"Arrived to inspect ice production issue. The CX described the issue as very thin ice production and after it started operating in that manner, they unplugged the machine and have not ran it. I found the water valve would not fill. E the CX for the valve and installed. The condenser was badly plugged with debris and the air separator plate had been bent over, allowing hot condenser air to circulate and further lower efficiency. I corrected the separator plate and removed the debris from the unit. Service test mode revealed all functions present. I allowed the unit to produce a slab of ice and it was well frozen and at the expected thickness. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Valve 1402, SC 1999. I cleared the error codes and another one registered immediately, F6E4 at 12:2 I tested oven temperatures per CX request and with a starting temperature of 102 and set to 350, the unit claimed preheat at 423 and cycle temps were 333, 399 and I interrupted the test for further checks. I verified correct voltages and polarity and contacted the MFG. Mfg tech Bruce. Advised tech of my findings and confirmation of both Line VAC testing fine. Tech advised oven controller and harness. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. Plugged it back in and could hear the start device clicking but the compressor not coming on. When I pulled the unit out to test the compressor, I found a large amount of refrigerant with dye on the floor under the unit. I removed the back panel and found where the condenser coil connects to the heat exchange had leaked. Tested the compressor and found it locked up. I am ordering the compressor kit, UV dye drier, access valve and evaporator and CNOTE-2HR JOB. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher control panel and noises. Upon further inspection, I found water in the bottom of the tub. Pressed startcancel button and the drain pump came on and drained the water. I placed the unit in diagnostics by pressing the heated dry button 6 times and start. Once the water dispensed and the motor came on, the motor began to make a loud noise and wouldnt stop. I stopped testing and the customer advised that none of the other buttons on the panel were working. When I tested the panel, I found none of the selections were working and the start button was intermittent. Also found the heating element not getting hot and was badly rusted as were both racks. The lower rack is missing a wheel. "Arrived on site for complaints of ice not dispensing properly. Found unit will disperse water, cubed and crushed ice with no issues. Sent video to service team. Removed bin and monitored while calling for cubed and crushed ice. Everything is operating as designed. Advised customer that occasionally loose ice, especially crushed ice, will get stuck in the ice chute. This will cause the ice chute flapper to get stuck and cause ice to not dispense. Job complete."

"Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced motor. Tested unit and had no results. Called SW for assistance. Ran checks at control and seemed to complete circuit but would not drive the motor. Potentially shorted harness and control. Ordering Thermal fuse, control and main harness. Arrived on site to test unit for not responding. Unit is a rentacenter with no power available to test. Advised would need power to properly test and diagnose. Manager stated once its in a customers home with power source readily available they would contact to reschedule. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator with ice clumping up and not dispensing. Inspected unit and work area. Measured temperature in FC at 0? and ice container at 12? and continue to drop. Found signs of ice maker overfilling. Ice still has shape and some cubes connected (see SD-QuickPic). Ran ice maker fill cycle and measured water dispensed a little under 2 ounce of water. Found ice maker not completing dumping all ice and when fills water will over flow. Will need to replace ice maker to complete repair. "Arrived onsite for dryer not tumbling. Upon arrival tested unit. Found motor would humm but not tumble. Unit would heat. If turned by hand, the motor would catch and unit would tumble. Once stopped, the unit would not start again unless started by hand. Unit will need motor assembly and belt replacement. Submitted to AHS and approved. Motor was RWO. Returning with motor and belt. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator with noisy condenser fan. Upon further inquiry I found out that the noise only happens when the fan is dirt, customer had already cleaned that fan off when I got there. Eid find some playin fan. E customer 3076+ to replace fan motor. Customer agreed and I installed new fan motor and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Customer in full with card. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making noise. Up arrival noise was apparent. Found noise coming from FC fan motor. Removed outer evaporator panel and found ice buildup up to the fan. Blades hitting the fan was the issue. Unit not going into defrost properly. Did force defrost and heater did energize. Recommended replacing evaporator fan motor harness to resolve current issues. Also expressed to customer that this particular model has been have other complications. We have found in some instances that multiple issues are contributing to failures. Explained that there may be other underlying issues that would later need to be addressed. Customer may reach out to KitchenAid for possible concession. If not customer agrees to move forward with harness replacement. d 1280 for parts and 2860 for service and totaling 4130 before es. Customer was instructed on 48-72 hr manual defrost.
