"Arrived on site for a refrigerator getting ice in the back of the unit. Upon arrival you could hear a loud buzz possibly coming from the evap fan. I checked the temps and found the FC at 11? and the RC at 37?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the evap fan working as designed, the FC and RC thermistors read good as well in diagnostics. I gained access to the RC evap and found significant ice build up. I thawed out the ice and found the evap fan coming loose. I then gained access to the control and checked the VDC at the evap thermistor from P5-1 to P5-2 and the RC thermistor from P8-1 to P8-2. The RC thermistor only had 2.8VDC and the RC evap thermistor had no VDC. I then unplugged the unit and found the RC thermistor ohm good, but the RC evap thermistor ohmd out at .6K ohms. This indicates a bad control and evap thermistor. I installed the new RC evap thermistor and then ohmd it back out at the control. It now ohmd out correctly. I then replaced the control and checked VDC and it is now good. I also found the drain tube getting water all over the floor after defrosting evap, and upon further inspection I found the drain tube not sealing well at the back. I used sealer from van parts and it is now going straight into the drip pan. No more leaks observed at end of service. The unit is working as designed.

Arrived on site and to install previously ordered part.Removed and replaced the kit and reassembled.Customer advised to wait approximately 24 hours for the unit to reach optimal temperatures.Job complete

The Customer complaint is the unit is over cooling. -20 in the freezer and freezing in the fridge. We gained access to the freezer evap and found a full frost pattern. I hooked my gauges up and found 35 psi. We tested the evaporator thermistor and found 5vdc and proper resistance. We tested the fresh food evap and found it reading proper resistance and receiving 5vdc as well. While the unit is on I'm getting pressures of 0psi low side and 110 psi on the high side. I tested voltage to the compressor and found it fluctuating. I removed the start device and found the capacitor installed upside down. I corrected the capacitor. I reinstalled the start device and tested voltage at the control. I found 120vac at the control. I retested the voltage at the compressor and found 120 vac. I tested the winding on the compressor and found the windings checking good. I spoke to PR and ran through it with him. I am ordering the control to complete the repair..; ordrng 1 W11353815 (Control)

"Arrived on site for a dryer that would not heat. Inspected unit and work area. Tested unit and confirm customers complaint. Tested voltage at the terminal block and found proper voltage. Removed front panel and found the heater had grounded inside the housing. Replace the heater and tested the unit. Unit would not start the first two times I tried to start the machine. Make sure all my connections were good and tested unit again. The unit did turn on, turn, and heat but shut off within seven seconds with the control panel is showing the unit was still running. Tested the unit several other times and was able to get the unit to run one other time with the same results. Spoke to SW and was advised that the issue would have to be either with the motor, belt switch, or control do to intermittent working abilities. Arrived on site for a range not heating. Upon arrival customer stated the oven was not getting any higher than 110-120?F. I tested the voltage at the wall and found correct voltage. I unplugged the unit. I then gained access to the back of the unit and found both elements ohmd out to 20 ohms which is good. The sensor ohmd out at 1k which is good. The fuse was closed and good. I plugged the unit back in and checked voltage to the elements and found no voltage going to either. This indicates an bad control. I installed a new control and then tested the unit and checked for voltage. The elements were now getting your 240V and the oven preheated. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has condensation on the inner part of the door. Inspected unit and work area. T

