Removed freezer led module hd installed new led module and still no lights. This is the second freezer module weve installed. The light illuminates for a split second then turns off. Tried removing the red connectors the led comes with and tried using butt connectors. Same result, light comes on for a split second then turns off. Contacted Senior tech at AE office and sent photos of connector. They pointed out the the connector inside the liner looked like it was covered in foam and glue. Also pointed out the molex didnt look fully seated into each other.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested each component and all are operating as designed. I did find the recirculating pump making an abnormal noise as if it were struggling to pump the water to the evaporator. I monitored the unit in normal mode and it made a sheet of ice and it moved to the grid cutter and made the cubes. I tested the compressor and its within range. I contacted techline and spoke to Rich and advised of the complaint and my findings and previous repairs. Rich advised that with the external drain pump, the pump could be tripping due to the drain hos being clogged or getting too much water and shutting power off to the unit. Rich also advised that there could be a glitch in the control board. He recommended taking a large bowl of water and pouring it into the tub of the unit and see if the external drain pump will trip. If it doesnt trip, replace the control and replace the recirculating pump due to abnormal noise. Provided SR#7732540161. I poured a large amount of water into the tub and monitored the drain pump and it operated as designed. Per techline recommendations, I removed and replaced the main control and recirculating pump and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a wall oven that made a loud pop, and then would not get over 135?F. I powered the unit off at the breaker and gained access to the back. I ohmd out all three elements, the temp sensor, thermostat, and fans. I found all within range and good. I gained access to the control and ohmd out both fuses. Both were good. I cycled the power back on and checked voltage coming in from the wall. I found that from L1 to L2 you were only getting 140VAC, L2 to neutral/ground was only getting 40VAC, and L1 to neutral/ground was getting 120VAC. This indicates bad incoming voltage from the wall. I found no failure on the unit at the time of service. I informed the customer on my findings. I advised the customer to keep the unit powered down until they reach out to an electrician.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven making a vibrating noise. Upon arrival the customer stated that the sound typically occurs when the unit is hot and set to a high temp. They also found that the noise will stop when they open the door. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and activated all fans for several minutes, but could not replicate the noise. The unit had no error codes. I then set the unit to 450?F and let it heat for a over 25 minutes. I could not replicate the noise at the time of service. I found the unit working as designed. I advised the customer on recording the noise if it occurred again. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for Not Cleaning Dishes Properly - Dishwasher. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran diagnostics cycle and water filled and all cycles completed without issue. Once drain pump drained the element heated up and sizzled water from the racks. Found rinse aid dispenser was empty. Customer had rinse aid so we filled it all the way up. Recommended normal, heat dry and high temp for best results. Removed filter and it was heavily caked with food particles. Recommended removing all food from dishes before running dishwasher. Removed rear cover and checked and found drain clear. Found the drain hole in the cabinet was completely caved in and squashed shut due to shifted foam. Could not even get a screwdriver through.

"Arrived onsite for the inner door rubbing on the top right side of the frame of the unit. Looked at the unit and the looked to be leveled correctly. Tried to lower the left foot to straighten out the unit, but when doing so. Noticed that the left side of the door was catching on a block of the bottom trim board. Raised the unit back up and let customer know there wasnt much that could be done because of the trim board. But with the door slightly rubbing that it wont cause any issues, that the unit may need to be re installed to help with the door rubbing but the unit was correctly leveled. No leaks at this time. Arrived on site for refrigerator freezing items in rc. Upon arrival confirmed temps in unit. Found both rc and fc thermistor ohmed within specs per temps during diagnostics. Found after further testing that the hv control wasnt reading temps correctly and also found diffuser motor failing again. Replaced both hv controls and dampener. Informed customer to give unit 24hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete

Arrived onsite for wall oven with F8E0 code. Upon arrival I our unit into bake in an attempt to test unit and the unit flashed f8e0 code fan speed. I attempted to remove unit in order to test P5-5 and P5-4 connectors but found that the unit was hard wired and there wasnt enough cable to access the access panel to remove it to perform tests at p5-5 and p5-4 connections. Customer needs to have electrician or build come out and more box or add service loop. Job complete
