"Arrived on site to follow up on dryer that was not heating at all. Checked wiring and voltages at rear of unit. Found that the ground wire coming out of the cable was capped off and disconnected, also found the neutral wire from the terminal block was capped off and disconnected as well, blocking the return path for any voltage. The external ground hole was drilled out and I don't have any hardware thick enough to fill it to connect the ground and neutral on the dryer side. Advised customer to connect the white and green wires to the external chassis ground to fix the dryer side. Breaker pops when unit is plugged in. Checked voltages at the wall and outlet and found that the L1 Power had 71 volts, L2 wire had 158 volts, and both ground and neutral have 40-60 volts showing when tested at the cable. Advised customer to have their electrician come back out and fix the wall outlet side power issues due to voltages bleeding into ground and neutral. Unit itself should be fine once source wiring is correct and the ground and neutral wires on the dryer side are properly connected. Call complete."

I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F8E2 for inlet water electrical problem. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found the unit filled as designed. I also found that the water was coming through the wash arms very weak to the point the wash arms were not rotating. I checked voltage to the motor and found a good 120VAC. This indicates a weak motor. I am ordering the sump and motor to replace. The return tech will also need to replace the heater upon return per the SP W11540964. Informed customer that they could power off unit and allow to defrost or wait 2 weeks for unit to catch up on defrosting for normal operation. Arrived on site for refrigerator dispensing water slowly. Upon arrival customer stated that the dispenser issue was fine and that water was coming out as designed and that their complaint was that the switch lever that you activate the water with was sometimes sticking and not operating back-and-forth as it should and after further inspection found that there was a warped mounting area around the water dispenser switch on the ice door separator mold and after trying to re-position switch found that it would continuously pop out of the locking mechanism. Was able to reschedule customer for April 8 of 2022 on a Friday to complete repairs with new ice dispenser switch as well as ice door separator housing.; ordrng 1 W11204892 (Ice door separator) and 1 W11087492 (Switch) and 1 Cnote (Customer request sooner apt. Arrived on site to replace heating element due to falling in serial range for SP. Replaced with updated heater. Unit now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator section not cooling after repair. Upon inspection found unit is having a defrost issue. Took pics. Ran defrost test and showed bimetal open. Bi metal was covered in ice and should be closed. Also the position of the bi metal was not in correct area. No air flow was coming from dampener but that was due to evaporator frozen over, door does open and close. Recommended replacing evaporator harness. . Also set defrost to basic mode. Customer will monitor for the next few days. When scheduling is made customer will decide if moving forward. ; ordrng 1 W11334745 (Evaporator harness) and 1 WP12729123 (Defrost heater)"

Arrived onsite for FC freezing and RC not cooling. Upon arrival found lots of frost and frozen condensation. Spoke with tenant and he said that the freezer was stuffed with product. Door may have not closed the whole way and product was covering all vents. Tested heater and heater operates correctly. Removed all ice that was built up on the upper portion of air duct. Customer will keep an eye on unit and not cover vents.
