"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that water had leaked onto the floor and into the hallway carpet and they havent used it since. I tested the unit in the settings it was last used which was a small load, cold water and normal wash. The unit did not leak. I retested with warm water to engage both valves and this time I found where water is backfilling from the drain pipe. I demonstrated to the customer of the issue and recommended that they have a plumber check the drain pipe. I found the drain hose is in the drain pipe at the recommended 4 inches. No water leaks observed during service with the unit, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a stacked dryer making noise while in uses. We tested unit and found that it was making a scrapping noise when in uses. We the gained access to the top of the unit and removed the lid where we found the control unsecured from its mount causing the noise by rubbing up against the drum. We mounted the control back in its place and secured it with a zip tie. Tested unit and found the the noise is now gone. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not producing ice and freezing up. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit will make small ice, the unit would intermittently leak on the bottom right, and once the unit had a frozen block of ice in the IM. I checked temps and found the FC at 6?F, the RC at 33?F, and the ice box at 11?F. I harvested the IM and found it ran through as designed. During the fill however, it barely filled the IM at all. I also found the I. Fan running. Upon further inspection I also found the FC with a thick layer of ice over the bottom. I gained access to the back of the unit for the drain tube. While doing so, I found the unit had a two inch thick foam sheet covering the back of the unit. I found the foam very wet.

Arrived on site for Pilot not working. Found back left burner wouldnt light. When turning knob to light you could see igniter only sparking once or twice. Used a cotton swap and rubbing alcohol and cleaned the igniter and cap. Swapped back left cap with back right cap. Igniter is sparking consistently and lighting as designed. Advised customer to avoid wiping down cooktop with a heavily saturated towel especially around igniters to prevent the igniter from shorting out. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezing food items in the RC section. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees and RC=35 on the 2nd shelf, 38 on 1st shelf and 39 on 3rd shelf. I found the unit in defrost mode upon arrival. Also, I found the damper set at the cold/minimal opening and the control was set on the coldest setting. I advised the customer of my findings. I turned the control down and waited for approximately 30 seconds and then turned it back up and the compressor came on. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, food item placement in both compartments. I set the unit control at 2nd setting of 4 settings (warmer) and recommended that the customer place a thermometer inside the RC section and monitor temps then turn the control up to the ideal (#3) setting. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to Inspect cooktop burner flames too high. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the front right burner flame shoots up high upon ignition. I tested all of the burners and found the back left burner takes too long to ignite and the front right burner takes too long to ignite. I found the back left burner ignitor is not arcing correctly. I removed the burner head and removed the ignitor from the burner head and cleaned it. Reinstalled the burner head and retested and it is igniting properly. I found the front right burner orifice dirty and cleaned it. After reinstalling the orifice, I retested and it is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer hot water not during off. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit failed to fill with hot water. I found the water valve turned off at the wall and both hot and cold valves at the wall were badly corroded and leaking water and it was flowing down the wall (photo). I advised the customer that the valves needed to be replaced soon. Once I turned the hot water on, I retested and unit operated as designed, but the hot water valve on the unit is stuck open. I removed and replaced the valve and calibrated. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks to the unit observed at the end of service, job completed."

Upon further inspection I found the real issue was the door was not coming into proper contact with the seal and chassis at the top. I found that the hinge was off centered and causing the door to drop on the left a little. I adjusted the hinge and then the unit was now sealing as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is not filling high enough with water, customer concerned unit is broken. Per tech line directions, if unit is filling, completing cycles, and does not have error codes present it is working as designed. I ran the unit and found water filling to top of washplate, and no error codes present. This falls in line with whirlpool specs on top load HE washer. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that wasnt cooling as well. On arrival customer let me know the temps in the RC seemed to be higher. I checked the compartment and found a lot of moisture all over, but ice is still producing. When I closed the door I saw that the mullion divider wasnt closing, so there was a wide open gap inbetween the doors. I adjusted the hinge / catch / divider and retested. Found door mullion is closing and catching as designed. This should allow cooling to get back to normal due to not having all the cooling pouring out the gap. Call complete."

Arrived on site for Not Operating - Has Power - Built-In Microwave. Found microwave would run for approximately fifteen seconds then shut off. Once door was opened it would turn back on. Customer had outlet replaced with 20 amp and also had it run on its own circuit by an electrician. Tested outlet and it was good. Microwave worked for a short period and started having the same exact failure. Tested all door switches and they tested good.