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit is seemingly going off balance more than it used to. She did advise that it does not happen every cycle but advised that she is a single woman living in the home and she runs about one load a week. I ran the unit through diagnostic mode and found an F0 E5 (off balance load detected) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test as well as a manual high speed spin test and all tests ran as designed. I asked her to grab a load of laundry and found the customer loaded a mixed load with shirts, a sweater, and a pair of jeans. I did inform her that her unit may run off balance due to mixed clothing types due to the amount of water each of those clothes will soak up. Ran the unit through a normal wash cycle until it began to agitate. Drained the unit and put it in a drain and spin cycle. The unit spun out with no abnormalities and did not go off balance. I called tech line and Techline was down due to update training. Waited until update training was over and called back. I spoke to Bruce SR # 7730666814. He advised that based on my findings, there is nothing further we can do with the unit and that the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for Freezer failed to cool (light in freezer was on). It got up to 45 deg F in the freezer, then it came on and started cooling. Working now, but not sure if it will quit working again. Placed in diagnostics and went through diagnostics test Compressor came on and turned off as designed in test 1&2. After compressor step was completed next test turned on heater. Test 3&4 completed. I could hear the water sizzle. No error codes came on. Freezer cooling as designed. Exited diagnostics and compressor came on a few minutes later. Frost looks good inside on food. Customer keeps a thermometer inside. Temp was at 18 when I arrived. Temp rose to 50 while in diagnostics. Dropped down to 22 fairly quick once door was closed and went back into normal mode. Set temp back to recommended upon completion of testing freezer. Freezer was plugged into an outlet with a multi plug connector. Explained its best to keep fridge plugged into its own power source and avoid having multiple items plugged into same outlet. Asked customer to just keep an eye on it and let us know if same failure happens again."

Plugged in and get it began to start training after about two minutes. Could not get any of the user air face lights to illuminate. Removed console and removed the pressure hose. The unit continue to try to drain. Replaced control and tested unit. Unit stopped draining but I still could not get the user interface to turn on. Tested voltage going to the user interface and found proper voltage. Will need a new user interface Console for repair. All tested good, no water leaks detected."

Tested all 3 door switches resistance and found correct. Reassembled unit and tested voltage to transformer, found getting voltage and unit is now heating. Could hear relay clicking when not heating and when heating was not able to hear relay. Found possible failed control, with unit now working not able to confirm failure.

"Arrived onsite for unit silt having intermittent miscommunication. Upon arrival found unit had error code F6 E4. Ordering console, and harnessing JIC, and returning with control. Office to reschedule upon part availability.; ordrng 1 W11297728 (Console) and 1 WPW10017410 (Bus fuse) and 1 W11316032 (Main harness) and 1 W11356990 (Communication harness)"

Arrived onsite for leaking washer from the dispenser housing. Leveled the unit to prevent ongoing leaking. All checks good.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for humming sounds, upon inspection found the unit clicking when mag engages, ordering mag and Tod. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 4375079 (TOD ) and 1 W10776925 (MAG )"

Arrived on site for wet clothes at end of cycle . Found actuator hanging up when switching from agitate to spin . Replaced actuator. Ran calibration and diagnostics wash. All checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

Arrived on site for microwave venthood not working. Inspected unit and work area. Tested vent operation. Checked CFMs with paper test. Found air escaping from damper to vent. Added foil tape from microwave to cabinet. Tested venting operation. All tested good.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher having a stain in tub and not draining. Inspected unit and work area, found white stain on inside of tub (see SD-QUICKPIC). Performed diagnostics mode and found drain pump not activating. Measured voltage to pump and found correct. Found failed drain pump. Removed failed pump and installed new. Tested drain operation. Informed customer to use a dishwasher machine cleaner to remove stain. All tested good, no water leaks detected."

Arrived on site and installed new upper blower to resolve overheat issues. Replaced upper blower motor and retested. Unit is now working as designed and both fans are running correctly. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for microwave with door switch issues. Intermittently not heating. Upon inspection I found the unit would intermittently not heat and not spin when this would happen. According to the tech-sheet the secondary switch on the lower interlock corresponds with the HV components as well as the TT motor. I replaced the lower interlock with new switches and tested the unit. I got F1E4 error. I disconnected all wires and reconnected. The unit worked as designed on 2nd try after reconnecting wires. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose previously installed ice maker failing, found the ice maker would not dump ice during cycle and was building up in the tray, replaced the ice maker and now it is functioning as designed, informed customer to dump the first batch. Job complete."

Arrived on site for Not Heating - Electric Dryer. Found heating element was burnt out. Removed heating element and installed new heating element. Dryer heating as designed. Job completed.
