Upon further inspection, I plugged the unit in and placed it in diagnostics showing error codes F6E2 and F2E1 cleared the codes and attempted to test the unit and the control panel failed to respond. I found the diagnostics LED flashing on the main control. I placed the unit back in diagnostics and tested the control panel and found three keys not functioning. I removed and replaced the control panel and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker issues. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker stopped making ice and the ice and water dispensers dont work. I found the emitter/receiver boards were turned off. I turned the boards on and using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker and found it has been leaking water into the motor area and rusted. Following the tech sheet for the emitter/receiver boards, I found with them blinking twice and pausing for 1 second and testing the ice maker, the boards have failed. I inspected the dispenser motor and found where water had leaked into the dispenser housing and the motor has rusted. When I tested the dispensers I found the UI light would not come on either

"WRX986SIHZ03 Arrived to inspect noise. The customer presented a recording and the unit was making a fast vibration noise, similar to a fan making contact with ice, or a lower unit area vibration. The ice was also wet in appearance and clumps within a few days and has to be dumped out. The RC and FC fans operated as expected within service test mode, but the ice maker fan pulsed for the first 30 seconds of testing, finally reaching full speed and flow. The mullion would not operate smoothly and there was moisture collecting at the lower part, indicating excessive air leaking and airflow. I was able to correct the vibration issue via tube anchoring and sound deadening pads. The mullion and ice box fan will require additional parts and the ice chute guide requires replacement as well. Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is leaking water in the drum. Examined unit and found the steam valve is dripping nonstop even when unit is not in use. Ordering new steam valve to resolve drip.

Checked resistance through the drain pump from the control and found it open. Checked resistance at the drain pump and found 19.6 ohms of resistance. He said he usually starts beeping after dinner and after they cleaned the unit I performed a few more tests and cannot get the feeling to happen due to the units intermittent behavior I replace to the control and advise the customer to be careful when cleaning the unit if they are using soap and water to keep moisture/water away from the keypad as best as they possible we can. "WFG975H0HZ1 Arrived to inspect clicking and gas odor. Upon initial discussion with the customer, they told me the odor they thought was potentially gas, was actually another chemical used within the home on an unrelated item and had figured that out prior to our arrival. There was also concern of a clicking noise. I tested the unit through a 350?F bake to ensure operation and it heated and cycled as designed with the following temperatures: initial preheat claimed at 374 and climbed to 385 before cycling off, which is expected. Cycling temperatures were 349, 387, 346, 384, 343, 382. The average being nearly 15? too warm, I discussed with the customer and set it at -10 and provided instruction on how to change if needed. The prior low temperature-use clicking did not come back and all operations were normal and as expected. The sound heard was the ticking from the normal expansion and contraction heard through the baking cycle and I advised the customer it is normal. The unit ignited every time on the first audible spark. No gas leaks detected during service. Per service notes, I contacted the MFG Safety line hand reported my findings. MfrRef # 7735908817"

"Arrived on site for a range that is flashing and beeping. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit would be up nonstop regardless of whether they unplugged it or not. Found the unit unplugged prior to service. Plug the unit in and could not replicate the issue. Ran it through diagnostics on both ovens and only found one error code on the left side oven indicating an F6 E4 (ACU/UI mismatch) error code. Per the text sheet, was advised to Lear the ode and power cycle the unit. It advised to check to see if the error persisted within 10 to 15 minutes. Over the course of 45 minutes, was unable to replicate the issue again. It advised that if the air did not appear again the issue had been resolved. The customer also complained about the right oven door not being a soft-close door. I did not see anything on the text sheet advising about the right hand door being a soft close door. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Brandon SR# 7735947132. He advised that the right hand door is just a normal oven door and that the left-hand door is the only soft close door on this unit. Advice to make no further repairs. Call complete."

Customer said it was leaking water form the right corner of the ice dispenser but no water was found in the drip tray. Told the customer to make a video of the water leak. Informed the customer on the situation On further inspection found out the water was not being dispense. I performed an airflow test and found that the unit had no flow. I advised customer the have their vents cleaned by a professional or this issue may arise again.

Arrived onsite for and washer that is loud. Upon inspection I found that the loud noise was the latch locking and unlocking which is normal. I ran the unit in drain and spin with a blanket in it and found that the unit operated properly the drain hose was slapping against the wall so I pulled the unit away from it and the I checked under the unit and found no damage and the unit was stable as far as rocking back and forth and side to side. Unit operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived onsite for a washer that seems to not be spinning the cloths out. Upon inspection I found that the unit was not leveling I leveled the unit and tested the unit several times and found that the unit is now operating as designed.
