"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven KOSE500ESS20 temperature concerns. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they attempted to cook on Convecti9n Bale at 225 degrees, and after approximately ten minutes, the food was burnt. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes, and found none. Once I had the unit back into consumer mode, I tested the unit in Convection Bake, and when I went to change the temp settings to 225, I found it was set to Celsius and not Fahrenheit. I showed the customer my findings and advised that a setting of 225 degrees Celsius is equivalent to 435 degrees Fahrenheit. I demonstrated to the customer how to change the temperature scale in the clock/tools selection. I changed the scale to Fahrenheit and tested it, and the unit is operating as designed. Job completed, and no parts installed."

Arrived on site for a dryer model WED4815EW1 that is making knocking sounds when running the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine only leaks from the front left corner and seems to happen on every cycle he uses with fabric softener. I tested the unit it and could not replicate the issue. I gained access to the top of the basket and found water trace near the fabric dispenser housing. I found the tube ring is the updated part and replaced the fabric softener dispenser W11569112. I tested the unit it on a normal quickwash with fabric softener and found the machine get through an entire wash and rinse without leaking. The unit it is now working and operating as designed. Arrived on site to diagnose electric dryer MED7205RR0 squeaking and making a rhythmic thumping. Traced the thumping to the weld seam on the drum causing the noise. Identified an abnormal rattle that was very noticeable. Disassembled the unit and traced the noise to the heater duct heat shield or wires rattling in the bottom of the exhaust pipe. Added sound pads W11113654 to the exhaust duct and moved the heat shield away from the heater duct. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRX986SIHZ04 door handles coming off and the doors not closing properly. Upon further inspection, I found the FC door handle set screw missing on the left side, and the customer had saved it when they found it had fallen out. When I went to put the set screw back into the handle, I found the left side of the FC door had scratches from installation (photos). I attempted to install the set screw and it would not hold. When I removed the handle, I found the right side of the FC door was badly scratched at the handle (photo). I advised the customer of my findings, and he advised that the installer used a drill to install the handles. I found the threads for the set screw were stripped on the left side of the handle. I was able to get the handle re-threaded and the set screw installed. I re-installed the handle and was able to get the left set screw tightened enough to hold it until I can return to replace the handle. Also, I found the unit is not leveled. I leveled the unit and tested the RC door functions and holding the doors at approximately 45 degrees open, and when I let them go, they close on their own and not swinging wide open. I am ordering the FC door handle and scheduled return service for 10/22/25. No water leaks were observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11045125 (FC door handle)"

Arrived onsite WRS325FDAM04 and found inefficient compressor causing cooling loss as confirmed by no evidence of low charge accompanied by weak frost pattern and poor cooling. Repaired by replacing compressor W10309988 and adding access valve W11506635 and uv drier WPW10143759. Tested joints and pulled vacuum for 20 minutes; held. Charged to spec and observed good lowside pressure and good heat exchange on the discharge line. Advised customer on repair and advised observing unit for proper cooling. No leaks observed at time of service.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW6157PB0, not starting a cycle and showing an error code. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and plugged it in. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F0E3-overload, F5E3-lid lock failure, and F7E9-locked rotor. I cleared the code and continued with testing, and found that the lid won't lock. I gained access to the main control and lid lock and found the lock broken. When I went to install a new lock assembly, I found the assembly on the unit was different. I researched the parts number and found that due to the model number being incorrect on the ticket with the last engineering digits off by one number, the parts sent with me today are incorrect parts. I advised the customer of my findings. I tilted the unit back to inspect the gearcase and components underneath the unit. I found no gearcase oil, and all parts look good. I am ordering the main control, lid lock assembly, and lid strike, and the office will schedule return service due to the availability of the parts. Verified complaint by engaging a bake cycle and confirmed a noticeable gas odor during ignition and preheat. Performed inspection of burner assembly and found the air shutter fully open, creating an improper air-to-gas mixture and incomplete combustion. Adjusted air shutter leaving it approximately 10% open to achieve correct flame characteristics. Re-tested bake cycle with customer present, odor no longer present and burner flame now steady and properly mixed. Advised customer to operate range hood during use to ensure proper ventilation. Arrived on WRF767SDHZ04 not holding temps well in rc. Customer explained there is chattering/vibration noises on and off. I found the damper to not be opening properly and chattering to be from the plastic gears. I replaced the WPW10479155 CONTROL and explained to the customer to give it a bit to cool down again as that's the only solution left due to the control and ui being replaced prior visit. Unit is cooling as designed. No leaks. Call complete.

Drained and refilled the unit five separate times, and each time the incoming water temperature remained cold. Customer stated that it takes a long time for hot water to reach the kitchen sink. "Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW5010LW0 not draining. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-long drain. I cleared the code and tilted the unit back, and inspected the drain pump harness. I found where the harness splits; the black wire was broken. I removed and replaced the lower main harness and removed a clip from the old harness and attached it to the tub and layed the drain pump harness across it for support, and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics, and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed W11643701"

"Arrived on site for washer not finishing cycles. Clothes are wet as they did not go through a fast spin. Customer says bulky and whites it does spin. Entered diagnostics and found no errors. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Upon arrival, before installing the main harness, I disassembled the unit to gain access to the harness. When I went to check voltage at the motor, I found the red wire at the motor harness, not fully inserted and locked in (photo). I pushed the harness connectors in and locked it in and tested the unit. The unit is operating as designed. I advised the front office staff and maintenance of my findings and repairs. No lint observed during service and no parts installed, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a range model WSES7530RZ0 that is not heating properly on all burners. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that her previous unit used to rapid boil on all burners, and she never had a problem, but this cooktop seemed to start boiling and would turn off and back on. She advised that she makes jams and that it requires a rolling boil to cook properly. She said this one doesn't allow her to do that. I test it the burners, checking for the burners to boil on a high setting. I found the burners would boil but did find the elements would cycle on and off. The customer felt like the machine wouldn't get hot enough for her to use for what she needs it for and that it takes a lot longer to cook than her previous model. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Boyd SR# 21254891. He advised that this was normal operation and that this was how the unit was designed to work with the machine cycling the elements on and off. He stated that the machine will cycle between certain temperatures that were programmed into the machine and that there were no adjustments that could be made to the machine that would change how the cooktop would operate. He advised to make no further repair at this time as the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on WTW4816FW3 for noise during agitation. Customer showed a video and it sounded like worn cam teeth or a slight belt squealing. I replaced the cam and belt and tested unit. Arrived on MVWP586GW0 for washer constantly draining and not spinning. I found a F3E1 pressure sensor failure present. Verified air dome is not blocked in any way. Replaced the W11657965 CONTROL BOARD and tested unit. Unit now operates as designed and i hear the drain pump running with no issues. Call complete. No leaks.
