Remove the ice container and did find ice in the container. Checked the impeller and found the impeller stripped. Tried to remove the impeller by hand and was unable to. Ordering the impeller, dispenser, motor, divider, and spacer for repair. Cannot duplicate the issue. Asked customer what was being washed. He showed me a large comforter, a bed sheet and a pile of a regular sized load. All in all the load being washed filled the basket complete from bottom to top. He has since washed a regular load and unit operates correctly. Unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water inside. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when the ice maker harvests and the fills it makes a loud noise. Using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker and when the valve came on to fill the tray, it made a loud humming noise and barely filled the tray. I tested the water dispenser and water flowed to a trickle. I removed the filter and retested and got the same results. I placed my filter bypass in the filter head and retested and water flowed good. I contacted techline and spoke to Rich and advised of the complaint, the history of the issues with this unit and my findings today. Rich advised to replace the filterhead/reservoir and provided SR#7737950154. I removed and replaced the reservoir and tested with the bypass installed and the unit is operating as designed. I provided the SR number to my customer and recommended they contact customer service and provide the SR# if they continue to have issues. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"On arrival confirmed complaint of ice maker leaking. Called TL to document all previous calls and current with parts listed. Spoke to Nate at TL 7737953605. Visual inspection found the ice maker was leaking and pouring into the ice bin. Unit was not level or front higher than the back, replaced all parts previously diagnosed ice maker, dual valve, ice maker housing, ice bin door, ice chute, RC left door. Leveled unit with front end higher then back to prevent the ice maker from leaking water out the front. Photo attached. Did not see broken plastic in ice maker unable to confirm but ice maker and housing replaced. Ice bin door did have gap as previously stated gap is now sealed and gasket is sealing. All operational tests in diag mode are good. Visual inspection of test 45 confirmed no leak. No leaks detected during service. Job complete."

Advised customer may have been caused excess food pushing against the door. It started around thanksgiving. Customer will take photos of food load and frost if problem persists. Arrived onsite for refrigerator with ice buildup. On inspection found the ice buildup on the top of the ice bin. On further inspection found the gasket had pulled back at the top right corner on the fc door. I took my heat gun and softened the gasket and expanded it to make it fit better. The door is sealing now if customer calls back order a fc gasket (WPW10247885) to bring on the return trip back. The noise the customer is hearing is normal for this chaise. The only way to get rid of the noise is to change the unit or go with another model. No water leaks detected during service.

On further inspection found where the belt hooks onto the motor was broken. Gained access to the back of the unit and had to beat the fan off the motor. Installed new motor new wheel and repair kit. But the unit back together and there was aloud thumping noise. Pulled the unit back part and found that the left wheel was riding in the wrong spot on the drum, correct the issues and the unit is operating as designed."

Chewed by the shed contacted customer service and they told her to press and hold the power button until all the lights lit up and then touch the start button but it has not been working. I explain to the customer that is the exact opposite. She needs to press the power button and press and hold the start button until all the bars light up all the way across the user interface. Tested the unit multiple times, and could not get the unit to fault. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. The customer advised that shes been using the unit the same way she was told for the last few months and that she was unaware of how to use it. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for an oven that has hot surface temperatures when cooking for extended periods of time. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that during Thanksgiving, after the unit had been on for a couple of hours, she was finding the handle and the top of the cooktop fairly hot at the front edge. She advised that it seemed hot enough to be able to burn her and she was just concerned about whether something was wrong. I found the gasket in the door, making a proper seal. I went over the cooking temperature limits service pointer (W11544031). I explained to the customer that the inside part of the door is still within the oven and that as that oven heats up and maintains temperature for long periods of time, excess heat is radiated through the top of the vent on the door and can cause warmer than normal surface temperatures on the handle and on the front edge of the cooktop. I did advise the customer that this is normal operation and that the unit is working as designed. Call complete."
