Arrived onsite for unit not heating properly and burning smell present. I found the elements to be good on resistance. I found the door latch to not close indicating the latch has been blown. I suspect the smell came from the latch blowing as everything on the unit checked good besides the latch. Customer stated the inner glass door needs replacing as well due to scratches present. Arrived onsite for oven not heating. I confirmed oven will not heating and I didn't hear any gas coming through. I pulled off the bottom cavity plate and found the ignitor not glowing. I checked voltage coming from the harness in the back and found correct 120v coming through. This indicates the ignitor is bad and needs to be replaced. I replaced the ignitor and tested unit. The ignitor now glows and oven is now heating as designed. No gas leaks present. Call complete. Installed W11176454 IGNTR-OVEN.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making / dispensing ice. Customer clarified that unit stopped making ice, and now also isn't dispensing water. I checked the fill tube for the icemaker and found an extension wedged on the water slide going to the icemaker that had been leaking. Customer had locked the console, and when I unlocked it I couldn't get any water or ice to dispense at all. I reset the unit and checked the valve, and after a power cycle the unit started dispensing properly. Tested icemaker and verified it does cycle and has no issues / leaks going down the back wall. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=11 degrees and RC=38 degrees. I found frost on the evap cover and removed the cover to gain access to the evaporator. In the process, I found the evap fan not operating. Following the tech sheet, I checked for error codes and found none. I tested voltage at the hv control and got 124V and I removed the P100 connector and turned thenunit on and the unit powered on and per tech sheet, the recommendation is to replace the hv control. I am ordering the hv control and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the part. Unit left turned off for safety. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven lower oven not heating. Upon arrival, I attempted to pull the unit out to gain access to the back of the unit to get access to the elements to test. I found the unit is not properly installed with the plug outlet at the bottom of the unit and no slack on the power cord (photos). I notified management of the situation and was advised to let the customer know to contact their builder to move the outlet above the unit to the right or left corner of the unit on the back wall to allow for slack on the cord and to be able to safely service the unit. I advised the customer of this and they advised they should've been advised of this issue at last service call. Management advised to not service unit and previous tech would be scheduled to go back out to finish, but the unit must be serviceable safely. "Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker.Upon arrival builder stated unit will trip breaker within 15 seconds of starting a preheat cycle.Gained access to rear components, inspected and found no broken or pinched wires, no evidence of any shorts. Unit is receiving proper voltage and bonding strap between ground and neutral has been removed. Started a bake cycle, bake element is pulling 11 amps, as soon as the relay clicked to switch to the broil element the breaker tripped. Followed service Pointer W11490386. Replaced control (W11707168), bake element (W11182108) and broil element (W10856603).Removed ground strap from terminal block and started a cycle at 500?. Ran a 500? cycle for 30 minutes, reconnected ground strap after time expired. Started a 500? bake cycle after reconnecting, breaker no longer trips. Contacted SAFETY to document SR#7740651930. Also contacted techline to document SR#7740698507. Advised builder to run an additional 90 minutes to ensure a proper burn off. If issue returns recommend builder to replace the breaker, if issue still persists contact Whirlpool customer care for next steps. Builder not on site for a signature. Arrived on site to inspect burner not operating correctly. Upon further inspection I found that the know shaft had a cracked preventing the valve from turning properly and not able to function. Arrived onsire for oven showing do not unplug message constantly. Customer stated they already performed the power reset. Customer told me they were not setup on wifi. In order for the console to work properly the unit will need to be set up on 2.4g wifi. I made the customer aware of this and gave them the wifi team number if they have any issues. The customer advised that the unit will not start a cycle, and that's it consistently has a buzzing noise when plugged in. I plugged in the unit and confirmed the customer's complaint. I found the unit attempting to drain when the basket was empty. I ran the unit into diagnostics, and the unit tried to run the drain pump again. I found an F8 E1 (long fill), F1 E1 (main control failure), and F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error codes. I checked to the pressure hose and did not find any splits in the pressure hose. I blew through the pressure hose from the control side and did not find any debris inside of the pressure hose. I replaced the main control and calibrated the unit. The customer showed me what he was talking about and when he pushed the door almost all the way down, the unit would make a weird rubbing and popping sound. Arrived on site to test unit for not draining properly. Found drain hose attached to extension. Extension behind unit was linked. Rerouted extension and now draining properly. No leaks detected and no parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for Not Cleaning. Items on top rack not getting clean at all. Also motor is loud.Upon arrival ran diagnostics and get error codes F10-E1 dispenser electrical issue, F6-E1 low or no water,F6-E2 fill valve electrical issue. Ran automatic test cycle and found motor is loud and only lower spray arm rotates, upper spray arm does not. Am not finding issues with the full valve and dispenser codes. Need to replace sump and motor. Replaced sump and motor WPW10780877. Test unit by running a normal cycle and unit is operating."

"Arrived on site to test unit for cooktop not working. Upon arrival maintenance stated unit does not heat the oven and the cooktop does not heat as well. Inspected terminal block, found L2 was not connected to the block causing unit to not receive 240V for heating. Connected L2 to terminal block and tested, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

Arrived onsite for unit not heating. Family member explained what was going on. Inspected unit. Found unit is heating. However lint is accumulating on the backside of the screen. Ran airflow test and failed immediately. Inspected external ventilation exit and was completely clogged. Took pics. Notified customer over the phone that the ventilation needs to be cleared. Unit is functioning and should perform properly once ventilation is cleared. Job complete

Arrived onsite for dishwasher making odd noise. I found the noise to be coming from the bearing in the pump and motor. I replaced the pump and motor and ran two diagnostic cycles. I verified there were no leaks present at time of service after running the two cycles. Unit now operates and sounds as designed. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. "WFES3530RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker. On arrival verified issue replaced contol,bake, and broil element. Removed ground wire preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. Rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. Checked polarity and voltage readings were correct product works as it's designed. "Arrived on site to test unit for no operation. Upon arrival customer stated unit will fill with water but will not start agitation and wont progress. Verified issue, when running diagnostic cycle, unit filled and drained but did not hear the shift actuator shifting to agitation. Inspected under the unit and found a loose connection. Connected actuator and tested unit, unit now agitates and spins but cam is worn and making a lot of noise. Replaced cam (W10721967) and shift actuator (W11481722) from truck stock. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Ran a diagnostic cycle successfully. Started a quick wash cycle, unit began to sense and fill, then progressed to agitation. Noise has been eliminated and all components are properly engaging. Customer approves. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for dispenser issues and spray arms not moving. Upon arrival customer stated dishes will not get cleaned and dispenser doesnt release the pod. Tested unit, found valve stopping water flow prematurely. Also found the dispenser door is getting stuck, not allowing the release of the pod. Wash motor engages but when washing the top rack unit does not have enough water in the tub to feed the top rack spray arm. Unit will need a new control, dispenser and potentially a new sump. Will need to order control for return visit. Ordering parts, no parts installed, rescheduled for 01/14.; schdld next appmnt for 1/14 TUE !"

Arrived onsite for newly installed compressor not running. Found internal lights and fans run and condenser fan runs. Called techline for assistance as original compressor was not running and now the new one wasn't. Spoke to Kirt. SR#7740686931. Ohmed compressor and was not shorted. Ran voltage checks and found no voltage from Orion board to power compressor. Replaced Orion with compressor and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Advised customer to monitor for 48hrs. Verified issue, engaged a drain and spin cycle, latch would actuate but cycle would not start. Inspected harness, found a broken drain pump wire. Repaired broken wire using a butt splice and secured harness to prevent future breakage. Tested unit, drain pump now engages properly.
