"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser not working. Upon arrival, the customer advised thst the dispenser stopped working just as I arrived, which we have been unable to duplicate this issue. I tested the dispenser and could hear the valve getting energized but no water coming out at the dispenser. The customer advised that they have high water pressure so I tested the pressure at the wall and found it very high as I got approximately 8 ounces within 3-4 seconds. Spoke with CS regarding this issue and I am ordering the valve, filter head and reducing valve with water line and secured return servicE. No water leaks observed during service. "Arrived onsite for a washer still making noise during agitation. I found the gear case failing and grinding. I replaced the gear case and performed the DLMS calibration cycle. I ran the service diagnostics cycle and the washer completed the cycle and worked as designed. I added a load of clothes for the customer and tested. The grinding noise from the gearcase was gone but when the unit was in fast agitate there was a metal groaning sound when it would stop to the left. It would make the sound twice. In slow agitate the sound was not there. The sound can be heard more from the back left corner. I am ordering the suspension, basket, wash plate, and another gearcase. The customer is going to see if Lowes will replace it. If Lowes replaces the washer the customer will let the office know. I removed the entire sheet of ice at base and chiseled enough ice to view drip pan. The drip pan is bowed. Also found that the UI has digits that are fading. "Arrived on site to follow up on washer that was banging around and going off balance. On arrival inspected unit and found no current codes. Ran unit in high speed spin and found minimal vibration coming from the unit. I checked the level and found unit heavily leaning to one side. When I got under the unit I found that the floor is very unlevel with slick tile. So if unit moves at all when it's leveled, it goes off level. All functions with the machine are good, but the feet are maxed out in some spots to level on the floor. Advised putting some non slip pads under the feet to keep it from moving on the slick floor and pushing the level off. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

I found the knobs in the wrong place the simmer knob was on the center burner not the front left. I adjusted the burner head and found it igniting every time. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling the freezer or refrigerator section properly. Inspected unit and work area. Found evidence of a defrost issue inside of the freezer section. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found all tests pass. Gained access to the evaporator and checked all connections. Found the heater connector backing out of the connector to the freezer harness. Reattach the connector and check resistance on the evaporator thermistor . Found the evaporator thermistor slightly out of range comparative to the ice temperature. Replace the evaporator thermistor and tested the unit. The unit began working operate as designed. Advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.; used 1 Wpw10384183 (Thermistor) from stock
