Found the unit may the force lava Weiss and the great cutter was working as designed cutting her cubes into square cubes. Advise the customer to give the unit 2 to 3 days to make a full been advice. Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found that the unit would not heat in a high heat cycle. Checked voltage at the terminal block and confirmed proper voltage. Checked voltage at the heater and only found 120 V. Disconnected the brown wire on the unit separating the line one voltage from the heater and found proper voltage coming from the line to side but only 25 V coming from the line one side. Checked all heating components and found all showing they were good. Traced voltage back to the heater bypass and found only 25 V going to the thermal cut off. I called whirlpool commercial laundry Techline and spoke to Ryan (no SR#). He advised that there have been several units coming from the factory where the screw that engages the heater bypass switch are screwed into tight causing the switch to become engaged and bypass the heater. He advised that because I was getting 27 V from that switch that it must be only partially closed. He advised to adjust the screw and check again. I pulled out the screw and found the heater working properly and heating as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I found the unit had the ui lights out and the interior lights would not come on until the alarm reset button was pressed. The FC door would only open half way and I found a screw lodged within the lower part of the gasket and removed it, allowing the FC door to close further. I freed up the FC door slides and they began to work as designed. For testing purposes, I removed the left RC door switch to allow it to pass the units 10 minute limit and was able to recreate the same issue observed as when I arrived. The unit will not require the control and will need the FC door switch. The FC door will require adjustment upon return.

"Arrived on site to test unit for over heating exterior. Ran bake cycle at 450 twice and for 30mins each(after preheat temp reached). Glass door did not exceed 173.4f. Handle and knobs were only warm to touch. Verified insulation is installed properly and door gasket sealing as designed. Spoke with safety and was advised temps were within range of tolerances. No further repairs recommended at this time, per safety. If issue persists recommend following Service Pointer-W10917778. Would need insulation kit W11025151. Whirlpool isnt recommending any further repairs, even with service pointer present. ******SR#7733595788******"
