"Arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that their inspector advised the unit oven was too hot at 40 degrees over preheat temp (390/350). I advised the customer that its normal for the unit to get hotter than the preheat temp. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the center of the middle rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 456. Next four readings were 289, 376, 299, 368 for an average temp of 357.6 degrees. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed. I tested the cooktop burners and they all are operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed. I removed the toeplate and outer door panel and retested several times and could not duplicate the leak. After approximately seven tests, the unit finally began to leak at the bottom left corner of the door. I traced the leak back to the top left side the door where water was leaking through the door gasket. As I disassembled the unit, I found a sheet metal screw in the front drum seal on the left side (photos). Once disassembled, I pulled the unit out and removed the element and found the middle metal plate badly warped and so,w lint on the element that was burning. I tested the rollers and tension pulley and found they needed to be replaced as does the drive belt. I removed and replaced the element, both rollers, tension pulley and belt. Cleaned the unit (before & after photos) and reassembled the unit. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they can run 355 minute cycles and clothes are still barely dry. She advised that no matter what cycle it is, including time dry, that the unit has problems. Ran the unit on a normal dry cycle using a vent test kit and found the vent tester reading poor airflow circulation for all dryers. I tested it with the vent hose removed and found good airflow circulation for all dryers. I did advise the customer that the issue is going to be with her venting and found their vent hose was about 7 feet long and had collapsed on top of each other several times. Did advise the customer to change their vent hose to a periscope style vent hose due to the positioning of their exhaust going through the house. I also advised that if they have further issues past that, the issue most likely would be with their venting going through the house. The husband had advised that they believed the dryer vented into the attic which probably is causing their issue. The customer is going to go ahead and try to figure out where the venting is and correct it and will call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for burner not igniting. On inspection found it is a dual flame burner, took the burner apart and resisted the burner. Re-installed the burner and it is operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service."
