"Arrived on site to test unit for leak. Upon arrival customer stated unit began to leak water after a clean cycle was ran. Entered service mode and engaged a test cycle while monitoring all potential leak points, unit completed a test cycle as designed. Manually engaged cold and hot valve and attempted to fill to max level, found water level rising slowly. Water is being evacuated due to drain hose being inside the standpipe 2 feet and causing a siphon. Removed drain hose and inserted 6. Successfully filled unit to max level and observed bellow, no active leaks. Noticed with just filling the unit, a lot of suds were forming. Customer informed that they use 3 pods and OxiClean per load. Advised customer 1-2 pods maximum per load. Pods are concentrated and do not require more than 2. Customer will monitor the next few loads. At the time of service unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

I tested the unit and found the unit dumbling and heating but found what appeared to be an airflow restriction. Pulled the unit out and found part of the spring vent hose collapsed in on itself, causing a potential airflow restriction. The customer stated that he had tried to clean out the vent because it vents outside. On the other side of the wall, but I did explain that because the unit is tumbling and heating, the only other, the potential issue with drying would be airflow. I did advise the customer that he may need to pull out his dryer a little bit prior to running a cycle or change to a different style vent hose. The customer advise that he will try to deal with what he can and will change vent hoses.If necessary. The unit is working and operating as designed. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with door that is very hard to open occasionally, moisture in RC and unusual noises. Upon further inspection I checked the gaskets and ensured they are making a proper seal. I gained access to the rear of the machine and examined the drain hose and found it to be in good condition with no air gaps. I checked the leveling of the unit and found it to be good. The send and return vents in the Fc are clear. I checked for the compartment valve and found that the unit did not have one. I called techline and was advised that this model does not have one in the design and that occasionally the door can be require more force to open or to open the Fc door first to break the suction due to the design. I advised the customer that unit is operating as designed. SR 7742109122. No parts installed no water leaks leaks observed during service."

I ran the unit through diagnostics, and I found everything working and operating as designed. I tested the washer on several different cycle selections and found the unit starting and operating as designed. I had the customer attempt to start cycles. Several times and everything appeared to be working and operational. I did advise the customer that it may just be.The customer is holding the start button too long or too short. However, all aspects of the unit are working properly. I advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit and to call us back if any other issues persist. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for washing machine that is flashing an F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error code and won't drain. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is flashing. This error message and we'll not drain out the rest of the water. I attempted to remove the hose from the pressure switch and got no change in the error message or the drain pump trying to drain. I gained access to the control and checked resistance through the drain pump. I found it reading 17.8 ohms indicating the drain pump was within range. I replaced the pressure switch and tested the unit. I still could not get the unit to drain and it still flashed the F3 E1 error code. I replaced the control and attempted to get the unit to drain in a drain and spin. I couldn't get it to drain. I removed the drain filter and found no debris inside that would be clogging the machine. I found the drain pump extremely hot to touch, indicating the control had been sending voltage to drain. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo of the water, which was located at the front of the unit under the FC door and center of the unit (photo). I inspected the FC section and found no signs of water leaks. I gained access to the compressor housing and inspected the ice maker fill tube and found no leaks, and it appears the fill tube has been replaced at some point as it looks new. I removed the toeplate and inspected the valve and filter housing, and found no signs of a leak. Also found a water line coupler, and it was secured to the lines. I tested the ice maker and water dispenser and found no leaks coming from the unit. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit and if they find water again to check the dispenser area and inside the freezer section for any water. Unit is operating as designed, and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit plugged in and operating as designed. Maintenance advised that the breaker was replaced after the last service call, and the unit tripped again and hasn't tripped since then. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested all tests provided, and the unit never failed. I gained access to the evaporator and its harness and found a good frost pattern, and in some places, it was wet from testing the defrost element. I found the harness was good with no cuts or shorts. I pulled the unit out to gain access to the main harness at the back of the unit and when I removed the rear cover, I found the harness pinched in between the cover and chassis in three different places causing some of the wires to crimp. I removed the harness from the clips and adjusted it and using some electrical tape, I wrapped the harness to make it more stable then I adjusted the harness in the clips to keep it from getting pinched again. I advised maintenance of my findings and repairs. Unit is operating as designed, and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I cleared the codes and attempted to test the unit, but the drain pump came on again and would not turn off. I advised the tenant and the office staff that I would have to order parts and our office would contact them to schedule a return service. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner ignitor continuous arcing. Upon further inspection, I plugged the unit in and tested the burners and found all but the front right burner igniting properly and the front right ignitor will arc when there is a flame and when there isn't. When there is no flame and the ignitor is on, all of the burners ignitor are arcing. I removed and replaced the spark module and retested and found the front right burner continues to arc when there is a flame, but not when there isn't a flame. I attempted to clean the ignitor and the cooktop where the burner head rests, and there was no change. I am ordering the front right ignitormand office to schedule return service. "WFW5720RR0 Arrived on site for a washer not operating. On arrival, the client stated low flow showed up on display I ran diagnostic and found error code F8E1 no fill ,long fill. I replaced the water valves then tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply."

