I found the left door receiver will not utilize the closer and adjusted the door accordingly, correcting the height mismatch and sealing issues. The customer advised me the ice maker had overflowed again and I found the issue was due to water pressure and compounded by a partially plugged filter. The supply pressure to the sink and refrigerator water supply was quite low and I advised the customer to stop attempted use of the ice maker until they get the water supply issue resolved. The prior repair to the FC door slide has held and there should be no further issues. Operational test ok, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived to inspect continuous leak. I found the drain line for the evaporator was bunched and pinched shut and the source of the leak. I was able to correct the issue and the drain worked as designed after the repair. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator and provide general maintenance. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the unit and got 46 degrees which is what the actual setting was on at the control. The customers main concern was the crisper drawers were difficult to remove to clean them. I removed the shelf glass and removed the four screws that mounted the tracks in place and removed the drawer and shelf together. Also removed the evap cover to clean some rust that had accumulated on the bottom of the RC section. I re-installed the drawer mounts and once the customer was done cleaning the drawer I placed it back in the unit.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the agitation cycle and found the unit making a loud popping noise. When I tested in spin cycle I didnt hear the noise. I tilted the unit back and inspected the thrust bearing and found it good but the belt is worn and beginning to fray. I found line 1 has 120 vac but line 2 only has 15 vac, not allowing the heating element to turn on. I also found the dryer vent pinched off restricting air flow. Because of the location of the dryer I recommended the customer get a periscoping dryer vent and that they have figure out why line w is losing power. I inspected the breaker box and didnt find it labeled nor did it have a 30 amp breaker. The unit should be on a 30 amp breaker. Once power is restored and the recommended dryer vent is installed the unit will work properly. Job complete"

I suspected the oven temp sensor. I swapped in a new sensor and retested, I found the oven reading temperature correctly and inline with my thermal kouple.

The unit had operated for several attempted baking cycles after the last service, but it started to miss ignition attempts after heating and the customer could hear it continuously clicking and then going into shutdown after several seconds. I removed and replaced the fiber jacketed ignition wire and installed the MFG upgraded ignition wire with the additional jacket and tested. The unit operated as designed and ignited as expected, even after heated and during subsequent heating cycles. No gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining. Upon further inspection, I found water in the tub. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F2E3, F9E1. Cleared the codes and attempted to drain the water and the pump failed. I tilted the unit back and found the harness damaged/broken. Following the tech sheet for the F2E3 code, I found the unit is getting proper voltage at the J7-1 to J7-3 connector. Tested VDC at pins J2-3 to J2-4 and the control is not providing the 13VDC. I checked again at the control pins and got same results. I tilted the unit back again and tested the drain pump and its within ohms range. I attempted to mend the harness back together and retested the pump and it continued to fail. I advised the customer that the unit will need the lower harness and main control and possibly the drain pump. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is starting not to cool again. Upon arrival the customer showed me they had placed 3 thermometers in the unit. One on the upper shelf and one on the middle shelf in the RC and the third thermometer was in the FC. The customer stated the upper thermometer was showing the unit warmer than it should be. I tested the temp in the RC and found it at 33 degrees and the FC was at -3 degrees. The control was set at 33 degrees in the RC and -5 degrees in the FC. I explained to the customer that the controls should be set at the recommended settings of 37 and 0. The customer agreed and I changed the settings. I explained to the customer that the upper thermometer was way off and no good. The customer ordered a pair of digital thermometers to place in the RC and FC while I was on site. The customer stated the unit makes a grinding noise at times that doesnt last long. I ran test 3 and the customer confirmed it was the air dampener making the noise. I explained to the customer that the dampener was making its normal sound and I explained how it worked. The refrigerator is working as designed at this time. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer to replace the previous diagnosed parts. The customer stated the washer is not filling with water. I replaced the tub ring and the bezel. I tested the unit and found the cold water valve only letting a small amount of water thru it with the correct voltage to the coil. I found the hoses and the screens clean. I replaced the drawer assembly and retested the machine. All is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is overproducing ice. Customer says they will removed the bucket and have ice fall out at times. Removed bucket on arrival and found icemaker bail arm is seated, and cir buildup is at the front of the bucket inbetween the bucket front plate, and the icemaker front face. This is working as intended, there is empty space, and the auger will bunch up cubed when dispensing to that spot. Customer is not a heavy ice user and it melts and collected in that area. Customer advised to disable icemaker / empty ice bucket regularly to keep cubes from melting and bunching. Call complete."

Found broken wiring due to stretching at drain Pump harness. Was able to repair wiring and insure harness had some additional slack to prevent stretching. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit was leaking pretty heavily and they were unsure as to where it was coming from but that it was not just a puddle but at least 3 to 4 cups of water. Found the dishwasher door not closing fully and leaning forward. I found that you could close the door far enough where the unit would start but not far enough for the door to meet the door gasket. Adjusted the feet on the dishwasher and then found the door close properly. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed with no leaks present. Ran it through another test with no leaks again. I did advise the customer that because the unit was leaning forward it is very possible that they may have overflowed out of the tub or leaked out of the sides of the dishwasher when the door would shut properly. Due to inability to replicate the issue, I could not fault any other parts on the machine. Advise the customer to run a few loads and a call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the tub ring and slider and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Gained access to remove old compressor, and condenser. Braced new compressor and condenser. Vacuumed the system for 15 min. After vacuuming the system I waited 15 to make sure system had no leaks and I did not lose any vacuum. I charged up the system with R134 4.5oz. Plugged unit in and advised CX to let cool for 24hrs. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

Arrived on site for washing throwing an error code F9e1 long drain. I gained access to the drain pump filter and found it clogged with debris. I removed the debris and reassembled the unit. I tested it and found it working as designed.

Arrived onsite for dryer with no power. On inspection found the the outlet had no power. Went to the breaker boxes in found the breaker tripped. Turn breaker back on and tested unit for 10 minutes to make sure there was not a heat issues tripping the breaker. Unit operating as designed.
