"WRV986FDEM01 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the HV control, UI, LED driver and power supply. The drip pan for the RC was warped and I replaced per Technical Service Pointer #: W11092686 Rev. G, S16360. Since the prior service, the customer was able to record the failure and I could clearly hear the three-way valve solenoid clicking. The right crisper drawer still had closing issues and the inner slide should be replaced. The customer showed me the ice bin had cracked and will require replacement. Office to authorize ice bin, slide and 3-way valve solenoid. No leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site to inspect range error codes. Upon further inspection, I found error code F3 on the control display. Placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the code. Tested the oven on Bale at 350 degrees and after approximately 30 seconds, the unit shut off and the error code reappeared. I pulled the unit out and tested the sensor and it was within range 1140 kohms (1000-1200 range). I removed and replaced the sensor and tested the sensor harness from the sensor to the main control and it had good continuity. I retested the unit on Bake at 350 with the new sensor and again after approximately 30 seconds, the unit shut down and the error code reappeared. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the main control and main harness. Office to,schedule return service due to the availability of parts. No gas leaks detected during service. Upon return service, the main control will need to be replaced and unit tested before replacing the harness.; ordrng 1 W11548757 (Main control) and 1 W11453756 (Main harness)"

Found power outlet had stable/properly polarized 120v. Found ACU sending 120 to pump but when checking power at pump I was able to move harness around and found volatage dropping between 100-113v. Found wires are degrading and lower harness will need to be replaced.

I recommended the customer allow the unit to fully cool for approximately 24-48 hours before placing food items back inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

"WDT730PAHZ0 Arrived to inspect handle and rack issue. I found the handle had failed and I replaced it, ensuring proper mounting. The right rack adjusted wheel had failed and I removed and replaced both sides, installing the MFG provided upgraded kit. The left side of the cabinetry had came loose from the rest of the cabinet and I advised the customer they will need to contact their builder to have the piece of cabinet reinstalled, as this is beyond the scope of the dishwasher MFGs warranty. No leaks observed during service."

With external ventilation removed the paper immediately gets sucked to the vent and has good air movement. Notified customer that external ventilation will need to be inspected. Per previous techs diagnosis, several parts have been replaced due to all of the ignitors arcing after the front left burner is ignited. I inspected the cooktop and removed and replaced the front left burner ignitor and tested. Unit continued to fail. I removed and replaced the spark module and re-wired it as it was when I removed the wires and retested. Unit continued to fail. I researched the wiring diagram and found the module not wired correctly and corrected and retested and again the unit failed. I removed and replaced the valve ignitor harness and retested and unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of the repairs. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher with the door not closing. The customer stated they dont have a door closing issue but the door seemed stiff when opening. I tested the door and the hinges and found all working properly. I explained to the customer that the door hinges are different from the older machines and this is how they are supposed to work. The customer was concerned that the machine moves a little when the door is opened and showed me the right mounting screw was not tight. I tightened the screw and the unit is no longer moving. I went over detergent use options and rinse aid settings showing the customer how to adjust the rinse aid volume in needed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly. I found a block of ice in the bottom of the FC and the evaporator fan was not running. I removed the ice and removed the evaporator cover finding the fan iced over and a solid block of ice under the evaporator in the drip pan and the vents to the RC iced up. I removed the ice and found the drain tube with a piece of foam in it. I cleared the drain and the unit drains properly. I tested the unit and the evaporator is developing a full frost pattern and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.
