Arrived on site for a refrigerator thats not cooling either side. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found both side sitting at 68?F. Check the evaporator and found the evaporator somewhat cool at the top but no frost pattern anywhere on the evaporator. Went to the back and check the compressor and found the compressor running. Took an amp draw off the unit and found the uniform .167 A.

Arrived on site to inspect unit for not cooling normally and causing lots of issues to include condensation. Upon inspection found the units compressor pulling .77 amps which was low. Unit was not calling for cooling when cab was hot. Spoke with techline and was told to order a full sealed system repair and control boards.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the display showing F2E1-stuck key. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and it failed due to the error code. I cycled power at the breaker for 30 seconds and reset the unit. I advised the customer that the unit is operating now, but could produce the error code again in the near future. Arrived on site for oven door not sealing properly. I called the construction manager and found out the complaint is hot air was blowing out the bottom of the unit. We inspected the unit and work area. We found no fault codes in diagnostics. We found the upper oven gasket was not clipped in properly. We secured the gasket to the oven. Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not draining. Found no high point in drain line installed to prevent back flow from sink. Installed high point and all is working properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

Took temps and freezer was between 12-13. Fridge was at 39. Dampener door in fridge was set to cold. Temp setting was one right above ideal. Ran test switch on ice maker and it harvested but water was not coming in. Removed filter head and installed new filter head. Ran test again and water came into ice mold as designed. Called techline regarding items freezing in the fridge on top and second shelf. Spoke to Chris. Chris explained the dampener should be set to coldest instead of cold. This will allow more cold air to remain in the freezer and not the fridge. Chris recommended the customer leave the temp setting where it was (one above ideal) until tomorrow. If items in fridge arent freezing on top and second shelf they could bump it up to ideal. If items are still freezing in ideal they should bump it back down one to prevent freezing items in fridge. Chris stated the dampener being set to coldest instead of cold will keep the freezer colder and prevent the fridge from getting so much cold air. SR7732645905"

Arrived on site to diagnose a cooktop with a burner not working properly. Found center portion of dual burner not working properly and replaced burner. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

Upon further inspection, found that the 5 holes in the bellow were clogged not allowing the water to run back into the tub. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is making a knocking sound upon the start of dryer starting. Inspected unit and work area. I attempted to start the dryer five separate times with one load having clothes in it. Could not replicate the sound. Attempted again after working on her washer and still was unable to replicate the sound being made. I did advise the customer that because I could not replicate the sound, there was not really a whole lot for me to be able to check on most of the issue was with her vent hose playing against the back of her unit when it went first started. She advised that the sound would start up but then it would completely go away within 30 seconds. Customer will take a video of the sound if she can replicate it again and will call back if any further service is needed.

Arrived on site for a washing machine thats making a clunking sound. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit seems to make a clunking sound between agitation when it ships into spin. She didnt know if that was normal or not but wanted to have it checked because she thought something might be going out. Test of the unit in an auto test in the unit ran hours designed. Tested the unit and manual spin and agitation testing and the customer confirmed that the clicking was right when it went into spin. I did advise her that that is normal with these units due to the cam being plastic and showed her how that works. Did not find any stored error codes in the customer did advise that the unit is washing just fine. Whenever user guide in the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area.Test of the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. Found the wash motor not running. Replaced wash motor and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washer not going into spin but all of the functions working as designed. Upon arrival confirmed the issue. After running multiple test I found that the unit would fill agitate and drain but during spin the transmission and bearing were siezed due to rust. Lid switch activited. Belt was intact and fly wheel would spin along with motor and pump

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working and items freezing in the RC section. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit is operating as designed. I inspected the evaporator and it had a good frost pattern and food items were frozen. I found items in the RC section frozen as well that were in direct flow of the cold air coming from the FC section and the ice maker turned off. I turned the IM on and it began to harvest, but no water filled the tray. I found th water turned off at the wall from previous service. Turned water on and retested ice maker and unit is operating as designed. Adjusted the airflow to the RC section and recommended that the customer monitor the unit for a few days to see if theres any change in temps in the RC section."
