Ran through automatic diagnostics and the unit worked with no issues. Also told customer to use a rinse aid to get the unit to clean better, and too not pre rinse the dishes too clean. I called techline and spoke to Bruce sr# 7732531483. He advised to replace the compressor again and check for leaks. I installed the new compressor and put 145 psi of nitrogen and found no leaks. I put a measured charge of r134a into the system and found operating pressures while cooling the freezer at 0 low and 135 high. The unit is working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site tour of the washing machine thats not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit isnt necessarily not draining but that the clothes are coming out wet at the end of the cycle. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E7 (motor unable to reach target rpm) error code. I ran through a manual test in a high speed spin and and auto test and the unit ran as designed but noticed something seemingly rubbing against the basket. I spun the basket by hand and found the unit would spin but would stop fairly quickly. I checked resistance through the motor and shifter and found them on the very low side of being within range. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andy SR# 7732505899. He advised to replace the gearcase and capacitor and see if that made a difference. Ordering parts and the office will need to contact the customer to reschedule due to limited parts availability. ; ordrng 1 W11423758 (Gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W11395618 (Capacitor)

Arrived on site for NOT COOLING/FREEZING- HEARD LOUD CLICKING/THUMPING FROM THE BACK-BACK WALL OF FREEZER HAS FROST. Fridge was unplugged upon arrival. Plugged in fridge and gained access to evaporator. Allowed to frost for approximately twenty minutes and found coils were slowly and steadily climbing the coils but not all the way to the top section at this point. Reached out to SR tech and they advised we replace the heater and thermostat. Removed both and installed new heater and thermostat.

Arrived on site for CENTER BURNER IS NOT WORKING - CLICKS AND EVENTUALLY IGNITE ONLY A PART LIGHTS UP. Found plate and housing caked with sauce from customers pan that overheated and spilled into burner. Used rubbing alcohol and cotton swab to clean orifice and plate. Removed plate. Removed most all of the heavily soiled areas and spots where gas and flame flow. Used jumper to clean orifice. Remounted plate and cap and tested flame. Burner lighting as designed. Job completed.

Upon arrival confirmed complaint and eventually got ui to enter diagnostics and found the following errors: F5e1, f0e3, f7e8, f6e3, f6e2. After further tests I found drain pump ohming at 19.8ohms (out of range) and causing a load failure on ACU and ui. Called trade care team as well as techline on site and was given parts concession as well as sr# (M10dws0fp1, Leon sr#7332502046) was able to reschedule customer for 12/21/21 to complete repairs. Will need to return with ACU, ui and drain pump. ; ordrng 1 W11112656 (Ui console) and 1 W10876600 (Drain pump)"

Arrived on site for refrigerator that still not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and attempted to place the unit and diagnostics. Checked icemaker error codes and found no codes present. Checked the icemaker fill sensor and found it working properly. Harvested the icemaker and found no ice coming from the icemaker. Checked inside the icemaker and found no evidence of any water inside the icemaker. Went to fill the icemaker and found the valve kicking on but no water flowing. Remove the top cover and found the icemaker fill tube frozen. I checked resistance through the filter heater and fascia heater and found resistance on both. I spoke to CS and was advised to replace the UI and fill tube heater. Replaced both and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Advise the customer to call back if they have any further issues. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that will unlock delayed. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and ask the customer if they had power cycled their unit. He advised that he had but he unplugged it and plugged it back in and it didnt unlock. Turned off the breaker to the unit for a four minute power back on in the unit unlocked the door. I ran the unit through diagnostics three times with the lid locking and unlocking as designed. Customer advised the unit had gone off balance prior to the door staying in a locked position. I did advise the customer of off-balance loads and how to properly reset his unit when this happens. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a microwave not heating. I tested the unit with a microwaveable cup of water and found it not heating. I checked voltage and wattage from the outlet. I found the correct volts, but not the correct watts. I gained access to the inside of the unit and found no damage on any component. I ohmd out all high voltage parts and found them good. I then checked voltage from the control and found it good. This indicates a faulty high voltage system. I tried using a different outlet and found it still did not run as designed. I then put the unit back in, and it began working as designed.
