"Arrived on site to diagnose range that was burning some items on the cooktop, on several different burners. I tested the voltage at the terminal block and found it consistently at 120 on L1 and L2, polarity correct. I tested the burners and found they are cycling correctly, and the switches are fully responsive. Per previous conversations with tech line I checked their cookware and found most of it had a fairly noticeable concave indent, with one bubbled outwards, which can cause issues with the element. Advised to replace cookware with some newer pots and pans with flat bottoms to ensure proper cycling. Burners are not sticking on high and no damaged was found to the switches. All working as designed with no verifiable failures. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly in rc said and struggling to get past 39 degrees when set to 4th coolness lvl. Upon arrival found temps at 8/40 degrees in fc and rc. Tested thermistor from hv control at P5-1&2 6.92k, 3&4 13.5k, p8-1&2 21.5k. Found condenser coils clear and all fans running. Found compressor much hotter then normal. Spoke with techline on findings (Chris sr#7737166218) and was instructed to put a temp data collect in unit to record temps over next few days. I did verify unit had proper airflow through defuser and lower return vent. Replaced evap fan motor and evap thermistor to try and help regulate airflow better to rc side. Getting 123 vac to the broil on the DSI board, the bake is getting 0vac on the DSI board. I replaced the DSI and when I talked to WP tech line they said to change the control board since there is no voltage to the bake side. I tested the igniter wire and tested good. "Arrived on site for no lights. Diagnosed a defective led module,per service pointer removed all leds,installed updated leds all leds working as designed"

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven not turning off. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they were baking at 450 degrees and when they went to turn the unit off at the control, the oven would not turn off and they could hear the control relays making a popping noise. I found the unit unplugged and I tested voltage at the wall and got 243V. Removed the back panel and inspected the control and found no damage to the control and inspected the terminal block and the harness checked good. Plugged the unit in and tested the unit on bake at 350 degrees and measured voltage at the bake and broil elements and got 243V at both. Tested voltage at the terminal block and got 243V. Monitored temperatures and voltages while testing and when the unit reached preheat temp of 350, I allowed the unit to cycle for approximately 5-6 minutes then turned it off and monitored operations. The unit operated as designed and turned off when I pressed cancel on the control. I advised the customer of my testings and findings and recommended replacing the main control due to a possible relay sticking and allowing the unit to continue to heat. I contacted Whirlpool Safety and spoke to Callie and advised of my testings and findings and recommended the main control be replaced. Callie provided concession #W18BC50WPL1 to warranty all repairs to the unit and provided SR#7737103518. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit operated as designed. I tested the cooktop burners and they are operating as designed. Job completed."

But the customer did point out to me that the lower door hing squeaks when you clothe door. Arrived onsite for a dryer that shuts down and shows an F3E3 open or shorted inlet thermistor error. I went in diagnostics and confirmed the F3E3 error and erased it. I tested the thermistor from the control and it showed 55.5 ohms at 73 degrees which is good. I tested the dryer on a timed dry high heat cycle and the dryer worked as designed and never failed. I ran a regular cycle on medium heat and the unit never failed. I made sure the connector was tight at the control for the thermistors. At this time all is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for MW fan not working. On inspection went to drop unit and it would not come down. Customer was trying to help get it down. I was pulls on the MW and I saw the top lifting up. I stopped pulled the tape back and found a sheet metal screw about 1 1/4 long down through the vent into the MW. I removed the screw and the fan started working again. The customer said that the roofer dropped some shingles down the vent and remove the MW to retrieve the debris out of the fan. The unit is operating as designed.

Upon arrival I installed the container and found that the was some ice accumulated underneath the it I steamed all of the ice out and still was not able to get the ice container out I believe the motor shaft auger and auger has built up corrosion and effectively welcome them selves together. as I was attempting to remove the iceberg a crack in top plate that covers the auger motor development I am ordering it to be. Arrived onsite for unit not turning on. Disassembled to inspect motor and unit would start without drum or belt attached. Called tech line due to intermittency. Spoke to Derrick-SR#7737155781. Arrived onsite for a cooktop with the flames staying the same size no matter where the knob is set. I found the cooktop had been converted to LP but the low flame adjustment on the valves were not set. I set the low flames on all the gas valves. The cooktop is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to Test unit for center burner turning off when you go really slow from simmer to medium. Found flames turns off because of how slow customer is going from simmer to medium it doesnt allow the gas to ignite. Advised customer to push knob down when turning it from simmer to medium slow. "Arrived onsite for Dishwasher not cleaning the dishes. On inspection I was seeing that the spray arms were not moving. Pulled the lower arm out and it was clogged up, pulled the upper arm same thing. Replaced both arms and they are working correctly now. No water leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for a washer to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the gearcase. I found where the rotor housing had been rubbing the floor because the suspension is stretched out.
