"Arrived on site for a dryer that is making abnormal sound during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit makes a banging and tapping sound when they first start up the dryer, but then it will slowly go away within five minutes. They advised they had not had this issue prior and didnt know if something was not hooked up properly. I tested the unit six times with a load of towels and we could not get the issue to replicate. I removed the clothes from the dryer and tested it. Still could not get the unit to act up. I went ahead and disassembled the unit and found all components properly secured and intact. I went ahead and cleaned off the roller shafts, just in case, but I reassembled the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived onsite for dryer with no power. Upon arrival I found the breaker to be tripped. I turned the breaker on and dryer had power and was running. I found all the wiring on the dryer to be correct. I noticed the dryer to be making some noise. I got inside the dryer and noticed the rollers to be making noise. I replaced the rollers, idler pulley, and belt using the kit provided and all is functioning as designed at time of repair. Call complete. Installed 4392065 norm repair."

"Arrived on site to diagnose double oven not working properly. Homeowner said the display would black out and oven would go dead, but was unsure if the breaker tripped. I tested the unit and confirmed it pops the breaker, and also has an F9E0 code for miswire. I removed the oven from the wall and checked the junction box. Found neutral wire nut loose and tightened. Ran oven and breaker tripped again. I disconnected the ground and ran. Added lower oven as well. Breaker tripped again with ground disconnected. On several occasions I could not reset the breaker. Advised customer to have the builder replace the breaker since it tripped with ground d/c. If we have to return on this we can bring elements, controls, and weight for 2 hours to make sure cook-off works. At this time work completed until breaker is replaced and oven is run."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer door not opening. Upon further inspection, I found the freezer (FC) door gapped on the right side and top right corner allowing warm air inside the FC section and has created ice build up inside keeping the FC door slides frozen and the door wont open. I attempted to break up some of the ice to open the door and the door continues to stay locked up. I advised the customer that they will have to unplug the unit and allow the ice to defrost in order to get the door,open to inspect any damages to parts. I provided the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator to my customer and recommended they pull the unit forward and place towels around the back and side of the unit and a towel at the bottom for the FC door to catch any water that will leak from defrosting the unit. Customer signed the waiver and I recommended they unplug the unit today to get the process started and to place a fan on the right side to blow warm air inside to help melt the ice. I placed the unit in diagnostics and forced a defrost on the unit to help with the process. Also, I found the digits missing on the UI when I placed it in diagnostics. I am ordering the UI and defrost heater and will return with all prescreened parts. Scheduled return service for 09/12/24. Currently no water leaks observed during service & no parts installed.; ordrng 1 W11387386 (UI) and 1 WP12729128 (Defrost heater)"

Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop not heating properly. Upon further inspection found the cooktop becoming warm but not heating up. I checked the wiring at the terminal black and found the L1 and N wires were in the wrong positions. I correctly wired the terminal block and checked the voltage. The voltage measured correct. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezing in multiple locations. Upon further inspection the customer advised that she had freezing right near the vent on the side of the ice maker compartment and in the crisper draws. Refrigerator lower temp was 31 near the vent. All the thermistors passed their checks. I checked the ice box gasket and it was slightly unaligned possibly causing air infiltration into RC and causing food to freeze in the crisper portion. No gaps in the door gaskets found. Following the manufacturer guideline I raised the RC temp setting by 2 degrees and informed the customer that food will freezes if placed near the vent. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. No parts installed

"Arrived on site for a range that is not igniting on one burner. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit will ignite the right front burner, but that it is taking a while for it to fully ignite. I did confirm the customers complaint and check the offices. I found that the simmer orifice was not correct, and was still natural gas. I went ahead and changed the orifice using the customers conversion kit. I test the unit and still found the right front burner hard to ignite. I checked the burner head and found the burner head not properly put together. I reassembled the burner head to its correct specifications and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site for a microwave oven combo that is flashing an F2 E1 (user interface stuck key) error code. I ran the unit into diagnostics and confirmed the customers complaint. I found the circulation pump/water level sensor that had been recently replaced, had malfunctioned and was stopping the water flow at erratic levels. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is cooling off and on. Inspected unit and work area. Customer stated that the unit does cool and will cool properly at certain points. However, other times the refrigerator was 50?F. I checked temperature in the refrigerator and freezer sections and found the freezer at -3?F and the refrigerator at 46?F. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found all portions of the machine operating as designed. I gained access to the control and found the freezer thermistor reading 5?F and the refrigerator thermistor reading 40?F. I found no evidence of any defrost issue within the unit. "DU1055XTVS1 Arrived on site for unit stopping mid cycle. Upon arrival, customer stated unit will flash dimly on control panel and will not progress to next step of cycle. Ran consumer and diagnostics and ran fine. Exposed control panel and found faulty gasket on the vent assy (picture attached), causing moisture to short out board. Ordering WP8558980 vent, WP8269259 gasket, W11169039 upper rack and W10161215 lower rack. No water leaks detected at this time. Arrived onsite for oven not functioning. Uponarrival I noticed the oven to have power but the display to be black. I performed a power reset at the breaker. Afterflipping the breaker back on unit powered back up and is now showing the display. I set the oven to 350 on bake and found the unit to cancel out after heating for bit. Customer will need to set wifi up for unit to update and function properly. Gave customer wifi team number if they have any issues or need help on setting up wifi. Call complete. No parts installed.

I found the cabinet required adjustment to match the FZ and the tubing in the back of the machine was making contact with the back cover, vibrating at various compressor speeds during testing. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling properly in RC. Upon further inspection measures RC=52 degrees FC=-2. I observed a heavy amount of frost built up on the RC evaporator and encompassing the evaporator cover. I placed the unit into diagnostics and all components are testing fine. I checked the defrost setting and it was set to adaptive defrost, which most likely caused the over frost condition. Because of the amount of frost I instructed the customer to unplug the unit for 24hrs and to monitor water from defrosting. No parts installed"

Arrived on site for a range that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that she went to use the oven for the first time and it tripped in the middle of pre-heat. I did confirm the customers complaint and found no issues with the wiring or any kind of grounding. I removed the ground wire from the unit and ran the unit up to 450?F. And I reattached the ground screw and ran the unit back up to 450?F without any tripping. I did advise the customer to keep the unit running for two hours to burn off any moisture within the elements to correct the issue. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call. No parts were installed.

Also found when attempting to start unit sometimes it does absolutely nothing no spark no gas being fed unit just says preheat. Found module spark failed. Inspected brown line from igniter to spark module no signs of open readings or shorts in wire. Replaced module spark, tested unit, unit is running as intended. No leaks present at this time.
