"Arrived to inspect light issue. I found all light modules were dim and both the RC and FC chambers had one module each, that was completely out. Per MFG Technical Service Pointer #: W11606409 Rev F, Special Project #: S84638, I removed and replaced all the modules and tested. The lower left module in the RC was foamed in place and after removing, I found the plastic backer was incorrectly positioned and would not allow the model to fit. I contacted the MFG, Tech Kirk, File #7735442401 and advised of the issue. I was directed to remove the excessive plastic to allow the module to be inserted and was able to correct the issue. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the center of the middle rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 343 degrees. My next five readings were 354, 342, 361, 345, 358 for an average of 352 degrees. When I went to place the unit in diagnostics, the control went blank. I pressed on all keys and the control panel would not respond. I cycled power to the unit and the control came back on and was responding. Arrived on site for a washer that is making a banging noise and also squeaking when in spin. Upon arrival I put unit into diagnostics and ran a cycle and heard the banging and squeaking. I then checked the under chassis and found that the tub was banging agains the chassis and the squeak was coming from the chassis flexing. I leveled out the unit to. Compensate and tested unit and found that loud banging was gone in the squeaking as well. Job complete.

There is no water leaking from components. Found drain filter and bottom of bellow completely clogged with debris and water leak is from under door at bellow. Clean bellow, and drain filter. "Arrived to inspect cooling issues after electrical storm. The customer described an issue where the unit would cool erratically after an electrical storm occurred. I entered service test mode and found error 10 x1-753D, 108 x255-0D, 107 x16-0D, 721 x23-9D, 508 x93-5D, 109 x29-50D, 300 x33-1D, 304 x141-1D, 716 x1-132D, 714 x1-132D, 715 x1-132D, 802 x1-111D, 100 x4-50D, 103 x14-50D, 106 x255-0D, 112 x2-50D, 102 x11-50D, 105 x3-71D, 111 x1-71D, 303 x39-0D. I manually tested all fans and found the only one that would actually operate and show RPMs as well, was the FF fan, even though it was listed as an error in the service test modes. Testing other fan loads showed they all had the 13.6VDC (within 2%) present, but none had the PWM trigger present and only the FF had PWM triggering. I deduced the issue was within the control and removed and replaced. All fun ns returned to the unit with all fans operating as expected. No leaks observed during service.

Gain access to the bottom of the unit found that actuator was not attached to the clutch. Fixed the issue and now the agitation is separated move separately from the tub. Advised customer that the unit is a ductless dryer and has to condense moisture to remove it from the clothing and this process can take twice as long as conventional dryer design. It is also crucial the the loads are small to medium and large loads such as bedding and large quantities of clothing at once though they may wash well, will not be able to dry in me cycle due to preventing proper air flow through the clothing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit was functioning properly up until a few days ago when it stopped dispensing water again, but then after a few days of not using the water dispenser, it began to function again. I tested the water dispenser and its operating as designed. I inspected the switch behind the UI and the UI. Tested the UI and its operating as designed so that eliminates it being the UI or switch. With the RFID control recognizing that the bypass and filter are in place and when removing either, it recognizes this by showing Err on the UI this eliminates the RFID board from being at fault. In isolating these two boards, directed me to the main control being at fault. I explained my findings to the customer and recommended replacing the main control. I removed and replaced the control and retested the water dispenser several times. The unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Gained access to the back and found a leak at the return line from the condenser. Resealed the weld at the condenser line and attempted to charge the unit up with nitrogen. Found nitrogen holding at 125 psi for 20 minutes. Vacuum down the unit and found Dino pressure. Went to charge the unit and found the the R 600 kit I had was leaking from the shut off valve. Spoke to CS and was advised to attempt to charge the unit up anyway. Attempted to charge the unit and found that the compressor would not run. Found the compressor overloading indicating a closed refrigerant line. Bled out the system and attempted to re-weld the line. I out the unit into diagnostics and forced a defrost I found the control sending power but the defrost element not coming on. I found the back left roller broken. Instructed customer to make sure spin is on/high before starting a cycle. Also instructed customer on detergent amounts and use of diluted fabric softener. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived onsite and found unit with slow drain and found drain obstructed. Cleared drain and provided instruct on using garment bags to prevent small garments from entering the drain trap and causing a clog. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived onsite to test dryer which is running too long on sensor dry settings and never getting dry. Tested unit with wet towels and confirmed with customer that with the appropriate pre selections the unit is drying as designed. Advised customer on findings and determined unit is operating as designed. Advised customer on features and settings. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for no power to the ice machine. On inspection when I pulled the unit out the power turn on the unit. When I moved the powe cord around the power would shut off. Gain access to the pump and tighten up the power cord connection. Reinstalled the unit back in the cabinet and it produced ice in about 20 minutes. Operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a oven thats not going above 350 degrees. After speaking with the customer they stated they had a new build inspection and the inspector stated the oven was not getting hot enough. I tested the oven at 350 degrees and found from the fourth to the sixth cycle the oven was getting too hot and averaging 357 degrees. I put a -5 degree offset in the control and tested. The ovens average temp was at 351 degrees. The oven is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the freezer not getting cold again and not making ice. I found the FC only getting to 31 degrees. I found the RC at 37 degrees and working as designed. I shut the unit down and set the 3 way to home position and found equalized pressures at 30 psi. I ran service test 4 and found the RC pressures at 10 psi low side and 140 psi high side. I found the FC low side pressure fluctuating between 6 and -10 psi and the high side fluctuating between 155 and 170 psi. I could hear the refrigerant flow stopping and starting thru the FC evaporator. In step 3 of test 4 the compressor pulled down to a 21 psi vacuum. I blew nitrogen thru the FC capillary tube and made sure it was clear. I replaced the drier and the 3 way valve. I vacuumed the system and it held vacuum for 45 minutes. I charged the system with 5.50 ozs of R134A. I ran test 4 again and tested pressures. RC low side 10 psi and high side 140 psi. FC low side 3 psi and high side 150 psi. The pressures were good but I could not hear a good refrigerant flow to the FC evaporator. I explained to the customer to monitor the FC temp with a thermometer and let us know how it does. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for no ice. Found broken neutral wire at door hinge,removed sleeve repaired wire ran diagnostics icemaker passed harvest ran fill valve energized no water through door. Due to water sitting in line water line frozen no test to defrost line advised customer to defrost door at least 1 hrs with door open."

Arrived on site for wall oven fan motor rattling/making loud noise. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found panel coverings and lower vent motor mounting bracket making contact and causing noise. Readjusted coverings and found noise no longer present. Call complete

"Arrived on site for dryer, inspected unit and work area. Customer complaint was same issue from last time. I tested unit and found vents clogged or restricted. I also found the dryer making lots of vibration and found that the blower wheel was warped. I replaced the blower wheel and tested unit is now operating as designed. Apartment complex need to make sure the air flow is not restricted."
