"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts to resolve dead microwave. I checked voltage at the control and was able to find a reading of 120, but unit would not power on. I checked and also found 91v at neutral. Replaced the control and filter board. I checked the outlet and found its only reading 82v on my voltage tester. I tested the unit on another outlet and found it working as designed with no issues. Microwave outlet is bad, causing the unit not to work properly. Advised customer to have an electrician come out and fix the outlet, and can use the unit on an extension cord. Unit now working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to follow up on washer that leaked immediately following service. I thoroughly examined the area in and around the washer for leaks. I found no water leaks in the rear of the unit or the drain. I found water and soap trails coming from the bellow area due to large amount of crust and hair on the door and bellow. I ran the unit with the lid off and checked for leaks. Found a slight drip coming from the steam box pressure hose around the clamp. I adjusted the clamp to stop the leak. I also cleaned the bellow to allow for a better seal. I ran multiple cycles including a clean washer cycle for over an hour and did not get any other leaks from the unit. Unit had a large amount of suds, likely due to old soap buildup which can get in the pressure line and trigger the IE error. TG also informed the customer of the very low pressure he verified at times during the cycles, which needs a plumber to resolve. Low pressure can also trigger the IE error, which is a pressure / water error. Advised customer to run cleaning cycles to remove soap buildup and unit should return to normal function. At time of service completion there were no codes or leaks found. Call completed."

Checked water pressure on the cold water valve and found proper water pressure. Checked water pressure on the hot water valve and found no water coming through whether the valve is open or not. Went ahead and replace the water valve but did explain to the customer of that without hot water, she may still encounter issues. Advise the customer to try the unit on top cold for the short period until they get their hot water supply issue fixed. Found both dishwashers are sharing a drain connector to garbage disposal and there is also a reverse osmosis system training here as well. When plugged in unit is cooling properly. I checked the defrost circuit and found the connector for the brown wire for the heater unseated, so heater could not be powered. Repaired connector and tightened. Unit should now be working as designed. Customer advised to leave unit in failure state so we can more accurately troubleshoot if issue returns. Call complete."

I checked the bottom of the FC door at the gasket and chassis and found that there is still a gap causing airflow into the freezer section. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested defrost and it is operating as designed. Checked the defrost thermistor and it is good. Contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and provided the SR number and sent another photo of the gap. Andrew advised that the file would be sent for review and attached to the same SR#7734912856. "Arrived to inspect heating issue. The customer would have to start the bake process after every initial heating cycle, as the unit would not relight. I tested the temperature sensor and found it within range. I then tested the bake hot surface igniter and found it at 163 at room temperature. The broil was 94 and the replacement bake igniter was 80. I removed and replaced the bake igniter and tested. The air shutter was set all the way open and there was excessive unburnt fuel and noise and I corrected. I believe this was a contributing factor to the early failure of the igniter. The unit heated to the set temp and then cycled off. Subsequent ignition pulses operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to follow up on dishwasher that was dead shortly after control replacement. Tested unit and found diagnostic light is on, but UI is unresponsive. Per directions from SW, power cycled unit several times after verifying the CSM was not tripped. After 6 power cycles the unit powered on, which per directions requests to update software with Module WD98R5957301 from GE. The unit is working at this time. Customer advised we do not have this module and it's on back order from GE until January at this time. Customer will follow up mid Jan to see if we have module to update. Customer requested I replace the bezel on the UI with their part, which they are aware has several broken tabs. I was able to get the bezel on successfully, but advised there's no warranty since clips are broken. Call complete, customer will follow up in Jan for status on update module. Upon further inspection, I pressed the cancel button and engaged the drain pump and could hear the pump come on, but no water was being extracted from the unit. I removed the water using my shop vac. I removed the drain pump and tested it and it is operating as designed. When I inspected the drain hose, I found the proper hose connected to the unit, but it was modified going through the cabinets and to the disposal. I advised the customer that the actual drain hose that comes with the unit is good and clear, but there is possibly clogging in the modified drain hose. I recommended that the customer have a plumber inspect the modified hose and drain that the hose connects to under the sink. I recommended that the customer not use the unit until the drain hose has been corrected. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

The fill valve is not letting enough water in and the sensors in the pump are not allowing the water to fill the reservoir all the way up to full potential.replace the fill valve and the recirculation pump. I disassembled the unit and found the unit with a large amount of lint inside (before photo). Removed the element and found the coil broken. Also found all four rollers and the tension pulley with a large amount of oil debris built up on the axles and the drive belt worn. I removed the lint and vacuumed the remainder of the unit. Removed and replaced the rollers (4), tension pulley, belt and element and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I did not install door gasket until next visit due to customer having to use refrigerator today and I explained it would need to be shit for 6 hrs to allow gasket to form. When I went to replace it, I found the part sent was incorrect. I tested the unit and found the ignitor continues to arc when the flame is on all settings. Per service pointer #W10540279-A, I am ordering the burner head and also ordering the correct dual burner valve and orifice holder. Office to schedule return service. Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that wasn't dispensing any water. Replaced rear valve since flow was still weak from last visit. Unit still would not dispense. Disconnected reservoir and verified I had flow out the reservoir into the dual valve. Disconnected the line at the dual valve and found no water dispensing. Dual valve solenoid had failed in replacement valve. Ordering new dual valve. ordrng 1 WPW10341329 (Double Valve)

Arrived on site to test unit for cooktop light not turning off. Recommend replacing control. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11552018 (Control)

"Arrived on site to test unit for error code, tested unit found shorted key error code , and console unresponsive, did not find any loose connection, cycled power to unit, unit started to power on and shorted key error pops up, will need console to fix issue, ordering console, stated to customer that console is on back order minimum of 4-8 weeks out, office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11236888 (Console)"

"Arrived on site to inspect oven/microwave combo unit with microwave not working. Upon further inspection, I found the control panel would not respond to touch. I cycled power at the breaker and placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes. I found F6E4. Cleared the code and tested the components. Unit is operating as designed except the microwave light does not come on and the unit is not connected to WiFi. Customer advised that they get the open door error when using the microwave. I found the right side of the MW door not closing properly. I assisted the customer in connecting the unit to WiFi. I am ordering the microwave lamp, main control (F6E4), both microwave door hinges, the inner door, and the interlock assembly. Also ordering a CNOTE-SCHEDULE RETURN SERVICE WITH TICKET #360519. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer door handle coming off. Upon further inspection, I found the FC door handle had separated from the mounting screw. I found the handle mounting screw was stripped and wouldnt tighten. I removed and replaced the handle and tightened the remaining door handles. Also found the right RC door gasket badly torn (photo). I am ordering the gasket and office will need to schedule return service with ticket #360512. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W10830274 (Rt RC door gasket) and 1 CNOTE (SCHEDULE WITH TICKET 360512)"

Unit was moved to vacant 2116. Arrived on for unit not draining and rusted. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found latch not secured. Secured latch and tested.
