wants to run but nothing is actually happening. Went through various checks on the unit and found the motor windings good. Checked for resistance through the motor and found proper resistance. Spoke to PR and he had me run various checks through the board. Was advised the issue is most like it with the track in the main control but to bring the capacitor and motor just in case. Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed part. I spoke to the customer and they stated the noise is still there during the spin cycle of the washer. I put the unit through a quick drain and spin only cycle. I could hear something in the back of the unit rattling. I pulled the lid off and found everything secured in place. I inspected the drain house junction and found it not clipped in and secured in place. I could create the noise during a drain and spin but not a diagnostics high speed spin. Arrived onsite for dryer making slapping noise. Upon arrival found screw loose causing it to rip and make noise during spin. Tightened and tested unit is now operating as designed job completed.

Arrived onsite for dryer complaint of long dry times and found unit operating as designed with vent run over 25ft. Advised customer to have vents cleared every 2 years and to be aware that due to the long vent run dry times would be be longer than a short vent run home. All checks good.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they noticed the unit was leaking from underneath because there whole floor was wet underneath and was draining out of the backside of the wall through the bricks. Confirm the customers complaint and test of the unit and a diagnostic cycle. Found the unit leaking from the washer pump motor. Replace the water pump motor and tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed with no leaks present. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit will run, in the middle of the cycle it will stop and begin beeping, and it will do this every single cycle. The customer provided a video. In the video the unit stopped and started beeping, and it flashed the F9E1 error code. Upon further inspection I found the unit full of water. I pressed the cancel/drain button and found it working. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for no drain, F10E1 for dispenser electrical problem, and F8E2 for fill valve electrical problem. I cleared the error codes. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found it ran through as designed. I inspected the drain tube and found it clear and routed correctly. I gained access to the control and found everything in good shape. I found the unit getting good voltage at the junction box. I called techline and spoke to Joel and received SR# 7732440228. Joel recommended replacing the sump and motor. I replaced the sump and then ran a diagnostics cycle on the unit.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for washer. Replaced belt and pulley and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine thats not working properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she had an issue with a load and that after that load she hasnt been able to get the washer to start. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E3 (overload), F2 E1 (UI stuck key), and F5 E1 (lid switch fault -lid opened when start key pressed) error codes. Around the unit through a normal water cycle and the unit ran as designed by sensing, spinning, feeling, and agitating. I canceled the cycle and ran the unit through diagnostics. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Tested the lid lock function of the unit 20 times and could not get the lid lock to fault even with opening and closing the lid. The customer advised that sometime she has issues with getting the unit to start. I had a customer attempt to start the washer and found that she was using her fingertip. I did advise her to use her fingerprint to start it due to the heat sensor on the board needing to be activated. Could not find any issues with the unit so I advise the customer to call back if she has any further issue with the unit. Call complete."

