"Arrived onsite for unit making a noise during operation. Opened up the unit and found that the fan had more buildup of lint. Removed the lint and out the unit back. As it was operating I still heard a little bit of a squeaking noise from the blower area. Moved the unit forward a bit and the noise went away, concluded that the vent tube was pushing on the housing causing the housing around the inspection of the unit where fan is will shift the housing when pushing the unit directly up against the wall. Let customer know of the lint and to keep the unit at a certain distance from the wall to keep the noise away.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit had cooled properly for about four weeks and then went out again. Found the unit would not start at all when plugged in. The lights were on but nothing else was running. Checked everything down by the compressor and all connections underneath the unit. Found everything showing good. Attempted to advance the defrost timer and found the contacts that triggered would not start anything to work. Spoke to PR and was advised the issue would have to be with the thermostat due to no action from the defrost timer. Went to replace the thermostat and found the refrigerator immediately kicking on once the thermostat was wiggled. Replaced thermostat and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed.
