"Arrived onsite for range oven not working. On inspection the bake would not ignite and the broil had a hard time igniting, when it ignited the flame only went half way around the burner. Installed new DSI board on unit and tested the bake to 300? and the broil now has the flame all the way around the burner. The range is operating as designed and no gas leaks were detected during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit on most loads does not seem to spin out the clothes and theyre having to run through a drain and spin and ordered a ring out the clouds. Around the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Around the unit through an auto chest in the unit ran as designed. I checked the back to make sure the shipping bolted and removed and found that they had. I also found proper installation of the unit. I ran through the wash settings and found the normal/regular cycle with no spin. I found two other cycles on low or no spin as well. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7738719208. He advised that because the unit didnt store any error codes and most of the reasons why the machine would not finish the cycle would populate an error code, the issue would either be with off balance loads due to mixed loading/overloading or an issue with the spin speed setting upon the cycle start. He advised to make no repair and to inform the customer on spin settings. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. On inspection the water does not come out when there is a filter installed for 3 to 4 to weeks. I installed a new filter and the unit is still doing the same thing. The filter only last less than 30 days. Called and spoke with WP Tech line and they came up with the same solution as I did. The customer cut the old filter in half and found no debris that we could see in the filter. Customer is going to see if the new filter head makes a difference. Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed manifold. Orifice holders and screws. Applied bubble solution and found no signs of leaks. Unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

Site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Around the unit through diagnostics and confirmed an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. I did confirm the washer motor was not running in an auto test. I replaced the washer motor and tested unit. Unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. "Arrived on site for dishwasher not completing cycles or drying dishes(per customer on arrival). Upon arrival confirmed failure and found clean led flashing 7 times consecutively. Checked diagnostic cycl and found rat and dishwasher working as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not turning on. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they suspect the fuse has gone bad again as the unit will turn on but it wont start. I attempted to start a cycle and it failed. I tested voltage and got 245V at the terminal block. Tested voltages at the control per the tech sheet and all checks were good. I disassembled the unit and tested the element, cutoff, thermostat and fuse and found the fuse open. Also found the harness to be different than normal as there is usually two light blue wires to the fuse and now theres one with a purple wire. I removed and replaced the fuse and tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I reassembled the unit and tested airflow and it is good and the vent going out of the home goes straight outside. I made recommendations for use and care to the customer. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to inspect unit for burner coil not heating. Upon closer inspection found heating element cycling on and off as designed. Customer stated unit struggles more when pan or other item is on burner. Placed pan on burner that was having more issues. Unit is still cycling heat to burner as designed. Informed customer while pan is on it will read temp of pan and will not cycle back until load on burner has reached below a certain temperature. Unit is running as intended. Job complete.

Arrived on site and upon further inspection found fill tube wire was connected in molex connection but actual wiring was not making contact. Replaced fill tube and heater assembly. Installed pressure regulator and replaced FC ice maker as a precautionary. Unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per the previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier. Before installation, I evacuated the system outside and cleared the system with Nitrogen. Removed and replaced the parts mentioned and vacuumed the system for approximately 30 minutes. Pressures held at -30/0 for approximately 15 mins before I installed 68g of R600 refrigerant. Allowed the system to equalize then plugged the unit in and monitored the unit. Unit is beginning to cool properly and I recommended the customer allow the unit to cool for 24-48 hours before placing food items inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

When dishwasher was running, something sounded like it was spraying on the door. I tried reseating parts on the inside. Found unit is pumping good, spray arms are moving. I also removed some debris from the lower spray arm. I advised the customer to run the dishwasher on Heavy with the high temp options all turned on, and see if performance improves. Mechanically the unit seems like it's working properly, but the spray on the door seemed abnormal. Ordering clear door to observe, and spray arms as well. Customer will follow up and cancel service if changing settings allows proper wash. "Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Customer stated unit smelled weird for about a week. They were worried about a freon leak. Ran diagnostics on unit multiple times, unit passed, all components engaged properly. Unit is freezing in FC and cooling in RC. Inspected unit for leaks, none present. Advised customer to keep food away from any air vents and away from back of the unit so there are no airflow restrictions. At this time unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived onsite for a washer that will not start. Upon arrival the customer informed me that the unit will at times just get the clothes wet but not wash them and some times the unit will not spin the clothes out either. Upon arrival I ran the unit in quick wash and found that it opened as designed. But while doing this test I found the the unit was set to hit then I change it to tap cold and found that the water flow was low/slow. I replaced the valve to take care of the low cold water flow and it improved the flow. Then I replaced the control for the seemingly start/cycle completion issue.