Arrived on call for complaint of not dispensing ice. Found the auger motor not working. The shaft is rusted in place. Unable to remove shaft to repair.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer control panel not responding. Upon further inspection, I found the unit plugged in and attempted to place in diagnostics and the console failed to respond. I cycled power to the unit and placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error code F6E2-communication error between UI and ACU. I cleared the code and attempted to continue in diagnostics and the unit would not go any further. Following the tech sheet, I tested voltage to the unit (123V) and voltage at the control to the UI at the J18 connection and got 5VDC. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of the complaint and my findings. Bruce recommended unplugging the speaker and retesting. I did such and it continued to fail. Bruce recommended testing the hot water to make sure steam is not getting into the control panel and I did and its not the issue. Bruce recommended replacing the UI console again. I removed and replaced the control panel and calibrated. Retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the refrigerator side sitting at 53?F. Check the freezer and found no evidence of any defrost issue on the evaporator. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found that the air baffle would not open. Replaced the air baffle and tested the unit. Found the unit cooling properly. Waited for the compressor to kick on and could not hear the compressor running so I opened up the compressor department. Found a big wasp nest built inside the condenser fan housing causing the condenser fan motor not be able to run. Remove the dirt dauber nest and the condenser fan began to run as designed. The unit is cooling and is operating as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from the freezer section. Upon further inspection, I found a block of ice in the bottom of the FC section and found ice at the bottom of the evaporator drip pan. Removed the ice and pulled the unit out and found the drain tube clogged. Cleaned the drain tube out and removed the ice from the drain tube. Verified all ice removed. "Arrived on site to inspect trash compactor not compacting. Upon further inspection, I removed the tray and taped the safety switch closed and tested. When the motor came on, the gears moved back and forth and the ram moved up and down as if it were trying to go down, but something was keeping it from going down and it would quickly go back up. I pulled the unit from the cabinets and removed the top panel and the front panel and inspected the switches. I found the tilt switch was flapping and not making good contact. I tested the switch and it was intermittently closing. I tested the directional switch and it is good. I could smell the motor making a burning smell after it would attempt to operate.advised that I would be ordering parts and office would contact them to schedule return service I am ordering the tilt switch, safety switch, directional switch, push button switch and motor. "Arrived on site for A LOT CONDENSATION INSIDE THE UNIT-HAD DUCTS/VENTS CLEANED RECENTLY-THE UNIT STILL RUNS/DRYS. Ran dryer and it is heating as designed. Customer had a load of wet clothes inside to show me what they were experiencing. Opened door and found water accumulating around the outer edges of the door and on the bottom section of the frame where the door closes. Inspected dryer vent and found the vent was shoved against the wall creating a huge kink in the vent. With this, the hot damp air did not have anywhere to go causing condensation at the dryer door. In addition, it looked like the wall vent had water coming inside from the roof. I used foil tape to secure the vent at the wall better and reshaped the customers vent tube to a round shape. I found a couple holes in the customers vent tube and sealed them with foil tape. I was able to reconnect the customers vent tube, but could only push it halfway in without damaging or kinking the vent tube again. Recommended the customer call their roofer that replaced the roof about four months ago to inspect the dryer vent on the roof for any possible areas where water could be coming in when it rains. Also recommended the customer invest in a telescoping dryer tube in order for the dryer to be pushed all the way against the wall. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking water out of the ice maker. Upon further inspection I found the ice bin as one whole block of ice, and ice all over the ice chute. I removed the ice bin and found the ice bin cracked in the back, most likely due to the weight of the ice build up inside of the bin. I informed the customer on this. I removed the ice maker and found where the fill tube went into the IM was frozen over, and causing the water to flow straight into the ice bin. I cleared this out, and the ice bin out. I then harvest the ice maker and jumped the fill. I found both working as designed with no leak.

Removed cam pulley and couldnt find any evidence of grease / oil. Found belt came off very easily and outer surface of cam pulley was black due to belt constantly slipping. Ran diagnostics cycles and washer ran as designed except for basket wobbling even without a load inside. Agitated properly. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, the ised that the ice maker isnt working and it doesnt dispense ice. I found the ice chute blocked with ice and the ice bin full. I removed the ice from the chute and inspected the ice door and found it sealing properly and no air gaps in the door. Cleaned up the ice/water and placed the ice bin back in place and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I tested the ice maker in diagnostics test #99 and it is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and recommendations for use and care. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Found gasket WPW10535778 that door seats against is torn and missing pin mounts. Found top glass mounting bracket W11105139 had broken glass glued to the mounts and it was also misshaped. Found one of the brass screws W11428245 was missing that mounts the handle. Found one of the burner valve knobs wouldnt turn. Found both inner door seals W11104748 missing. Ordering bulb WFG320M0BS3 just in case it is burnt out when we return. "Arrived on site for a washing machine not spinning and leaving clothes wet at the end of the cycle. Upon arrival the customer stated it always happens when washing loads of jeans, sweaters, towels, sheets, and etc. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F0E5 for off balance load. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran through as designed. I then manually activated the spin and agitate. I found both working as designed. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found it in good shape. Per the service pointer W10754551B I will be replacing the control for this issue. I replaced the control and then calibrated the unit. I ran a diagnostics cycle and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not making ice. I checked temperatures and found the FC at 4?F, the RC at 37?F, and the IB at 30?F. When taking my thermocouple out of the IB I found that the IM was in the off position. I found that the customer did not know this switch was there, and was unaware that it was off. I turned the IM on. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes for the IM. I found the IB fan, IM, and IM fill valve all working as designed. I informed the customer that the unit appears to be working as designed, and the likely issue was it was off the whole time. Call complete."
