Inspected unit and find evaporator covered in ice and no air flow to RC. Called techline. Tech had me check for resistance at control for thermistors and heater. Both RC and FC thermistors passed. The heater should be 30 ohm got 89 ohm at control. Tech asked to check resistance at heater to be sure there was no harness issue. Checked At heater and got 89 ohm. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps, PO error and gurgling noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit UI with PO in the display for power outage. I confirmed the issue and the unit came back on. I checked temps in the FC=19 degrees. The RC section was warm and the section was packed with food making very little room for airflow. I found the deli control intermittently shutting off and when it shut off, the unit would tone and show the PO sign again. Also found all of the modules flickering except the two on the ice maker housing and the deli drawer light. I disconnected the deli control and cycled power and got the same results. Disconnected the LED control and cycled power and unit came right on; however, the compressor is very hot to touch due to constantly operating. Also found the RC evap beginning to freeze up. Checked drain tube and found it sealed good. Due to the intermittent issues with power failures, I advised the customer that all controls would need to be replaced. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found massive evidence of a defrost issue inside the roof freezer section. Disassembled the unit and began to remove the ice buildup. Check the defrost bimetal on heater and found both within range. Was advised by SW the issue would most likely be with the defrost timer. Replace the defrost timer and was unable to remove the rest of the ice buildup due to my steamer breaking down. Advise the customer to get the unit 2 to 3 days to defrost manually and fly again. Customer will call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not filling up enough with water. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Tested all components of the washer in an auto test and in manual testing. The unit ran as designed. The customers issue with this machine is that the unit does not fill up as high with water as her previous unit and she doesnt believe that the water temperature is correct on the warm and hot cycles. In both hot and cold valves work as designed. Tested resistance on the thermistor and found it within range. I pulled up the customers owners manual and did explain to the customer that on her own owners manual, it does state that warm and hot cycles may be colder than previous washers.

Attempted vacuum revealed the evaporator had a pinhole leak and vacuum could not be achieved. I removed and replaced the evaporator and vacuumed. "Arrived to inspect washer stalled and lid lock issue. I entered service test mode and decided the binary system and there was a 9-1 long drain error and I cleared it and inspected. I found the drain pump housing had been broken off, likely during delivery and I was able to fully repair and corrected the issue. Further testing revealed the door lock would not positively unlock and I replaced it. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."
