Used watt and amp reader to test how much power is being pulled during compressor startup. Plugged unit in, when compressor kicked on it pulled 1500 watts and 15 amps. Compressor has a locked rotor. Determined also that there was no record of the previously discovered power supply issue having been resolved. Advised that the power supply issue must be resolved for the oven to operate properly.

Found defrost sensor reading 40k ohms. Tech explained that that reading indicated no issue with wiring. Recommend ordering and replacing the Control and defrost thermistor at the same time. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which sounded like a metal on metal vibration and was very loud. Customer advised the noise was coming from the back of the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor in test 4. Once the compressor came on, the unit was quiet as designed. I tested the unit several times and forced a short cycle defrost and could not duplicate the noise. I removed the back panel to gain access to the compressor and found the filter drier in a position to where it could be touching the panel and vibrating when the compressor comes on. I pushed the drier, access valve and suction line back away from the panel and found the discharge tubing had come loose from the condenser grommet. I adjusted the discharge tubing with the grommet and retested the unit again and still could not duplicate the noise. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and if the noise continues to contact our office Monday morning. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised the front left and right burners dont ignite properly and the front left burner knob is not lined up. I found the front left burner valve stem badly twisted (photos). I tested all burners and found the front left and right take too long to ignite. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not operating properly and making loud unusual noises. Upon further inspection I placed unit into diagnostics and found error codes for lock rotor. I manually ran a slow spin and could hear slight friction as the basket was rotating. I placed the unit into agitate and it failed to agitate properly as it was moving and bouncing the the basket as well as the agitator. I attempted to remove the motor bolt so I could investigate further however, it was so seized that my bit broke and the bolt had become striped. I observed that the water inlet was very slow/restricted almost to a drip. I removed the water filter and tested the valve again. The water began to flow normally with the filter removed, telling me that the filter is faulty. All other components of the ice maker test fine. No parts installed and no water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking from front. Upon further inspection, the customer informed me that they were getting a leak every time from the door. I found right away some build up and hair along the inside and on the front side of the door seal. I proceed to clean this area and run a test to try to replicate the issue. I could not replicate the issue. We tried to run a cycle with a load and could not replicate the issue with a load as well. No water leaks observed during service. Unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site for a freezer. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit just stopped cooling altogether after they put in some meat. She advised that none of the fans or the compressor were running and she didnt know exactly what happened. I gained access to the interior of the freezer and found the cooling had been turned off. I turned the unit on and gave access to the compressor. I found the compressor pulling .945 A and found the unit cooling. I did advise the customer that it appeared to be that she turned the cooling off at some point. The customer was unaware of how to turn the cooling off or on. I showed the customer how to do that and advised the customer to keep an on the unit case if any other issues persist. I asked the customer if she usually keeps the unit inside and she advised that she keeps it in the shed that is not air-conditioned. I did explain to the customer that the freezer will need to be in an ambient temperature between 60 and 90? per the manufacturers recommendations. The unit is working and operating as designed. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the icemaker was working until the past couple days and then it stopped completely making ice. I took temperatures of the refrigerator and freezer sections and found the refrigerator at 37?F and the freezer at 18?F. I found no evidence of a defrost issue within the unit. I checked all gaskets and found tears on the gaskets and the refrigerator door was seemingly partially open causing cold air to leak out of the refrigerator section. I checked that center mullion and found moisture buildup on the center mullion and the refrigerator door gaskets. I also found that the mullion was not creating a proper seal and was loose causing the doors to have a little play when closed. I also found evidence of lint build up all over the condenser coil. I remove the lint from the condenser coil and Im ordering the gaskets, mullion, and pivot block and will return with priorly sent parts. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not agitating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the same thing happened as last time. They advised that the unit will start to wash, but then will not agitate and will quit the cycle early. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and confirmed the whole basket was spinning during the agitation portion of the cycle. I I gained access underneath and found the cam melted at the top causing the issue. I went to replace the gearcase and found the agitator completely seized up on the driveshaft. I broke off the agitator and replaced the gear case, agitator, cam, and capacitor. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing ice. On inspection found the ice Shute was clogged with ice see picture. I cleared the ice out and made sure everything was dryer and reinstalled the ice bin and tested. Ice is being dispensed now with Shute cleared. No parts installed during service.

arrived onsite for dishwasher not draining. On inspection found the drain pump had come unplugged. Plugged back in and drain unit. Customer said it worked once after the motor was replaced and on the second load it did not drain. No water leaks detected during service and no parts installed during service.

Found gasket to be slightly bowed inwards, allowing outside air to leak into compartment. Flushed gasket with heat gun and re seated. Gasket is now seating correctly. Unit is functioning as designed. Arrived on site for washer not doing anything. Found water still in tub. Diagnsotics shows f9e1. No other codes. Found wire harness is open from control to drain pump. Unable to complete diagnostics. Arrived on site for microwave door not closing. Removed from wall. Found frame was unlevel. Also found door sent was damaged. Called Techline Sr#7739774008. Customer will need to have frame leveled to correct issue. Call complete.

Arrived on site for dryer making noise. Found noise at end of cycle sounded like something was in blower. Removed back panel. Found debris in wheel housing. Reassembled and verified operation.call complete. No parts.

"Arrived onsite for center burner not working. On inspection it would not ignite, pulled the burner and found the gas ports on the burner were clogged. I cleaned them up and now it will ignite every try. No gas leaks were detected during service and no parts were installed during service."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production, tested unit found it making ice but calcium flakes have formed on the evaporator again causing ice to get held up during harvest, water dispersing channel is 70% clogged with calcium and water is only coming out the right side causing partial ice sheets, rust is dripping on cover from thermistor, called tech line to document per tech line: the unit should not be developing calcium buildup this fast, customer needs to test water and it should not be above 4 PPM, per tech line water dispenser and pump harness will need to be replaced and evaporator needs to be sanded down again to remove calcium SR#7739772421, ordered parts rescheduled for 8/28 no parts installed ; ordrng 1 W10863947 (Water dispenser) and 1 W11126268 (Pump harness with thermistor)"
