Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that is leaking and keeps beeping three beeps at a time. I found errors for an open float switch and the drain pump. I found the overflow pan had dried out. I found the machine working as designed but I found the door gasket leaking from the top on the left side and running down in the pan. I changed the door gasket out and tested the machine. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is getting too cold (below freezing) in the fresh foods section and making a whirling noise. Upon arrival, I found the unit in defrost mode and the compressor not running. I tested temps in the fresh foods section and get 32-36 degrees and the freezer was 26 degrees. I removed the evaporator cover and found no frost pattern; only frost on the first coil in the upper right corner (photo). I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover and tested amp draw to the compressor. I found .48amps and the compressor is very hot to touch. I advised the customer that the compressor is bad and will need to be replaced. I am ordering the compressor, UV dye drier, access valve, NITROGEN, R600 and CNOTE-2HR JOB. Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with gasket issues. On arrival customer showed me that both door gaskets were pulled out in a couple of spots. The temperature of the refrigerator section and found it sitting between 32 and 33?F. Found the refrigerator temperature setting at 38?F. Check resistance on both refrigerator and freezer for misters proper values in accordance to their temperatures. I called whirlpool techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7737495900. He advised that based on my readings, the issue would have to be with the control or the user interface. I replaced both and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Arrived onsite for a washer with flashing lights on the ui and will not go into wash. Upon arrived the customer advised me that she power cycled the unit 6 times before the unit worked. I checked the the gearcase and found no leaks I checked the drain pump harness and found that it was good I tested the latch and found the it locked every time. Due to the seemingly intermittent nature of the failure I replaced the control and tested the unit several times and found the unit operating as designed

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher with the detergent door not opening. I checked the resistance for the dispenser solenoid from the control and it read 24 ohms and was in range. I went in service mode and tested the dispenser and the door opened every time. I did this multiple times and showed the tenant. Customer had the orifice converter ion kit that came with their owners manual and I replaced the orifice with the correct orifice(108) and retested and it is operating s designed. I attempted to adjust the flame on the front right and was unable to get the flame correct. I am ordering the front right burner valve and scheduled return service for 10/19/23. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water not dispensing and water on shelving inside fresh foods section. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they had to turn the ice maker and water off due to the ice maker fill tube leaking from the top of the unit. I found the fill tube bulb cracked (photo). I removed the ice maker and found the fill tube chute full of ice (photo). The customer advised they found water on the shelving under the water filter housing and they had just replaced the filter which was a knockoff filter and not an OEM manufacturer correct filter. I placed my bypass in the filter housing and turned the water on at the wall,and tested the dispenser and it operated as designed. I did not test the ice maker due to the fill tube being damaged and there is water in the motor. Looking at past repairs, this has been an ongoing issue. Arrived onsite for a washer that has power but will not start. I found the tub full of water. I tested voltage out of the control to the pump and had 0VAC. I tested the resistance from the control to the pump and had 1.8 ohms. I verified the resistance at the pump and had the same. I changed the pump and the control. I tested the unit in the service diagnostics cycle and the unit completed the cycle and works as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for unit taking 3 cycles to dry. Upon arrival inspected unit. Removed lint catch and found debris on the backside. Used air flow tester and found that with the unit connected to the external vent hose it recorded poor air flow. Ran same test with unit disconnected from vent and recorded good air flow. Took pic. "Arrived on site for a wall oven that is not working properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seems to have this screen pop up that they lost power when they did not lose power and when this happens, the unit will lose time and will stop The cooking cycle altogether. He advised that before this issue started, time seem to be going fast on his oven clock, and that he was always having to reset it. He advised that he had tried to hook up the unit to Wi-Fi and even called into whirlpool to try to get help with it. He advised that nothing seem to work. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Checked all connections and found all connections properly seated. Did verify proper voltage to the control and to the user interface. I called Whirlpool techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7737549347. He advised that based on the customers, complaints and issues, the issue would have to be with the user interface, and order the console. he did advise that the customer will need to be hooked up to the Wi-Fi because he stated that when the control senses that the unit needs to be updated and the UI is not hooked up to the Wi-Fi that it can cause issues such as a loss of power message, Ordering the part and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 W11600370 (UI)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making ice. Customer said they can hear it cycling sometimes and sounds like it's filling but nothing is coming out. Found an E5 error for the thermistor, which can also be tied to unit not filling. The refrigerator compartment is packed with items and the back wall is fully blocked, which I believe is causing cold pockets to freeze the fill tube since most cooling air is right at the top shelves. I power cycled the unit and advised clearing out the RC and moving everything off the back wall so air can circulate, and function should resume. If this does not resolve we can replace the icemaker and control. Call completed."

Arrived onsite site for failed latch mechanism preventing operation. Replaced latch and Advised customer on repair. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the RC gasket and checked for air gaps. No air gaps were found. Customer still say that there is a knocking noise randomly throughout the day. There are no visible issues with the unit, customer said that it is annoying when it wakes him up in the middle of the night."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a clicking noise during agitation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it is doing the same thing her previous washer did where it will make a clicking sound in the counterclockwise rotation of the agitation. The customer showed me two videos within the past three days where this is done this. I did confirm the customers complaint and checked the agitator. Found no abnormality with the agitator. Checked underneath and did not find any signs of rubbing from the rotor, stator, or slider. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Butch Sr # 7737550704. He advised that based on the complaint, the only three things that could cause that sound would be the slider, rotor, or gear case, and to replace all three. Replaced all three parts, and did advise the customer to contact us back if further issues persist. I call complete."

Arrived onsite and repaired by replacing door skin. All checks good. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived on site to inspect top load washer noise. I removed and replaced the actuator and tested. The sound is still present. I found the cam has stripped the gearcase output shaft. Arrived on site to inspect side by side refrigerator. The filter door has broken off. Also the ice doesnt always dispense. I found the ice motor running but the gears not grabbing properly. And sometimes the gears strip. I am ordering the ice container and motor gear as well as the filter housing to resolve. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not defrosting. Checked heater and found it was not correctly installed and sitting in the drip tray. I also found the bimetal bulging in the harness and replaced. I put the unit in forced defrost with bimetal jumped and verified heater came on, and heater positioning was adjusted. Arrived on site to inspect top load washer running out of balance. I found the suspension worn. I removed and replaced the suspension and tested. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for unit needing natural gas orifice replacement. Replaced all orifice according to tech sheet. Ran unit and found flame is nice and blue but weak. Customer has a restricted line. Unit was a new install. Customer will contact installer to check for restriction. Job complete
