"Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed rebuild.upon arrival installed gearcase, actuator, splutch asm, and agitator. After installing required parts I reassembled and tested unit. Found no leaks. Unit cycling through fill agitation and drain as designed. Call complete"

Arrived on site for a dishwasher with murky water still in the bottom of the tub after full cycle was run. Upon arrival confirm complaint. After further diagnosis of unit I found that the drain pump before being tested was a ohming at 37 to 40 ohms instead of the 16 to 25 that it was supposed to be per the manufacturer text sheet. Also found when pump was finally tested it was too weak to pump all the water out. Replaced the drain pump reassembled and tested the unit to refill agitate and drain cycle found no signs of leaking and unit fully emptying out the tub as designed within the allotted time. Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed a stable 120 V connection from outlet found thermostat defrost bimetal and both fans running as designed. Then found that start device on the compressor was failing after replacing the start device I was able to reassemble and test unit and found compressor and all other components taking on and functioning allowing freezer temperatures to drop down while on site. Arrived on site for cooktop meeting previously diagnosed front rate switch. Upon arrival confirmed prior complaint. After further testing I found that the front right infinite switch had blown a hold through the switch causing it to not allow the full 240 V to the burner I also found that the back left 8 inch infinite switch was sending full power to the burner simulating that the burner was set to high even if it was set on low setting not allowing unit to regulate the temp. Replace both the front left and back left infinite switches after reassembling and testing unit found that all burners were fully functioning as designed and could allow for temperature fluctuations in the knobs returned

When testing voltage on L1(black wire) to ground when you was started I found voltage would go from 130 down under 100v then back up again causing the pf failure. Found outlet/ wiring in house not able to hold a stable 120 connection on the L1 side when dryer was activated. Informed customer to contact customer electrician. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival the customer stated that they had it serviced recently by another company who recharged the unit with refrigerant and they installed service taps/dye drier. I checked temps and found the FC at 6?F (when set to -3?F) and the RC at 38F? (when set to 35?F). I put the unit into diagnostics mode and activated all airflow components and found them running as designed. I then gained access to the control and ohmd out all thermistors. I found the RC at 5.88k and the FC at 12.3k. These are both accurate at the time of reading. I then checked amp draw to the compressor and it would start at 1 amp but slowly dropped to .8 amps. I then gained access to the FC evap and found a good frost pattern with no excess ice build up. I gained access to the RC evap and found some corrosion on the suction line and a poor frost pattern. I also could hear very abnormal gurgling in the evap. I used my UV light on all components, but could not see any signs of a leak. Due to this I am ordering a SS repair. Return SS tech to check pressures prior to installing. Office to reschedule with SS tech and a 2 hour job. Found the ice container completely frosted and clumped at the bottom of the container. Removed all ice and frost buildup. Went to test the unit again and found a triangle piece that holds down the coupling broken as well as the coupling itself completely stripped. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. Found the cold water hose leaking right off the back of the washer. Turned off the water and removed the hose from the valve. Could not find any cracks in the water valve. I did find some of the gasket off the cold water hose a little torn. Refit is the gasket and water hose back onto the washer and reapplied water. Found no leaks present. Tested the unit and a normal wash cycle and found the unit filling, agitating, draining and spinning without any leaks. I did instructed customer that the issue was with their water hose and if any leaks become present again, they would need to replace their water hose. The unit is now working as designed. Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed hub assembly. Upon arrival installed required park reassembled and tested the unit and found the washer had no leaks anchored cycle through Phil agitating draining in spinning as designed. Collected remaining balance from previously given labor quote. Call complete

"Arrived on site for a washing machine thats not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will initially spin and fill with a little bit of water but then will completely shut off before agitating or continuing on with the cycle. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E6 (water hazard), F0 E3 (overload), and F7 E4 (basket re-engagement failure) error codes. I checked all water valves, agitation, and high speed spin and found all working as designed. Ran the units are an auto test in the unit ran as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7733115926. He had me check the water pressure sensor and run the unit through a normal cycle. He advised that there could be an issue with the main control or lower harness but since we could not replicate the issue during a normal wash cycle or during during diagnostics, the issue would have to be with the loading of the unit. Spoke to the customer about Techlines findings and the customer advised that she did not believe Techlines findings due to the fact that she has run this on four different cycles with completely different clothes in the unit all four times. Ordering the main control and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 W11419171 (Control)"

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Replaced the bi metal harness and called Techline.Tech suggests replacement of control board due to only getting 34V. Tech gave Rs# 7733119263. Replaced control. Tested unit o diagnostics and all test passed. Customer will keep an eye on unit for freezing issues. Job complete

Arrived onsite for unit rocking. Upon arrival maintenance department could not locate key to enter unit. Will need to reschedule ; O-emld tckt

Arrived on site for ice bucket not sitting properly on door . Found ice had built up at auger motor and shaft was pushed up . Cleaned out ice in shaft holder and on auger coupler . Shaft is now positioned properly and turning bin . No water leaks detected at time of service

"Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found it is hitting properly but there is no airflow showing on airflow meter. Removed vent hose from rear of dryer and airflow meter is now showing correct. Explained to apartment residence and apartment management that vent to the exterior is clogged/blocked and needs to be cleared before dryer is used again. Left vent hose disconnected from wall to prevent any damage to dryer. Office to collect service fee only, job complete"

Upon arrival ran unit through diagnostics and found F20 no water detected pressure switch not Tripped and F21 long drain. Found drain filter completely clogged. Cleared filter. Drain now clears correctly. Found stand pipe clogged and over filling. Advised customer to not to use until plumber fixes clogged stand pipe. Need to replace water fill valve and pressure switch.. Replaced fill valve and pressure switch. Tested unit and unit operates as designed. Job complete
