Tested unit after replacement and still had issues.Called tech line for assistance . Tech walked through test.notified him that control board has been replaced. Upon further checks. Arrived on site for icemaker making thin ice. I oam it the unit into diagnostics and found the thermistor showing continuity. I found the reservoir filling up properly. I called techline and spoke to Rich sr #7732461848. He stated to watch how long the unit takes to cycle the ice harvest. If its below 22 to 24 minuets to replace the thermistor and control. If it is above 27 minuets there is a possible sealed system issue. I waited and watched the unit. I found it cycling at 18 minuets. I am ordering the control and evaporator thermistor to complete the repair. Reschedule for Wednesday 12/15/21; ordrng 1 W11126268 (Harness with thermistor) and 1 W11034363 (Control)

Found a portion of the auger plastic was broken off causing ice to not dispense as quickly. Gave the customer a quote for a new auger. Customer agreed to repair. Quoted customer for a new ice bin with auger $198.10 with no labor making total with tax $214.44. Customer agreed to part replacement. Tech explained off balance load due to improper loading will cause secondary code for motor issue because motor will not reach full rpm. Tech recommended instructing customer on utilizing care guide,loading instructions as well as proper cycle selections. Tech also mentioned the Customer complaint of tearing cloths can be a sign of overloading due to wash plate not being able to agitate correctly.. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was not dispensing water. Upon arrival the customer stated that they would like both RC gaskets replaced, and to purchase two water filters. I tested the unit and could hear the valve energize, but no water would dispense. The customer did not have their filter bypass, so I could not verify if the filter head was faulty. I gained access to the valve and checked voltage to it with the water dispenser pad pressed. I found it good. This indicates a possible valve or filter head failure. I informed the customer that I will quote him for the filter head, but bring the valve as well. Pulled the unit from the wall and tested the switches and magnetron. I found the monitor switch and secondary switch on the right side were bad. Magnetron was good. I removed and replaced their control kit and switches and retested and unit is operating as designed. After re-installing the unit, I retested and it continues to operate as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice dispenser not dispensing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice doesnt dispense and the bin was recently replaced and when they go to get ice, the bin pushed the FC door open. I tested the dispenser and it dispensed ice. I removed the bin and found the crushed/cube rod was bent and the rod bracket that secures it to the bin had broken feee from the bin and the rod was not making good contact when placing the bin in its place. I replaced the bin and retested and unit is operating as designed. I demonstrated on how to install the bin correctly after removing it. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the main wiring harness with final block and tested. I found the breaker to be a GFCI breaker and it would not reset to allow me to test the unit. I tested all components at the back of the unit and all are within range of ohms testing. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs and recommended that they have their builder or an electrician check the breaker and the outlet to make sure theyre both wired correctly. No further repairs to the unit needed at this time. Job completed."
