Arrived onsite for dishwasher not dissolving the soap. On inspection I ran the unit in diagnostic mode and set the arm at 12:00 to see if they would spin. The top and bottom spin freely. The second rack arm only moved a little during the diagnostic mode. On further inspection found that the arm has a tendency to hit the rack as it spins. Ordering a new manifold and spray arm. "Arrived on site to inspect RC and FC not cooling properly. Upon closer inspection FC is only at 58 degrees. Found frost on back freezer wall, exposed evaporator. Evaporator is completely encased in Ice. Found thermistor reading open and being faulty, heating element for defrost homes correctly. Replaced thermistor and used steamer to remove block of ice. Also replaced diffuser being that customer had issues with fridge first. Tested unit, unit is running as intended. No leaks present at this time. Job complete."

"WRF757SDHZ04 Arrived to inspect door closing difficulties and ice issues. I found the leveling legs were never set and after correcting, the door closing issue was resolved, due to correcting the top-forward lean of the chassis. The ice was wet in appearance and had signs of thaw/freeze cycling due to insufficient cooling in the storage bin. The ice maker housing was not installed correctly during manufacturing and after correcting, the sealant the bin assembly operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a range oven that seems to be colder that the old one. Upon arrival I performed a temp test at 350?preheat and found unit heating up to 357?. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator fresh foods section freezing foods. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that their fruits & vegetables were freezing in the fresh foods section and theyve turned the temp down to the cold setting. I tested temps in the RC section at the top shelf (31 degrees), 2nd shelf (35 degrees) and bottom shelf (35 degrees). I checked the control and found it set at the recommended setting and I found the damper control set to cold for the freezer section which is allowing too much cold air into the RC section which in turn is causing food items to freeze. I explained how the damper control works I and reset the control just passed the recommended setting to allow the RC section to warm up slightly. I tested the temps in the FC=10 degrees and the unit is currently in defrost model I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed and once the fresh foods section reached a comfortable temp to place the damper control back to the recommended setting. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for shutting cycle off after a few minutes. Tested unit, unit runs and then begins to countdown for cool down section. Confirmed it had cool down selection on normal and bulky to confirm it was normal function. Advised customer unit has a moisture sensor in the front of the unit if no wet clothes brush up against it then unit will shut down as a safety feature. I recommend using timed dry to bypass the moisture sensor and to make sure unit runs as long as desire. Maintenance was present and can confirm unit working properly. Job complete."

"Arrived onsite for washer not working. On inspection the cold water was not being dispense into the unit. The F5E2 error was gone and there was a F8E2 error low flow. I then ran a quick wash to make sure it would complete a cycle and it did. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived onsite for cooktop center burner not working. On inspection found that the flame is only half away around the burner. Took the burner apart and found debris in the gas ports. Arrived onsite for IM not working. On inspection had the unit do a harvest test and the ice was real small. I then did a water call heard the valve energize and no water came out. Ordering a dual valve. Then customer showed me that the middle drawer in the fc had frost in the middle of drawer. On further inspection found the frost buildup on the bottom of the top drawer at the back of drawer. Odering the p trap drain and gasket sealer to return next week. Unit is operating correctly without leaking. Drained unit and there are no leaks from pump or any hose. Unit is operating as designed with no leaks detected. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and I tested the voltage at the outlet and found no voltage. I checked the breaker (GFCI) and found it tripped. Recycled the power to the unit and retested voltage and got 248V. I attempted to test the unit and it would not turn on. I tested voltage at the terminal block and found 248V from red to black; 148V from red to white; 58V from black to white and 124V from red to ground. I inspected the outlet and found the neutral terminal damaged (photo). I plugged the unit in and was able to test the unit and it is operating as designed. The customer advised that the unit begins to make a noise after approximately 20 mins of use. I disassembled the unit and found the blower wheel damaged (photo). All other components are good. I reassembled the unit and left it unplugged for safety and recommended they not use the unit until the blower wheel is replaced. I am ordering the wheel and scheduled return service for 03/05/24. Arrived onsite for a prostyle cooktop that the knobs are easy to turn on and it will leak propane. I checked the valves and the knobs have to be pushed in to allow the knobs to turn on so they are working as designed. I used my gas leak detector and checked for leaks at the orifices and all connections finding no gas leaks present. The unit is working as designed. I did find the cooktop not installed correctly. There is no shelf support under the cooktop and it is supported by the cooktop trim in the back and on the sides and it sets on the cabinet facia trim in the front. I had the customer get their installation manual and I went thru the install pictures and explained all of this to the customer. I called safety and spoke with Marie to report my findings SR# 7738527778. Call complete.

I inspected the compressor compartment and found oil at the drier where the aluminum capillary was connected and I suspect a leak there. The compressor was warm. "Arrived on site for a range that is not reaching proper temperatures. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit will reach preheat temperatures but then will stop heating altogether and will not cycle back on until the customer cancels the cycle and then set a new bike cycle to preheat. I tested both elements and found both elements working. I went ahead and replace the oven thermostat and main control ran the unit up to a 350?F bake cycle. I found the unit cycling between 380?F and 318?F, giving the customer a big average of 349?F. Did advise the customers that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he had just bought this machine and it has not worked since the day he bought it. He advised that the unit will tumble, but it is not heat at all. I checked voltage to the terminal block and found proper voltage and polarity. Checked all heating components and found everything showing that they were working as designed. I checked voltage going to the heater and found lying to voltage missing. Checked the motor and found that the connector for the motor had not been fully inserted onto the motor. Fixed the electrical connections and tested the unit. Found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for washer moving during spin cycle. On inspection the suspension is little on the weak side. Flipped the unit and there was no oil but it looks like the pulley cover had set on the floor a few times. Ordering new suspension for unit. ; ordrng 1 W11217817 (Suspension)

Arrived onsite for a range that smells bad when using the oven. It appears that the installers converted the cooktop orifices to LP but the oven orifices were not converted. Ordering the conversion kits and will check the regulator for correct conversion when I return. Ordering W11087486 bake/broil conversion kit and W11436985 LP spud orifice kit. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not completing cycle. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and found the unit would fill and then do nothing. I tilted the unit back and inspected the harness and didnt find anything visible, but when I lifted on the drain pump harness, the drain pump kicked on and drained the water. I unplugged the unit and gained access to the main control and tested the drain pump harness continuity and found the light blue wire good and the black wire open. I checked under the unit again and found where the harness had broken (photos). I advised the customer of my findings and mended the break for a temporary repair until I could return with the lower harness. Once I mended the harness, I tested the unit and found when the unit goes into a high speed spin, I can hear the the components make a loud screeching noise. I am ordering the lower harness, gearcase, cam and belt and scheduled return service for 03/06/24. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11590868 (Lower harness) and 1 W11449840 (Gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 WPW10006384 (Belt)"
