Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and heard what sounded like something stuck in the drain pump. Removed the drain pump and found what appeared to be a sting strap for lounge pants stuck between the filter and drain pump causing the issue. Attempted to pull out as much of the string as possible but was unable to access all of it. Removed obstruction and placed the unit into a drain cycle. The unit is now working as designed. "Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previous diagnosed ss repair. Upon arrival recovered 68 grams of refrigerant. Installed compressor, uv drier, all required couplers, etc. after using nitrogen kit, and pulling vac, I found no signs of leaks. Recharged system with 68grams of r600 per manufacturing specs allowed unit to run for over30 minutes and found temps dropping 20 degrees. Informed customer to give 7nit 24 hrs to stabilize temps. I plugged the unit in and then ran it through diagnostics mode. I found all components running as designed. I then gained access to the control and ohmd out the harness and evap thermistor. I found them good. I let the evap cool and gas valve run long enough to verify the control read the temp values correctly. I could find no failure at the time of service. I informed the customer on my findings, and that we need to give it at least 24 hours in a stable temperature above 55?F. If the error continued I informed him we would need to get a SS technician come out to check the pressures.

"Arrived on site for an oven intermittently not working and throwing an F2E6 error code. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit was now working, but he had a picture of the error code. The picture showed the F2E6 error code on the screen for stuck key. Per the tech sheet you would replace the console for this error code. However, the console is discontinued for the unit. I gained access to the console and control. I found no physical sign of a burnout or harness damage. I informed the customer on my findings and that we could replace the console, but it is unavailable to do so. Therefore, the unit will be unrepairable.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking water at the top of the unit. Upon arrival the customer showed me the unit was leaking up in the op of the RC and dripping through one of the LEDs. I removed the top cover and found that the incoming red connector to the valve was barely inserted. This was allowing it to drip a little when calling for water. I inserted it all the way and verified it was tight. I then tested the unit and found it was no longer dripping. The unit is now as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher making a loud vibrating noise. Upon arrival the customer stated that as soon as the dishwasher started running, the noise began. She also found if she adjusted the dishes in the upper rack and after several attempts the noise would stop. I tested the unit and was able to replicate the issue. I found that the upper rack was creating the noise, and that when it was pushed all the way back the rack would touch the tub. When the rack was touching the tub the rattle would begin and the tub/rack would vibrate against each other. If I was to open the door and pull the rack forward enough to not come into contact with the tub, the noise would stop. To fix this I am ordering the upper conduit components to replace. Arrived on site for microwave venthood light not turning off. Inspected unit and work area. Tested operation to verify failure. Gained access to control and tested voltage and found control not responding to UI. Removed failed control and installed new. Found light operation working. Tested heating operation. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that will not fill up. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the unit and confirmed the customers complained. Found proper voltage going to the unit. Checked voltage going to the water valve and found no voltage. Replaced main control and tested the unit again. The unit began to fill as designed and re-circulate water. As soon as the unit came to the drain portion of the cycle found that the drain pump would not kick on. Found the drain pump out of range causing the failure. Replaced the drain pump with a truck stock drain pump and found the unit would not fill or drain again. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Austin SR# 7733068855. He advised that the issue would have to be with the main board and the pilot relay or fuse. Advise to make sure that on the return trip to double check that there are no other Short items so bringing the wash pump motor, fill valve, and drain pump for return trip as well. The customer advised that he bought this unit last year but hasnt moved in until the last month and a half. He stated that since he started using the dishwasher, it has never worked and has left his dishwasher pods undissolved. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found water not entering the unit when called. Checked underneath the sink and found the water valve was not turned on to the dishwasher. As soon as I opened up the valve at the wall, the water began to enter the unit. Ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and it finished every single portion of the dishwasher cycle. Arrived onsite for washer not completing cycle. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found error code for Off balance load. Cleared code and tested. Ran au test and passed. Ran normal load and passed. Unit was going out of balance preventing the cycle from completing. Instructed customer on proper loading per use and care guide. Unit is functioning properly. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for washer filling then draining but not going through cycle. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found stored error codes Long / no fill, off balance load, over suds condition, motor unable to reach target rpm (due to off balance). Inspected unit and found pressure hose not connected correctly at control. Secured connection and tested. All components are functioning properly. Did also find the unit and home are connected to well water. Pressure is very low. Customer will check home filter and adjust pressure. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete"
