Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Find arrival confirmed complaint not to further inspection found that the evaporator fingers running but the compressor and the condensers handbook were failing to start. Sound compressor and fan receiving the proper voltages and found the unit had a major sealed system issue that it also lead to the heat exchange between the divider wall both compartment internally exploding and causing a massive liner and insulation failure in the FC side rendering the unit unrepairable due to the amount of liner damage done. "Arrived to inspect ice production issues. The ice within the bin was very wet and had the appearance of melting and re-freezing. The ice maker housing was 26 and the FC was 20, too warm for consistent ice production and I allowed the thermal probe to sit in the FC for 20 minutes with very little change and constant compressor operation in CX mode. I removed the lower unit cover and found the discharge tube at the compressor was 134 and near the condenser, had d to 122 within 10 of the compressor, with no condenser fan operation. Testing in mode 5, the compressor made a strange struggling sound at low speed and was quite loud in high speed mode. The sealed system cannot maintain temperatures and the compressor is in early failure. RH RC door gasket required replacement due to the flaps at the top and bottom being torn. Office to contact the CX to arrange return service for three hours, sealed system service and gasket replacement. "Arrived on site for a wall oven that will come on by itself. Upon arrival the customer stated an additional issue is that when baking it will sometimes switch settings on its own. Upon further inspection the customer had the keypad locked, and they found when doing this the issue will cease and it will not randomly turn on. I unlocked the keypad and waited to see if the unit would begin running on its own. I could not replicate this. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found error code F2E1 for shorted key. I then set the unit to bake and let it run. I could not replicate the failure. Per the error code I am ordering the UI to return and install. I removed and replaced the compressor and vacuumed to the pumps ultimate depth. After holding for 15 minutes, I with the mfg prescribed 5 oz of refrigerant. I bubble tested all available joints within the lower unit area and the evaporator and tested. The unit cooled as designed and I verified a very good frost pattern developing on the evaporator. I was able to get the unit to dispense water into the tub and after turning the valve off, I attempted to test the motor and the keypad failed to respond. I attempted several times and eventually had to unplug the unit. I attempted to place the unit back into diagnostics and the keypad continued to fail. When I researched the keypad, I found it discontinued and advised my customer of my findings. Customer the of 1554 (+) with check #1735 (1554 CK Auth# A9KFVL). Left unit unplugged for safety. Tested voltage at the wall and got 240V. Tested voltage at the terminal block and got the same. Removed the top panel and tested the control at L1 and P9-2 and got 120V. Check points P8-3 and N and got 240V. Checked continuity at those points and it was good. Checked the thermal fuse and it is good. Checked continuity to the control panel harness and it was good. I researched the control panel boards and found both are discontinued, I advised the customer of my findings and they laid the of 1554 (+) with CC (1554 # PF393V). Unit left unplugged for safety. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided two videos of the noise. The first video was normal noise and the 2nd video sounded as if the unit was off . I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and continued with diagnostics in test 1 The unit operated as designed; however, the unit was making a loud vibration noise in and around the drain pump. I found the pedestal top vibrating on the drain pump housing mounts and the screws were loose at the load & go. I tightened the screws and added sound pads under the drain pump mounts and retested on quick wash with a medium load and the unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water. Upon arrival confirm complaint after further inspection found at the cause of the leak was a clogged drain line in the RC. After trying to remove clog internally from RC side as well as verifying that there is no external clog near the compressor I found that because of the backfill was a collapsing drain line into the insulation. Cant not clear clog in drain due to internal liner failure. Unit will need replacement. Call complete

Eidnt notice that the flame was a bit more orange than blue so I replaced the burners assembly and tested unit and found the unit operating as designed gas smell lesson. "Arrived on site to diagnose microwave with no power present. On arrival I found good voltage and polarity at the outlet. On inspection of unit found the unit is not venting at all due to the cabinet completely covering the vent, and the unit has a huge grease buildup. Buildup is likely responsible for the unit failing and popping fuse. No good repair can be made due to improper installation and excessive grease buildup. Call complete."

I then replace the heating assembly that included the two new stats and coil reassembled and test dryer and found it fully functioning as designed but inform customer to get a dryer vent cleaning as soon as possible to prevent any further issues. Arrived on site for refrigerator that is intermittently not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found the freezer temperature at 3?F in the refrigerator at 37?F. The customer did say that the unit does get the proper temperature and does stay there most of the time but occasionally will increase temperature in the freezer into the 20s. Found all necessary components working properly and no evidence of a defrost issue. Spoke to PR and was advised to check the condenser coils. Found massive buildup of lint on the condenser and removed buildup. Tested the unit and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.
