Arrived on site to install previous diagnose parts. I gained access to the heating element. I replaced the wire kite and the heating element. I reassembled the unit and tested it. It is working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer hot water not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F2E3. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I found when the valve switches from cold to hot, there is no hot water. Following the tech sheet for the error code (main control not matched with UI), I tested the console and found the Final Spin LED flashing. Tested the switches and found the water temp switch harness not fully connected. Reconnected the harness and retested in diagnostics. Unit is operating as designed. According to the tech sheet for the for codes, the unit will need to perform at least 10 wash cycles before the error will clear. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit for those 10 cycles and contact our office if the unit continues to fail. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for WHEN ITS AGITATING IN THE BEGINNING ITS A VERY LOUD SWISHING NOISE--SOUNDS LIKE WATER IS elsewhere in the unit, like outside the tub somewhere. Placed in diagnostics and F21 came on. Checked drain hose and no kinks present. Completed diagnostics and drained as designed. Ran diagnostics a second time and no issues with draining. Spun basket manually and heard coins inside. Informed customer of coins and explained they will eventually work there way down to the filter trap and no make anymore noise. This could be what the customer was hearing in agitation. Otherwise washer is running as designed. No leaks detected.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that is not heating. Found failed heating element and replaced heater assembly. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived on site for DISHWASHER NOT WORKING. Ran diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran through diagnostics cycle and all cycles completed as designed. Heating element heated and sizzled water after drain pump finished draining. All spray arms spin. Rinse aid dispenser was empty. While I inspected the drain hose for a high loop I didnt see any rinse aid or dishwasher detergent under the sink.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Found freezer completely covered in ice and frost. Freezer door would not close and it had about an inch gap between gasket and cabinet. Used steamer to remove frost. Removed both rails and drain tube. Installed new rails and drain tube. Powered on fridge and fridge lost power. Found ice maker was shorting out fridge, so I disconnected ice maker and fridge powered on as designed. Ordering a new ice maker W10632400 to return and complete the repair. Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining. Inspected unit and work area. Verified failure and removed standing water with shop vac. Disassembled drain pump and found small pice of glass in housing. Found unit still not draining but pump activating. Disassembled pump housing and smoothed surface and reassembled. Tested operation and found draining.

"Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found 120V from L1 to ground and 120V from L2 reading from L1 to L2 shows 0 V. The reading is same when checked at the outlet. Recommended to homeowner that power be corrected at the outlet, dryer shouldnt be working if issue continues Element and control should be sent again for prescreened.

Arrived onsite for ice build up in deck of freezer. Gained access to the fc fan and evap and found ice see pix. I steamed ice off and tested heating element and found that it was good. I also found that the drain was clear. I put the unit in normal defrost as it was in adaptive before.

Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the defrost heater on heating the whole unit up. I rotated the defrost timer and found the compressor coming on and cooling. I found the timer not advancing. I found good voltage to the timer. I replaced the defrost timer. The unit is working as designed job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher control panel not working properly. Upon further inspection, I found the control panel not responding. I attempted to place in diagnostics and it failed. I removed the control cover and found the service LED solid and not blinking. I tested voltage to the UI and found it getting 13VDC. Also found the sump motor clamp rusted as a sign of it leaking water, in which, I found a small area under the unit where water had leaked and dried. I am ordering the UI, sump motor kit and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and office to schedule return service. "I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the interior of the microwave. I found the fuse broken. I inspected the micro switches and found the, in good condition. I used my resettable fuse and found the unit powering on. I tested the unit and found it not heating. I inspected the wave guide and found the wave guide damaged. Fusing the magnetron to fail and the fuse to trip.

Arrived onsite for the drawer sticking out slightly past the top oven door and would not sit correctly. Pulled the drawer out and found a bend on the right side. Was able to bend it straight. Called tech line. Said that the small gap in the bottom drawer is normal as the heat needs to rise out when in use. Got sr#7732368092. Let customer know of what tech line has said that it was normal for this unit to stick out the way it does. No issues at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site for WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR , ICE MAKER IS NOT MAKING ICE. Placed in diagnostics and ran test 56. No errors. Ran test 57 and ice maker harvested as designed. Ran ice maker motor test and it passed again. Ran test 45 and no water came into mold during water fill test. Ran test 58 and it passed. Customer recently changed the filter. Found filter was an off brand. Recommended they purchase everydrop brand filter #2. Customer had another brand new off brand filter so we installed it to see if the water fill test would work with a different filter. Ill be ordering the filter housing W11194438, ice maker heater W11087201, and dual valve WPW10341329 to return and complete the repair. Before leaving I checked the temps. The fridge was set to 36 and the freezer was set to -4. Changed temps back to recommended temps. Informed customer this could possibly be the reason it wasnt making ice. "Arrived on site to follow up on dishwasher not draining. Installed new control ordered by previous tech. When reactivating the unit, most keys were unresponsive. Had to power cycle unit in order for it to respond at all. When it did come on, unit still did not drain. You can hear the relay activating on the control. Unit appears to also have failure in the harness and possibly console.

Arrived onsite for freezer icing over and refrigerator not cooling. Found unit unplugged from wall so there was no ice formed. Tested the heater and it ohmed at 35. Upon inspection found gaps between liner and frame that would allow warm air to migrate into cabinet. Per Whirlpool recommendations sealed gaps with silicone. Also found that unit ice maker fill tube needed replacement. Replaced with truck stock. Also found water on floor from fill hose being disconnected by customer. Took pics. Arrived on site to diagnose range that was running certain functions by itself when it was being cooked on. Replaced control to resolve. Advised maintenance to let resident know that if steam gets on the control panel it can act as key presses. No errors were found before or after swap. Unit should be working as designed. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not drying dishwasher properly and brown water in plastic bowl. I put unit through a diagnostics cycle with plastic in dishwasher and found that the unit is operating as designed and that the was no brown water at the end of cycle.I advised customer that the dishwasher will not get the dishes completely dry but using rinse aid and run the hot water at the sink to help with drying. I contacted Steve at whirlpool techline and spoke with him about my findings and he confirmed my findings and gave me sr# 7732369491. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven not working in bake mode. Upon further inspection, I removed the oven bottom panel and tested the Bake at 350 degrees. I could hear the relay in the control click and the ignitor failed to come on. I tested voltage at the ignitor and got 125V. I removed and replaced the bake ignitor and retested and unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Was able to remove the top and not break anything. Fixed top and replaced hinges. Tested the unit and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for leaking from front, upon inspection found the unit did leak and was causing some damage, took pictures and needed to remove unit to see full extent, will need two people. Ordering parts. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W10574291 (Pan) and 1 2man (2 man)"
