Arrived on site for a washer that is not filling with water. Upon inspection I found that the hose the installers used in the cold water tap was leaking from the back side of the fitting that connects to the tap. I tested the hot water side on the water inlet valve and found that it was not working. I replaced the valve and tested the hot water side again and found that it operated as designed. I could not test the cold side due to whats mentioned above.

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not consistently cooling. Customer said unit is getting cooler but barely has hit 0. Ice has not been consistent. Checked my FC temp and it was locked around 3 degrees, compressor was hot. I checked pressure and had no pressure at high side. I removed the Schrader valves and pressurized the system with nitrogen. Was able to get things to flow in both directions once pressurized, indicating a likely restriction. I vacuumed the unit for 20 mins once I verified circulation. I charged to mfr specs and ran unit. Verified rapid cooling after recharge. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker fill tube chute was clogged with a block of ice. I removed the ice maker assembly and found pieces of styrofoam insulation inside the block of ice that had separated from the insulation within the liner around the fill tube (photo). I cleaned the area from ice and water and cleaned the fill tube area at the top of the unit and filled the gap with permagum to seal off any further debris from falling into the ice maker fill tube chute (photos). I tested the ice maker and ounce it operating as designed. I advised my customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

I found that the door panels on both doors were incorrectly installed causing binding resulting In outer door skins being warped. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating. Upon further inspection, I pulled the unit down from the wall and placed it on my towel on the countertop. Removed the cover to find a large amount of grease and cooking oils inside the unit (photos). I found the vent was not cutout properly during installation and is restricting the damper from opening and venting out (photos). I contacted techline and spoke to Chris and advised of the complaint and my findings. Chris provided a text to my phone and I provided several photos of my findings. Chris advised to not replace any parts and have the customer contact customer service to dispute and provided SR#7737332568. I provided the SR number to my customer and recommended they contact Whirlpool to discuss solutions. I advised my customer that they would need to contact their builder to have the vent corrected. Unit was reassembled and placed back on the wall,and left unplugged for safety. No repairs made, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that was not heating. On arrival ran unit and found itnwas drying. I was informed the unit was only a couple weeks old and had not heated properly. This places the unit under mfr warranty, and it's recommended to have GE resolve. Customer said they would have it worked on out of warranty. Consulted office and advised customer that we will not pursue repair. Unit should not need a software update and since it's brand new some of the harnesses and control parts will take longer to get and may be costly. No repair being performed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not draining properly. On arrival found unit full of water and throwing an F8E4 error. Removed flood tray and emptied water. I tested the drain and got it to drain, but water was backing up into the sink. With sink backing up water may also be backfeeding to dishwasher. I ran the unit after I drained it and didn't see any leaks, but water back into sink again. Advised builder to address slow drain sink and follow up if any issues present. Call complete."

Removed the control panel and tested voltage at the control and got 122V but the diagnostics LED was not on. Tested the UI harness and it is good. I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace previous diagnosed parts. The unit was unplugged and off on arrival. I powered the unit up and I found the three way valve working properly. The compressor would start up immediately when powered up after it had been running. I punctured the system and found no refrigerant in the system. I replaced the compressor, RC evaporator, and drier. I added an access valve on the new compressor. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 5.50 ozs of R134A. The unit is cooling down and is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and manually tested the spin cycle and found the basket slipping on the gearcase spindle. Stopped testing and disassembled the unit to find the teeth on the bun stripped and the teeth on the gearcase rusted and stripped. Tilted the unit back to inspect the gearcase components and found the cam teeth beginning to strip and the belt with slack in it. Once I received authorization to replace parts, I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam, belt and hub and calibrated the unit. Retested the unit in diagnostics and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
