"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop middle burner not igniting. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found all but the middle burner are operating as designed. I retested the middle burner and found the ignitor not making good contact with the burner head/cap. When I removed the burner head/cap, I found one of the mounting screws was not installed properly and was installed crooked. I removed the screw and inspected to make sure it was stripped and re-installed it and tightened. Retested the middle burner and it is operating as designed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not always completing cycles and cannot make selections. Inspected unit and work area. customer advised that after she ran a load after the previous repair, she can counter the same issue as before, where the unit would not allow her to change selections. She said that she unplugged it and she tried doing a couple of the things to the unit, but was unable to get the unit to change. She advised the next day whenever she went to start a cycle, the unit ran again, and did just fine through one cycle, but it has been like this since the previous repair. Found the unit paused in the middle of a cycle. She advised this happens as well. Was able to re-continue the cycle and found the unit beep again within 15 seconds as it was agitating. When I went to press the start button again, the unit beeped indicating that the lid was not fully down. Checked the lid and found a crack at the hinge indicating the lid. Arrived onsite for dishwasher door not working. On inspection I could hear the hinge popping when you open the door. I removed the toe plate and realized that the toe plate was installed backwards and it was hitting the hinge. On further inspection found the the unit was installed wrong and it was in a bind causing the door to hit the tub when you closed the door. Pulled the unit and reinstalled it and now the unit is working as designed. And no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for dryer not powering on. On inspection all the components tested good. Gain access to the motor and tested it. The motor was good. The customer was using a 3 prong to 4 prong adapter. The issue was that there was no ground coming from the adapter. L1 to neutral was 124vac L1 to ground was 7vac L2 to neutral 124vac L2 to ground 9vac took the neutral wire from the wiring harness and connected it with the chassis ground to get the unit to work. Informed the customer that he need to replace the 4 prong pig tail with a 3 prong pigtail and ditch the adapter.

Unclipped lights in RC and left dangling but when removing top left light module and left dangling light fell right out. Customer stated that the unit goes from sensing to done, Tested unit in diagnostics, found all components activated properly, inspected under unit, did not find anything suspicious, started multiple cycles with no issues, unit is running as designed, advised customer to monitor and if issue returns call us back job complete"

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not washing. Test unit and found and wash motor. Replaced sump and motor test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site for oven not heating, upon arrival test unit and igniter is energizing but not igniting a flame. Test amp draw of igniter and is slightly below specifications. Replaced igniter and there is no change foundshut off on regulator was in OFF position. Reset switch on regulator and test unit by preheating oven to 350. Unit is now operating as designed. No gas leaks present at this time. Job complete"
