I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F9E1 for diverter cant find position. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found traces of a leak. I then started a diagnostics cycle and found the unit would fill, but as soon as it started running it began leaking from the diverter. I canceled out of the cycle. Checked all door switches and found the secondary door switch stuck and not making or breaking. Replaced the door switch and found he secondary switch wiggling inside he latch assembly. I reassembled and tested the unit. The unit initially worked during the heat process but I tripped a breaker as soon as the door was opened. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested airflow using my vent test kit and the unit failed two tests showing poor airflow. I removed the vent tube wt the back of the unit and retested and it passed (photos). Using my borescope, I checked the vents in the wall going up to the roof and found the vents clogged with lint. While testing the unit, I could hear a squeaking noise. I disassembled the unit and cleaned the rollers and axles and vacuumed the lint from the unit. Reassembled the unit and retested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for unit not operating with a F9-E0 error code. Upon arrival turned off power at breaker. After several minutes flipped breaker and error code went away. Test unit by heating cup of water for 1 minute. Unit heated as designed. Tested oven by preheating to 350; and unit tripped breaker. Reset breaker and test unit again. Unit began to pre heat. Canceled the preheat and tested broiler,unit tripped breaker. Pulled unit from wall to check wiring connections on junction box. All connections are secured. Checked all wiring for possible shorts. All wiring is good.Called techline for assistance. Tech had me recheck wiring and for wires arcing. Everything tested good. Tech asked what breaker was used and there is a gfci break 40 uploaded pic on SD. Tech had me keep flipping breaker until unit preheated to 350. Unit preheated to 350 and ran continuously. Tech said there is a service pointer for this type of oven that flipping breaker until unit stays on eventually corrects this issue. The home builder will be having electrician replace the 240 breaker and call us back if there are continued issues. Tech said if issues continue,he recommends replacing both elements The tech gave SR#7733182640. Job complete"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling on either side. Upon arrival the customer stated they could hear a click and rattle every few minutes. I unplugged the unit and then plugged it back in to jumpstart the compressor. I could hear the start device and compressor overloading. Due to this I installed a new start device and cap. I tested the unit and found the same issue occurring. I then checked voltage to the compressor and found a good 120VAC I also measure amp draw to the compressor and found it would jump to 19 amps, drop to 8 amps for a few seconds, and then cut out. This indicates a faulty compressor and SS. I am ordering all SS parts. Arrived on site for dishwasher with broken rack wheels. Upon arrival customer also stated they wanted a full assessment to know whether or not they should replace unit or not as a whole. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and found that the front left upper rack will mount broken and the right and left side rails were also bent not lower unit to sit properly in the dishwasher. Also found door seal failing as well as motor leaking and seized up even though it was getting 120 V it was stuck and not operating. At time of completing diagnosis customer stated that with the amount of parts needed they wanted to go ahead and shop around for a new unit versus making any repairs. Arrived on site for range needing previously diagnose burners oven sensor and control. Upon arrival inside all needed parts reassembled and tested unit and with customer supervision found that the two top big burner still not working (per how customer was instructed from lowes salesman) as designed. called techline and spoke with Austin sr#77333184863. Austin stated burners turning on without pressure plate being activated is normal opera but for best use the pressure plate would need to be depressed. Techline instructed me to refer customer to part instructions sheet (W11390126). Customer expressed dissatisfaction from whirlpools claim wants wants to contact whirlpool for further assistance. "Arrived on site to test unit for burning smell, tested unit found customer has put unit into clean cycle, grease started to burn off, and the customer turned off breaker, tried to unlock unit but unit stayed closed because cycle has not completed, door was manually opened but the lock was now in the way and would not allow door to close, not able to turn off light and heat escaping, not heating to desired temp, was able to unlock the lock and put it in proper position, advised customer not to use clean mode in future to prevent damage to unit, tested unit to 350, unit is heating running as designed, no burn smell detected job complete"