"Arrived on site to inspect the refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the customer had a towel on the floor at the bottom of the FC door. I pulled the unit out and checked the water lines and valve at the back of the unit, and didn't find any leaks. When I went to remove the front toeplate, I found a sheet of ice in the bottom of the freezer section. I found the water is coming from the FC evaporator drain tube being clogged. I removed the drain tube at the back of the unit and cleaned it out. While removing the ice from the drain pan, I found more debris clogging the drain in the pan and removed it. Tested the drain by pouring hot water from my steamer down the drain, and it is cleared. Unit is operating as designed, and no water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Upon arrival, I spoke with the customer regarding the sealed system repair. The customer advised the unit is cooling properly, just not making much ice. After I explained how the unit cools to make the ice, the customer opted to just replace the ice maker and see if it would change anything. While replacing the ice maker, I found the ice maker housing adaptor was not sealing properly where it meets at the back wall. The vent coming out of the wall is square shaped and the new adaptor opening is round. Once I had the new ice maker installed and tested, I cycled power to reset the controls. After I left, I contacted in-house tech support GC and discussed my findings. GC agreed that the unit will need a new adaptor on the ice maker housing and the issue is more than likely the n"

"WFES3330RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker. On arrival I verified issue I replaced contol board, bake, and broil element then I removed the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I then rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity, voltage, and amp draw all readings are correct. Arrived on site to diagnose unit not powering on or starting. Found unit stuck in drain loop if plugged in. Replaced main control to resolve the stuck in drain loop. Tested unit with new Control and verified all functions working as designed. Repair completed. Parts used - W11608056

Verified drain pump was continously running and pressure switch fault. Removed and replaced control board. Recalibrate washer and ran auto test. U it is functioning normally.

"Arrived on site for RC not cooling. Upon arrival, inspected evaporator cover and found frost buildup near the top section. Proceeded to defrost all ice and found ice near the thermistor. Ohmed thermistor and found 5F warmer than normal range. Proceeded to replace W10316760 thermistor kit. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time"

Cx started that unit was making a screeching sound and showed video. Also unit was clicking during spin. Removed and replaced clutch and slider and secured drums hose to tub. Tested until with several towels and no screeching noise and tapping noise stopped.

Unit has f7e1 fault code. Missing tachometer signal. Verified basket not reaching target speed. Tested control and ot is fine. Removed and replaced clutch assembly. Ran spin test and washer ramped to target speed.

"Verified dryer making squeling noise used dryerkit on dryer and replaced rollers, belt and tensioner. Ran dryer under load and dryer is not making any unusual noises. Advised cx to not over load dryer with blankets and comforters they can be too heavy and cause drum to thumb or go out if round"
