Gained access to the compressor and replaced the start device with the truck stock start device. Plug the unit back in and immediately experienced the same issue. The unit will need a new compressor, dryer, and access valve for repair. Arrived onsite for fridge tripping the breaker. Customer has change the plug and the breaker. Customer say that seems to trip the breaker after the use the ice dispenser. I open up fridge to remove the IM and it was frozen in place I could see ice frozen on the bottom candy that the IM sits in. I tried to remove the IM and could not due to it being frozen in place. Told customer that I was ordering a new icemaker and that this one needs to be defrosted when we come back so it can be removed. Office to reschedule when all parts are in. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not heating properly. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and found no error codes. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. At preheat, my temp reading was 284 degrees. I pulled the unit out and tested the bake and broil elements and both were within ohms range. I tested voltage to the bake element and got 0V. Tested the broil element after it cycled and got 248V. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, job completed."

I removed the ice maker and tested the fill tube and found water coming out slowly causing it to run down the back of the ice maker. I ran high speed spin and found the unit rocking back and forth badly because the left front leg was not making good contact with the floor. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burners not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the two left and two right burners dont work, but the center burner is operating good. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics to check for error codes and it failed several times. I was able to finally get it into diagnostics and it showed error code FA9-bad thermistor coil. I researched the unit and found a service bulletin regarding the issue of the burners not operating and it reports to replace both generator boards. I advised the customer of my findings and explained why the boards need to be replaced

"Arrived on site to inspect washer with lid locked. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they cycled power to the unit and the lid unlocked and they were able to wash another load. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. The customer advised that they only wash with cold water but theres always steam on the glass of the lid. I ran another diagnostics test and found the water inlet hoses were switched. I placed the hoses correctly and retested and unit continued to operate properly. i found when switching the hoses, that the hot water valve at the wall does not turn off fully and water continues to flow. I advised the customer that with the hoses switched, when washing with cold, the unit was actually getting hot water and possibly created too many soap suds and the unit sensor detected it and shut the unit down. I advised that the lid will remain locked as a safety precaution until all of the water is drained from the unit or until the sensor no longer detects the suds. Arrived onsite for Right front burner control does not function. Upon arrival test unit and found valve is frozen and knob cannot turn.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher needing previously diagnosed dispenser, vent and seal. Upon arrival installed required parts and tested unit. Found no leaks and unit opening dispenser as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site. Per tech support replaced ui control.

"Arrived on site to test unit for error f6e8. Found control not recognizing switch state. Upon further inspection also found bad fuse and primary switch had a price of plastic stuck internally preventing contacts from contacting. Replaced control, fuse and removed obstruction within switch. Unit is now working as designed.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was refrigerator tripped the outlet. Inspected outlet and they have refrigerator connected to a GFCI outlet advised customer to add a regular outlet. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service."

Arrived onsite for filter being ejected out filter housing. On inspection found that there was a after market filter being used. I replaced the original filter back in with issues. I tried the new filter and was hard to put in the housing unit. Told customer that they need to use whirlpool filters. I insert the old filter in for now and they are reordering new filters.