"Arrived on site for loud noise and water leaking. Customer showed pictures and video,ice hitting evaporator fan blade and ice build up causing water leak in fresh food compartment,customer defrost unit at time of visit unit cooling. Ran diagnostics all fans powered on ran fresh food heater passed changed defrost setting to basic to allow a defraot cycle every 8 hrs of compressor run time."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E4-water leak. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I found a large amount of suds in the bottom of the tub. The customer advised that they accidentally placed liquid dish soap in the rinse aid dispenser (photo). I removed the toeplate and inspected the float switch and drip pan and found soapy water in the pan causing the error code (F8E4). I removed the float switch from the pan and cleaned the soapy water from it best I could and will order another one just in case this one continues to fail. I recommended the customer not use the unit until we can get back to replace the dispenser assembly and I explained that using the unit with the dish soap will only cause more issues with the unit. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use (water softener system). I am ordering the dispenser, float switch and CNOTE-PLACE ON CANCELLATION LIST and spoke with KC in scheduling soon as the customer is a care taker of an elderly and needs their dishwasher daily. The sealed system turned on shortly after starting the temp test. I tested the icemaker in a harvest cycle after finding an E2 motor lost position error finding the motor not turning with 12V to it. I changed the icemaker and it went thru a harvest cycle. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is making noise during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit makes a thumping sound and that it has a little squeak noise that it makes intermittently through the cycle. Around the unit and the customer showed me it right away with a thumping sound was. Found, thumping sound was when the dryer idler pulley was hitting the ridge of the dryer basket. I did explain that that is a normal sound that they will hear during operation. I disassembled the unit and found the rollers and idler pulley hard to spin, potentially causing the squeaking sound. I replaced the rollers, belt, and idler pulley and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for unit 107 and found range tripping breaker during preheat consistently. No standing shorts. Proper voltage and proper installation. Used the PR method for drying out the elements using heat cycling until they are thoroughly dry to prevent ongoing breaker tripping with the higher sensitivity GFCi breakers required by code. Unit able to preheat and maintain at 500f bake without tripping the breaker.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with no heat. Determined shorted hi voltage circuit. Replaced mag cap and diode. All checks good. Advised customer on repair

On arrival verified stopping mid cycle. Unit was ran before arrival and stopped. On checking error codes found ui has f2e1 unable to confirm if failure or user error. Replaced ui. Ran cycle and it wont start motor. Found main not sending voltage. Replaced main board and verified mod Ser transferred over. Ran cycle again and unit started up. Opertional test is good. If problem persists we will need to return with motor assy. Job complete

Arrived on site to inspect unit for not operating. Upon closer inspection found control panel unresponsive. Panel would occasionally beep with no display showing. Ordering console and will return W11603844. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11603844 (Console)

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does heat, but that it doesnt seem to heat as hot as her previous dryer. She advised that the cycles to finish but unless if shes running the unit on a high heat cycle, the unit sometimes does not fully dry her clothes on every load. I checked the dryer and didnt find the dryer, tumbling and heating. I took a temperature reading at the back exhaust of the dryer and found the temperature fluctuating between, 105 and 160?F. I did explain to the customer that the unit is working and operating as designed. I did advise the customer to get away from her Springsteel vent, which may be causing certain issues with dry performance. The unit is working and operating as design. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for no heat. Test unit and heating element not coming on. Pulled unit out and found wires to TOD were disconnected. Secured connection to cavity fuse test unit and unit test good. Advised customer to use rinse aid to help with the drying cycle. Job complete.

Arrived on site and installed previously diagnosed power cord. Ran full diagnostics with no issues. No leaks detected. Unit is currently working as designed. Job complete. ; saved tckt

Arrived on site for icemaker not dispensing any ice. Found ice bin was sitting up higher and not making contact to auger shaft. Had difficulty removing bin. Dumped ice and inspected bin. Verified bin handle was not in sliding as it was off track. Reset with spring in place. Bin now site properly and auger turns. Cycled Icemaker and filled. Verified operation. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for leaking from underneath. Upon arrival customer stated water constantly comes in from side and then overfilling tub and leaking onto floor. Upon arrival unit was in fact full of water, drained unit, replaced valve. Tested unit, unit is running as intended. No leaks present at this time. Job complete."

Arrived on site for broken lid latch. Upon arrival ran found strike has failed and a portion of strike is stuck in latch. Need to replace latch and strike. Replaced latch W11565030 and strike W11316914. Test unit and is operating as designed. Job complete

"Arrived on site for not heating correctly. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and there are no saved error codes. Began to preheat oven to 350. Monitored temperatures using thermocouple. Unit began to preheat but only reached 340 with thermocouple and 310 at control. Pulled unit from cabinet. Replaced temperature sensor and control. Test unit and unit is now operating as designed. Arrived onsite for door not closing correctly. On inspection the top door on the right side will lift a little when closing and the gap between the ui and the top door is larger on the right side. Installed a new hinge on the right side and it made it worse than it was. I called and talked with Eric at WP and he had the same suggestion that are senior techs had was to adjust the ui. Adjusted the ui and it help with the gap but not with door lifting as it is shutting. The unit is in the cabinet tight and take quite a bit of force to pull it out. Told customer that the frame could be out of square causing this issue. Customer is going to get with builder to see what can be done. Sr7738706192

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. I found the unit was sitting on an uneven surface, and the legs were not adjusted to account for the flooring. I ran the unit three diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) and F7 E6 (open motor circuit) error codes. I checked underneath the washer and found debris that was causing the drive pull in to grind against the shield cover. I removed the obstructions and found all components working in operating as designed. I tested the unit several times in manual diagnostics, and in an auto test and found the unit working as designed. I went ahead and readjusted the feet on the washer as the unit was wobbling from side to side during the spin cycle. After readjusting the feet, I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete."
