"Arrived on site for a wall oven that made a loud pop, and then would not get over 135?F. I powered the unit off at the breaker and gained access to the back. I ohmd out all three elements, the temp sensor, thermostat, and fans. I found all within range and good. I gained access to the control and ohmd out both fuses. Both were good. I cycled the power back on and checked voltage coming in from the wall. I found that from L1 to L2 you were only getting 140VAC, L2 to neutral/ground was only getting 40VAC, and L1 to neutral/ground was getting 120VAC. This indicates bad incoming voltage from the wall. I found no failure on the unit at the time of service. I informed the customer on my findings. I advised the customer to keep the unit powered down until they reach out to an electrician.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven making a vibrating noise. Upon arrival the customer stated that the sound typically occurs when the unit is hot and set to a high temp. They also found that the noise will stop when they open the door. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and activated all fans for several minutes, but could not replicate the noise. The unit had no error codes. I then set the unit to 450?F and let it heat for a over 25 minutes. I could not replicate the noise at the time of service. I found the unit working as designed. I advised the customer on recording the noise if it occurred again. Call complete."

Once drain pump drained the element heated up and sizzled water from the racks. Found rinse aid dispenser was empty. Customer had rinse aid so we filled it all the way up. Recommended normal, heat dry and high temp for best results. Removed filter and it was heavily caked with food particles. Recommended removing all food from dishes before running dishwasher. No leaks detected. Job completed."

Tried to lower the left foot to straighten out the unit, but when doing so. Noticed that the left side of the door was catching on a block of the bottom trim board. Raised the unit back up and let customer know there wasnt much that could be done because of the trim board. But with the door slightly rubbing that it wont cause any issues, that the unit may need to be re installed to help with the door rubbing but the unit was correctly leveled. No leaks at this time. Gained access to compressor and found compressor was warm and not as hot as we normally expect. Also, compressor didnt seem to be running at full speed. Removed inverter and installed new inverter. Compressor kicked on and ramped up to a speed that sounded normal. Tested voltage and inverter is getting 120. Found ice maker harvesting. Went ahead and called for water into ice mold and turned on fast ice at user interface. Adjusted right leg to even out fridge doors. All fans running and fridge seems to be cooling as designed. Job completed."

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed pat. Upon inspection I found inlet valve leaking at back of unit. I then removed and installed new inlet valve. Then tested unit and found that it was not leaking anymore. I also found that the hot and cold water spouts were swapped at the wall. I contacted the hose to the inlet valve in the correct orientation. Unit is now operating as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer had the FC door opened too long and I was unable to get accurate temp readings. I found frost/ice built up on the right corner of the evap,cover. Disassembled the FC section and removed the evap cover and found ice on the top of the evaporator on the right side and a block of ice in the top right corner at the cap tube. Tested the defrost element and it is good. Pulled unit out and checked amp draw to the compressor and got .65amps. I advised the customer that the unit will need a sealed system repair consisting of the compressor, UV dye drier, access valve.Unit reassembled and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was not cooling. Upon arrival the customer stated that the real issue was the unit would intermittently get high temps in the RC. They found occasionally when set to the lowest temp setting, the unit would get over 40?F. They also stated they found their food spoiling quicker. I checked temps and found the FC at 0?F and the RC at 33?F when set to coldest setting. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. I gained access to the evap and found no excess ice build up anywhere I then gained access to the control and ohmd out all thermistors. I found the RC thermistor at 6.65k, the FC thermistor at 20.8k, and the defrost thermistor at 21.5k. These are all accurate for the temps at the time of reading. Upon further inspection ai found the customer using a small stand up thermostat, and I informed the customer that often these are off. I called techline and spoke to Leo and received SR# 7732523805. Leo advised not replacing anything due to it working as designed at the time of service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to install previous diagnose part from techline. I gained access to the capacitor and replaced it with new. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit trying to spin but giving error code f7e1 tachometer signal missing. I tested the tachometer in feed back functions and found it not registering the tub spinning. I replaced the actuator and the control. I calibrated the unit. And retested the tachometer. It is not registering the unit is spinning. I put the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found the gear case squealing. I documented with techline my findings and they recommended replacing the gearcase, belt and cam. "Arrived on site for HEAVY FROST IN THE FREEZER HAPPENING SINCE THE LAST REPAIR--STILL COOLING/FREEZING OK. Found heavy frost over packaged items and meat inside freezer. Found items on bottom drawer were scraping against the middle drawer. Found ice and frost formed over left side rail. Freezer door was opening and closing as designed, but had a small amount of resistance when rollers pull it shut right before closing. This resistance is due to the current frost. Removed items from bottom and middle drawer and organized items in freezer to allow the drawers not to rub against each other. Explained importance of only storing boxed items in pizza storage bin. Used my flashlight to inspect for any areas where the gasket may not be seated properly. All looked good on all four sides. Customer plans on removing all items currently covered in frost and placing in a cooler to allow frost to melt then putting back into freezer to see if frost returns. I let them know to wipe all melted ice and water off these item before placing them back into freezer before testing. Job completed."
