Shortly after placing the pot on and turning the burner on, the water began to boil (photo) which tells me the unit is getting 240V. Using a smaller pot and testing the same as with the large pot, I tested the back left burner and it too is operating as designed (photo). I tested all burners and all burners are operating as designed. I contacted the owner to discuss use and care of the unit. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."

Arrived on site for washer with broken drain hose attachment. Upon arrival found middle drain hose asm broken. Couldnt reach customer to notify them of part status or get autho for repairs. Office to collect service from fc on file.

Arrived on site to inspect gas range burning smell. I spoke with the customer and she informed me after cooking a baked potato for around 40 minutes she smelled a burning smell and went to turn the oven off and found the control panel very hot. I inspected the unit and found a white sticky residue on the back of the unit on the vent. It looks like the tech sheet thats encased in plastic was installed on the vent. When the oven was used for an extended period of time the plastic melted causing the burning smell. I ran a bake cycle to 350 and 425 and monitored temperatures. The unit is heating properly. I instructed the customer that the vent for the oven is located under the control panel causing the control panel to get hot. I also informed the customer to always use the vent fan when using the range. I called Whirlpool techline and spoke with Chris 7737903293. Chris recommends cleaning the melted adhesive off the vent. I also called Whirlpool safety 7737836770 and documented my findings. I cleaned the residue off the vent and now the unit operates as designed. No gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance in the shaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit typically shakes and vibrates heavily on sheets or bulky items. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Found the unit unlevel as the house is uneven and the floors flexing while walking on it. I attempted to level out the washer as best as I could. I ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian SR# 7737907431. H advised that the flooring and loading was the issue due to all parts functioning as designed. He advised to make no repair at this time as the unit is operating properly. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that has a check vent message appear. Inspected unit and work area. The customer voice of the unit will make it through cycles but that there is an error message that indicates that they need to check the vent. She also explained that the unit is getting really really hot and seems to run longer than normal. Check the vent hose off the back and found proper installation. Ran a vent test kit on the unit and found poor airflow circulation for electric dryers. Took the vent hose off and could not find any debris inside the dryer or vent hose leading to the wall. I asked the customer how long its been since theyve cleaned their events. She buys that they have not cleaned it in the 10 years they have been here. I did advise the customer that either there is a restriction inside of the home. The customer explain that they just had the roof redone and were wondering if they potentially shingled over the dryer vent. Advise customer to have that checked, and if not, to contact a vent cleaning company to clear out the ducts. Call complete."

Arrived on site to inspect bottom mount refrigerator not cooling. I found the compressor not running. I inspected the back of the unit and found insulation from the back panel caught in the condenser fan causing it not to run. This has caused the compressor to overheat and lock up. Found the drum would attempt to turn twice and then go to Dunn. Ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle, and at the end when it spun, found the unit, throwing an error code for an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) error code. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking water from the icemaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had issues with water coming from the ice chute but theyve also had issues with a rattling noise with the unit and the freezer not staying below 90?F. I did confirm the customers complaint and found a defrost issue in the freezer section. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found all tests pass. I forced a defrost on the freezer section and found no amperage coming from the defrost circuit. While doing my testing, I found the three-way valve continually shift from side to side without stopping and the control making clicking sounds every 15 seconds. I checked resistance through the thermistors at the control and found the thermistors within range. Found the deli drawer UI completely dead. Spoke to SW and was advised this was a dc short within the unit. Ordering all components for the defrost circuit as well as several components within the DC circuit. There was a visible burn on the board and it had not been fully seated during manufacture. I removed and replaced the ignition board and tested. The unit resumed all normal functions and there were no gas leaks detected during service.

WFG320M0MS0 Arrived to inspect slow heating. I found the air shutter incorrectly set and the burner tube would not fully ignite along its length. I adjusted the air shutter and retested and the issue was fully resolved. The unit heated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service.

I gain about to the fc evap and found the heater connection had pulled out of the connector housing and was not connected. The heater ohmed out at 90 ohms, it was in spec tolerance. Upon closer inspection found idler pulley seemed to have grease as well as a strip from where the belt was driving it, replaced belt and idler pulley, and zip tied loose wires away from cavity walls. Arrived onsite for scratch and dent on door. Installed door and tested it. Door closes as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the compressor, dryer, and access valve and charge the unit up with nitrogen 225 psi. From the unit pressures hold for 20 minutes without dropping. Vacuumed down the unit to -30 psi and pressure. Sold again for another 20 minutes. Charged the unit up with 55 g of R600 refrigerant and test of the unit. The unit began to cool and operate as designed. I advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for console screen turning on and off. Found display turning on and off 3 times. Replaced console test unit and unit test good job complete

"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production, tested unit found bin full of ice and ice maker is cycling properly, customer stated that right gasket is damaged, inspected and found Right RC gasket torn, replaced gasket from job 396627 part# W11456682, advised customer to allow 24-48 hour for the gasket to completely form, unit is running as designed, no leaks detected job complete"

"Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not turning on. Upon arrival the customer advised me that the unit will power on but it wont tumble. I checked voltage and polarity and found the both good, I also found that the unit was wired properly. Upon further inspection I found that the heater element was shorted to ground/chassis I corrected this and tested the unit and found no change, then I replaced the console and the control and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed"

On arrival verified complaint of noise. Customer states it happens when the rc section cools. Ran test 3 and found damper making noise. Replaced damper and noise went away. No visual damage to damper. Job complete no leaks detected during service. Operational test good.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking and not heating correctly. Upon arrival found no errors. Found leaking coming from middle of door under door itself. Found no leaks under dishwasher near fill/drain lines or motor. Disassembled door and found leak coming from exhaust vent. Rescheduled customer for 12/08/23 to complete repairs. Ordering WP8269259 vent gasket, WPW10329609 vent.; ordrng 1 WP8269259 (Vent gasket) and 1 WPW10329609 (Vent)"
