Could not reset or place in diagnostics because key to panel is missing. Gained access to the filter and removed all suds and fibers stuck inside. Suds were very thick so I went over amount of detergent necessary to avoid over sudsing. She knew about the over sudsing due to high efficiency washers, but is still working with her staff to only use a tablespoon. Gained access to pressure switch and it wasnt kinked and when I blew through it it was not clogged. Tried powering back on washer and same error remained. Ordering new lock (comes with key) (W11231586) to return and complete the repair. Once we are able to gain access to the interior panel and start diagnostics to reset the fault codes the washer may begin running as designed with the work Ive done today. Returning with all parts. Found hot water line had a small leak at the washer valve. Evidence of water stain on rear panel. Took picture for quick pics of water stain. I was able to tighten the hose to eliminate the leak. Once washer is repaired and it calls for water we will need to double check that the hot water hose isnt still dripping as it was when I arrived.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator with no ice production. I jumped the fill to the IM and found it working as designed. I then ran a manual harvest on the IM and found it did not work. I checked voltage while doing this and found the correct 120VAC. This indicates a faulty IM. The customer accepted. I installed the new IM and then tested the unit. I jumped the harvest and fill. I found the unit now running as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for an agitator that came loose. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she ran a really heavy load when this agitator come on done and had overloaded the machine. Advised that it had not been a problem before this load. Checked the agitator and washed play and found both working properly. Used some blue lock tight adhesive to help the bolt stick to the gearcase and drive shaft properly. Reassembled the unit in the unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is making sounds as it operates. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found a scraping sound coming from the dryer as the drum turned. Confirmed customers complaint and the customer advised that the drawer wasnt sitting properly so they attempted to fix it. They could not fix it and made things worse. Found the door not properly inserted onto the slides. Fixed the door and found one of the door switch is not registering closed. Ran through diagnostics and found the issue with either the right hand refrigerator door, pantry doors, or freezer door switches. Checked the freezer and refrigerator door switches and got the refrigerator door switch to work properly.

Arrived on site for washer making loud noise and not draining water out completely. Upon arrival confirmed issue with customer. After further tests I found support rods are now failing. Also found tub seal still in tact but tub is now wrapped around seal causing small intermittent leak into gearcase. Gearcase is failing again and grinding internally. Call complete

Arrived onsite and found inner door gasket slipped out of place and causing left door switch to not engage. Repaired existing door gasket and tested unit. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not working, found drip pan full of water, I removed drip pan and ran a cycle, couldnt find a leak, I removed door, no signs of a leak from the dispenser or vent, if problem continues, please allow 2 hours of time to run a cycle and see if we can determine where the leak is coming from."

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not producing ice. Found icemaker tray not attached to icemaker head. Reattached tray and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site to test unit for open close door. Found door not making contact with switch. Secured holder correctly test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was losing cool and not producing ice. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit will stay cool in the bottom of the FC, but not in the top. They found the same in the RC, and the bottom of the RC was freezing over. I checked temps and found the top side of the RC and FC at about 50?F, and the bottom of both at about 9?F. I gained access to the FC evap and found that the FC evap motor was running very slow. This was not allowing enough cool air to be sucked up and circulated properly. Therefore, causing the lower temps on the bottom, and higher on the top. I also found the unit calling for defrost at the wrong time. This indicates a faulty control, and a faulty evap motor. I also found the FC had a bad LED board. The customer accepted. I am ordering the LED and evap motor. We will return with the control and install all three. Arrived on site to test unit for unit not heating and turn table turning when door is open. Test unit and found wires to magnetron had come off. Secured wires and unit heating but turntable still turning. Found bad switch replaced switch.

Arrived to inspect lid not latching. Confirmed the complaint and found the unit will require the hinges (L&R) latch (not yet received) and strike to complete the repair. Needs more work ; ordrng 1 W11551369 (LEFT HINGE) and 1 W11551376 (RIGHT HINGE) and 1 W11457841 (STRIKE)

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not working. Upon further inspection, I found the power to the unit off. Customer advised that the lights and cooling fan dont turn off. I cycled power to the unit and placed it in diagnostics and checked error codes and found none. Tested the components and all are operating as designed. In normal mode with the door closed, I found the lights dont turn off, but the cooling fan is not on either. I tested voltage to the fans and got 123V on high and low speeds. Checked continuity to the fans and both are within range. Checked the sensor and it is reading 1079ohms and unit is at room temp. Checked the door latch switch and it is good. Checked the door switch and found it open which would explain why the lights dont turn off. Customer advised that the unit is connected to WiFi, but not through the Whirlpool app on their device. They wanted to know when they would get updates and I explained that they would have to have the app on their device in order to get update notifications. I contacted techline and spoke to Joel and advised of my findings. Joel advised that with the lights remaining on due to the failed door switch, the heat out off by those lights could be signaling the sensor and turning the fans on. Recommended replacing the door latch assembly and explain how the fans operate. Provided SR#7732721841. I advised my customer of the conversation with tech support. I am ordering the door latch assembly and control panel and office to schedule return service. Both parts will need to be replaced upon return service.; ordrng 1 W10883049 (Door latch) and 1 W11296171 (Control panel)"

Arrived onsite to replace the harness to the unit. Replaced the harness. Could not test the unit as there was no power outlets for the unit to test. No issues at this time. Job complete
