I found the rear bulkhead required adjustment to allow a slight amount of lateral play in the movement of the roller wheel, in relation to the drum track. After correcting, the issue was resolved. If further issues persist, unit will require a replacement drum. Operational test good."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the FC door not closing correctly and there is a gap on one side. It also doesnt make ice. I found a 1/4 gap on the right side of the FC door due to the door not being clipped in on the lower right bracket. I corrected the door and removed the ice from the bin. The door closes properly now. The customer stated it started making ice again. I explained to the customer that the door not closing probably caused premature frost and ice on the evaporator causing the temps not to reach harvest temp or warmer and cause the bin to melt. At this time ice is being made properly and nothing is melting. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the springs and dispenser fill hose. I visually inspected the rest of the machine and saw no other issues. Arrived onsite and repaired unit dryer noise with adjustment to level and tightening of screws and the lubricating of the spring steal pulley and motor mount. Blower wheel replaced during diagnosing of issue. Problem solved by lubricating of spring steal mounts. Minute shifting during a heavy load causing metal pop in cabinet.

Unplugged the unit and checked the thermal fuse. Found it open. I checked all the door switches and found the primary and a lock switch. I had a hard time of making and breaking and was showing consistent continuity. I went ahead and replace the interlock assembly and the thermal fuse and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed and was able to heat up a cup of water within 30 seconds. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for an ice machine that its making a loud bang sound. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he wasnt sure if this was a problem or not as he just noticed that the unit makes a loud bang sound fairly on through the icemaking cycle. He advised that after he heard it initially, he had turned off the ice machine. Around the unit through diagnostics and found all portions of the machine working and operating properly. When the unit got to the gas valve, the unit made a popping sound, and I did advise the customer that the popping sound is most likely either being caused by the gas valve or the sheet of ice when it is trying to drop the ice slab. I did advise the customer that these are normal sounds and that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for rear right burner not heating, upon arrival,test all burners and all burners except right rear burner operate. Inspected right rear burner and found it was fractured underneath. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with condensation built up inside. Upon further inspection, when the customer opened the RC door, I found all shelves clear and after approximately 10 seconds, condensation built up as expected. Closed the door and tested temps in the RC=39 degrees on setting of 37 and FC=3 degree on setting of 0. Tested thermistors and they are all within ohms testing range and VDC range. Tested the temps in the kitchen in front of the unit and it was 73 degrees. Placed my flashlight inside the RC & FC sections to check for gaps in the door gaskets and found none. Contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the recent service calls/findings, complaint and my findings today. Andrew advised that its normal to have condensation on the shelves when opening the doors due to the cold temps inside the unit colliding with the warm humid temps in the kitchen that are entering the unit when the door is open. Andrew advised to not replace any parts and advise the customer the unit is operating as designed and advised the previous SR# 7738208359 would be updated with todays info. I advised my customer of my conversation with techline and my findings in testing the unit and that the condensation build up is normal. I advised the customer that their receipt notes would have the file number included and if they had further issues they would need to contact the manufacturer and provide the SR#7738208359. No water leaks observed during service and no repairs made at this time, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that wont start. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit will start, but that it will only run as long as you hold the push the start button. I did confirm the customers complaint and check voltage to the unit. Found proper voltage and polarity. I checked the voltage under a load when trying to start the dryer and did find voltage on the line one side drop from 122.8 V to 113 V. However, the unit still had enough voltage to start. I checked voltage coming from the timer to the push to start and found 122 V. When pressing the push to start saw the voltage drop to 114.1 V, but still was being supplied power. Went to the outcoming voltage connector at the push to start and found voltage activating when the push to start was pressed, but would not hold after the push to start was let go indicating an issue with the push to start relay. I replace the push to start switch assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace previous diagnosed parts. The customer verified that when the paddles for ice or water are pushed the UI does light up but it will not dispense either when it acts up. I replaced the UI for this. The customer stated the icemaker had stopped working and some stuff in the freezer had started thawing. I found the FC temp only at 17 degrees and the RC at 37 degrees. I explained to the customer this is the reason there was no ice. I found the left side of the baskets in the FC with frost build up on them and the evaporator cover with some ice blocking the lower vents. I found the coil with frost about 3/4 thick across the top of the coil. I explained this looks like the door had been left cracked but the customer stated the door has never been left open. I found no issues with the freezer door gasket and found it sealing good. I removed the ice from the vents and top of the coil then tested the refrigerator. I watched the FC get down to 8 degrees and it was still cooling and dropping. The icemaker has no error codes and will go thru a harvest. The mold has water in it. I explained to the customer that now with the temps correct the icemaker will start working again. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke with Austin SR# 7738384319. Austin agrees with the UI replacement with what was found and what the refrigerator was doing. No other repairs needed at this time.

Ran manual cycle and when testing spin found control would power down. Need to replace control. Replaced control. Replaced control W11607637. Now able to calibrate. Went to manual test and both agitate and spin operate correctly. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present. Job complete.

Arrived onsite and found f8e1 error and complaint of laundry running continuously for hours. Found cold water supply trickling when open. Insufficient pressure at cold water supply. Possible flood safe hose failure. Advised customer that the plumbing supply would need to be verified and corrected.

"Arrived on site to test unit for no power, tested unit found 120V at control board but control not powering on, also found wash motor is shorted, replaced control and wash motor, unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived onsite for fc with frost. On inspection the left side of the fc next to the door frost is building up. Found no air leaks in the gasket, I was closing the fc door and it stopped about 1/4 inch away from the frame. I was checking the rails out and about 3 inches from it closing there is a spot that you can feel that the rail slows and keeps the fc door from closing all the way. Ordering rails for the unit. Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking. Test unit and found unit leaking from over sudsing. Advised customer to run unit with out soap to clear suds job complete.

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed compressor and evap. Vacuumed system down and charged to specs with 4.8oz r134a. Frost pattern developing nicely on evap. Job complete.

Arrived on site for range with broken door. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found inner heat shield glass broken. Replaced glass and found range not working as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed control. Upon arrival installed part and tested unit. Found washer working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

"Arrived on site for dryer that is not heating properly. Customer has to run cycle several times. Customer also says it never gets over to wrinkle prevent. Removed control panel. Verified good voltage. Verified heating element is good, replaced timer to correct wrinkle prevent issue. Found vent is clogged through wall. Moisture stays in dryer. Fire hazard. Left unplugged. Vent in wall needs to be cleaned. Advised customer how to test before they leave to ensure it is working properly. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for washer not responding to key touch. On inspection you could select a cycle but could not started, the sense light just blinked. I pulled the power for a minute and plugged it back in. The unit is now responding to key touch and a cycle will started now. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service."
