During agitation and spin test the basket only makes a slight rotation and then stops. Ran diagnostics again with newly installed control and now getting error code F7-E6 motor fault. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit on and quiet. Customer advised the unit gets very loud at times and they believe it to be the compressor. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor and it was quiet. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and checked the compressor and it was showing .80amps. Checked all tubing and it was good and could not duplicate the issue. Put the unit back into place and when I opened the FC door, I found frost on the bottom of the ice bin and evap cover (photos). Customer noticed a small piece of ice/frost built up at the top of the FC door. I removed the ice bin and using my flashlight, I placed it inside the FC section and found a gap in the door gasket at the top right corner of the FC door at the center mullion (photo). I placed my flashlight at the bottom of the FC sections and closed the door to find a gap in the lower right corner of the door gasket at the center mullion. Also found the bottom mullion slightly bowed inward at the center mullion (photos). I contacted techline and spoke to Adrian and advised of the complaint and my findings. Adrian provided a text to my phone and I sent him the photos of the gaps. Adrian advised the file would be sent to Engineering for review and provided SR#7737151988. I advised my customer that someone from the manufacturer would contact them in approximately 3-5 business days with a resolution. No repairs made at this time and .No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

Upon further inspection, when I opened the left RC door, I found the mullion not making good contact with the pivot block. I attempted to adjust the mullion and had a piece of plastic break from the mullion. I removed and replaced the mullion and adjusted it and tested and unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer have the cabinets adjusted in order for the unit to fit appropriately and be leveled properly. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Documented with Techline and found unit working as designed. Left side temp where cabinet wrap is melting is 111 degrees when operating oven. Advised cabinets need to have allowable 2 from sides of range per installation instructions and needing to reach out to cabinet company to see what allow temp tolerances are. No leaks detected. I did find the door gasket not clipped in correctly in the spots, one spot on each side and one at the bottom. I clipped the gasket in place and tested the oven. All is working as designed. "Arrived onsite for freezer with ice. On Inspection found the Bottom of the fc had sheet of ice. Pulled the drawers and shelf and found the drain hole frozen over. I pulled the evap cover and there was no icing on the evap. I steamed the drain open and it started to drain once the ice was cleared. Tested the heating element in it was 22 ohms. Tested bi metal and it was 18 ohms, it should be 45 ohms. Replaced bi metal. No water leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite and found low pressure cooling sporadic and hi temps. Customer says unit was not right a week following the previous repair.
