Arrived on site for range having plastic burning smell. Inspected unit and work area. Disassembled back and inspected wire harness. Found wire burnt at terminal block. Removed failed harness and installed new. Assembled unit and tested operation.

Arrived on site for fridge not cooling and freezer icing up again. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested voltage from the control and found good voltage. I found continuity through the bimetal and the defrost element. I found the evaporator fan spinning slowly. I pulled the fan off and found it full of ice. I removed the ice and dried the fan off. I found the fan working as designed now. I found the evaporator pan and the air ducts iced over. I gained access to the drain tube and found it clear. I advised the customer to turn the unit off and let i5 defrost for 48 hours. Job complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the user interface control panel and attempted to power up the unit. The unit would not power on the oven lights or the control panel. Disassembled unit and checked voltage at the J8 connector to the main control and found no voltage. Unit was showing 7.6 V. Between black to black and white. I advise the customer that she had an issue with her power supply coming to the unit so I can do no further testing and set up with a new control panel. The customer advised they knew how to do the control panel set up but needed to get the unit up and running as soon as possible. Customer will need an electrician to come fix the electrical supply. "Arrived on site for cooling complaint. Temperature reading 20? removed evaporator cover found partial frost pattern diagnosed a low side leak,unit will need a new evaporator,compressor and heat exchanger.

"Arrived on site to inspect double wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they had an inspection recently and their inspector said the oven temps were off more than 25 degrees. Customer did not know how the temps were tested. I advised the customer that the only way the unit can be tested is with a multimeter with thermal lead. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found none. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. At preheat, the unit showed 345 degrees. My next 5 readings were 331, 380, 343, 381, 347 for an average temp of 356.4 degrees. I made recommendations for use and care to include waiting an additional 15-20 mins after preheat to place food inside the unit. Customer questioned about the fans staying on for a long time. I advised that they will stay on until the unit reaches approximately 165-175 degrees inside. Also, advised the customer to not leave the oven doors open to allow the unit to cool as it will cause the thermal fuse to go bad and possibly the thermostat to go bad as well. No repairs needed at this time. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven/microwave combo unit with oven not heating properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit was recently inspected and the inspector stated the unit temps are too hot approximately 25 degrees at preheat. Customer provided the written inspection which showed the inspector using an infrared temp reading device to measure temperature. I advised the customer that the only way to test the temps accurately is to use a multimeter with thermal lead as it tests air temps and not surface temps like the infrared device. I place the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E4. I cleared the code and using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My peak temp,reading was 419. My next 5 readings were 332, 387, 339, 391, 340 for an average temp of 357.8 which is within the temperature range when testing at 340 degrees. Also, I found the microwave interior light was not working. Due to the error code, I removed and replaced the main control and retested the unit and the unit is operating as designed except the MW light. Arrived on site before a vent hood that wont turn on the lights. Inspected unit and work area. Found the two non-LED lights would work but the four LED lights would not. Disassembled unit and tested voltage going to the lights. Found proper voltage. Replaced one of the lights and still could not get the unit to work. Disconnected several of the connectors and found one connector had lost position is one of the wiring. Fixed wiring inside the connector and tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed. I removed it and emptied the ice into bowls and found there was a massive ice buildup between the metal chopper blades . Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not dispensing water. Found insulation failure causing ball of ice on the back of the unit.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer with water inside drum when not in use. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Unit is operating as designed. After testing and waiting for a little while, I found water beginning to puddle inside the drum. I found the inlet valve assembly is weeping causing the water to go into the drum. Also found the bellow needs to be replaced. Customer agree to the repair/replacement of the valves and bellow.One of the valves is on order and I will return with all prescreened parts. Arrived on site for OVEN PORTION WOULD NOT TURN ON AT ALL. NOW NOTHING WORKS. NOT EVEN THE RANGE TOP. Oven would click on convection fan and blower then you could hear another click inside like oven from the control failing to to turn on the element. Tested all range top elements and none would come on. Inspected terminal block and it was good. Checked voltage at the wall and the range is not getting the proper voltage to allow the range to heat. Informed customer of my findings. Explained to customer once outlet or breaker was fixed it should heat as designed. Otherwise to call us back so we could test it once it had the proper voltage.

Vacuumed the system and pressures held at -30/0. Installed 5.25oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Pressures held at 0/123 and the unit is cooling with the evaporator having a good frost pattern. Recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24-48 hours before placing food in the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for WATER LEAKING FROM UNDERNEATH THE UNIT WHEN IN USE. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran diagnostics cycle and found water leaking from the valve. Removed valve housing and installed new valve housing. Retested diagnostics cycle and leak was gone. Found all four shipping rings still installed onto legs. Removed shipping rings. Found a few coins between the agitator and basket. Removed coins. Ensured washer was level to the floor after removing shipping rings. Washer running and draining as designed. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for unit not filling with water once again. Put unit in diagnostics and did not get a error code. Put the unit to do automatic diagnostics and the unit passed. Started a normal wash and the unit did fill with water once again. But let the customer know that if it continues then the control may need to be replaced. Customer wanted to go ahead and get the control replaced. Replaced the control. Tested the unit. Unit tested good.

Arrived onsite for ice not producing. Was advised that icemaker had been replaced by previous company. Found ice maker mold filled with water but not freezing. Tested temps and found good 35f and 8f and 18f in ice box. Ice box fan is working in diagnostics. Froze ice and harvested in diagnostics. Reset control. Advised customer on repair and advised ice production should resume within 3 days.

Arrived to inspect side by side refrigerator not dispensing ice. Confirmed the complaint and found the solenoid assembly was broken and causing the ice maker not to switch from cubed to crushed. The customer had the solenoid plunger on the counter next to the unit. I melted the massive ice buildup in the container and advised the customers they can use the cubed function on the unit until the solenoid is replaced. Took pictures. ; ordrng 1 W10836706 (Evaporator) and 1 W11209866 (Compressor) and 1 W10143759 (Dryer) and 1 W10913906 (Coupler)

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Removed bi metal, heater and control. Installed new heater, bi metal and control. Powered on fridge and it is cooling as designed. Explained to customer to allow 24 hours before placing food inside. Job completed."

Arrived on call to replace heater. After installation test operation. Heater working properly.

Arrived on site to test unit for function not available. Test unit and found unit not responding. Did a reset test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling at all. On arrival found lights on, UI on. Was able to go into diagnostic and test all my components and they all ran, but unit wont trigger cooling. Unplugged and power cycled and found unit powered on and everything works now. Ran through checks and found no damaged harnesses or boards. Advised customer that if issue repeats we will need to replace electronics since loads seem good. Call complete."
