I advised that the temps are going to fluctuate and will get higher than the preheat temps to offset when the door is opened. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E6-main control lost communication. Cleared the code and tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees. My temps were 365, 323, 365, 339, 366 for an average of 351.6 degrees. Due to the error code and unit operating properly, I removed and replaced the main control. Arrived to inspect washer not completing cycles. Confirmed the complaint and found the cam screw was loose and the belt had slipped off causing the malfunctions . I tightened the screw and reinstalled the belt. Reassembled and tested it and unit tested as designed without any issues. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven door glass broken. Upon further inspection, I found the inner panel glass broken out and glass debris all inside the unit and inside the door. I removed the door and disassembled it and vacuumed the glass debris from the inside. Vacuumed the glass debris from the oven and underneath the unit. Installed the new inner door glass and reassembled the door and reinstalled it back on the unit. Tested the door and it is operating as designed. Arrived on site to replace element for service pointer. Replaced element test unit and unit test good.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=66 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested each component listed in the tech sheet and the unit failed to respond. Neither the evaporator fan nor the condenser fan were on and the compressor would not come on. I tested voltage/polarity at the wall outlet and got 122V. Plugged the unit back in and the unit began to operate and cool. Referring to the unit wiring diagram/tech sheet, I tested the voltage DC components and all checked good. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit continues to operate as designed. I recommended that the customer wait 48 hours to place food items inside the unit. Also found the water hose connection at the water line going to the unit was not tightened and was slowly leaking. Tightened the connection and tested. No further leaks. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for customer complaint of ice maker not working and also freezing into a solid block of ice. Found failed optics and failed ice door kit. Ordering parts. ; ordrng 1 WP2180353 (Ice door)

"Arrived onsite for the dispenser not fully dropping out the soap and unit not cleaning properly. Looked at the dispenser door and noticed that the gasket seal on the inside of the door some how got rolled up underneath, causing the door to not open all the way. Re adjusted the seal to the door and door was shutting correctly. Also looked at the spray arms and found some food stuck in a few holes. Customer cleaned the spray arms and filter. Put unit back together and yes the unit and unit tested good. No leaks at this time.

"Arrived onsite for unit leaking. Tested the unit and it took awhile to start leaking. Pulled off the front panel and saw that when the unit was pumping the water. It was leaking out of the corner front right. Tried to level the front feet to the unit to get the water to stay in the unit, but noticed that there is extra flooring underneath the unit causing it to sit some what forward and making the water leak out. Let customer know that it needs to be better leveled with the front feet picked up, and that some one else needs to remove the left over flooring and possibly issues with the cabinetry. Arrived onsite for the front panel to the door had come apart from underneath. Looked at the door and saw the panel had no screws at the bottom to be held together. Was able to get screws to put in underneath the unit. No issues at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for washer-not running/locked RV @ Redbud Ranch RV RESORT. Found door would not unlock but would turn on. Once powered on the washer would run the drain pump constantly. Gained access to bottom panel to release the pull tab to unlock the door. Once the door was open I was able to capture a photo of the model and serial number. Customer threw in a few tshirts and we tried running the washer. The washer would sense and drain pump would run but the washer wouldnt turn on water to begin the cycle. We found the LED display lit up the light that looks like a hashtag inside a circle that reads Water cannot be drained. Drain pump filter, drain hose, or pump may be blocked. Check drain hose for kinks or clean the filter as shown in Washer Maintenance. This is #9 listed in the owners manual in the Control Panel and Features section. Sr Tech SW has ordered the parts for this repair.

I did find that the unit did have oven calibration settings. Advise the customer of the calibration settings and calibrated 15? north of where it was. Test at the unit again in a bake cycle at 400?F and found the oven bouncing between 407?F and 390?F. Did advise the customer that if they have any further issue on how they can calibrate the oven properly. Both elements were working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for standing freezer not cooling properly. Upon arrival I perform and found 9 degrees in freezer. I gained access to evap and found some ice buildup on it. I steamed ice off and tested the defrost element and found it good then tested defrost thermistor and found it good. Which points to there being a control issue. I replaced the control and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on call for complaint of leaking. Found the previous technician failed to complete the final step of removing the blockage from the defrost drain. Removed the evaporator cover and cleaned drain then pulled out refrigerator and checked the drain hose in the back.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator thats not cooling either side. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found both side sitting at 68?F. Check the evaporator and found the evaporator somewhat cool at the top but no frost pattern anywhere on the evaporator. Went to the back and check the compressor and found the compressor running. Took an amp draw off the unit and found the uniform .167 A.

Arrived on site to inspect unit for not cooling normally and causing lots of issues to include condensation. Upon inspection found the units compressor pulling .77 amps which was low. Unit was not calling for cooling when cab was hot. Spoke with techline and was told to order a full sealed system repair and control boards.

"Arrived on site for rf low ice, still freezing food, dispenser drips; call techline while at residence. Customer explained they just recently replaced the filter. Took temps and freezer was between 12-13. Fridge was at 39. Dampener door in fridge was set to cold. Temp setting was one right above ideal. Ran test switch on ice maker and it harvested but water was not coming in. Removed filter head and installed new filter head. Ran test again and water came into ice mold as designed. Called techline regarding items freezing in the fridge on top and second shelf. Spoke to Chris. Chris explained the dampener should be set to coldest instead of cold. This will allow more cold air to remain in the freezer and not the fridge. Chris recommended the customer leave the temp setting where it was (one above ideal) until tomorrow. If items in fridge arent freezing on top and second shelf they could bump it up to ideal. If items are still freezing in ideal they should bump it back down one to prevent freezing items in fridge. Chris stated the dampener being set to coldest instead of cold will keep the freezer colder and prevent the fridge from getting so much cold air. SR7732645905"

Ran 30 minute heat cycles on both ovens and found the following results test set to 350(started @10:06), 417 (ended @10:17) 365 (@10:27) 333 (@10:34). Unit averaged 366 degrees when set to 350 in both ovens. Called techline and documented issue with Ed sr#77322640671. Was instructed to recalibrate unit -10 degrees in both ovens. Arrived on site to diagnose a cooktop with a burner not working properly. Found center portion of dual burner not working properly and replaced burner. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived on site to diagnose an oven with lights not turning off. Found rivet for door switch not pressed properly. Re-pressed rivet and all is working properly at this time.

"Arrived onsite for unit dripping from the front and the water not draining from the bellow. Tested the unit and unit did drain and spin. Upon further inspection, found that the 5 holes in the bellow were clogged not allowing the water to run back into the tub. Cleared holes and let customer know that there was hair in between the glass and the bellow at the bottom causing the water to leak. Customer cleaned the glass and the bellow. Tested unit again and water was no longer leaking. No issues at this time. Job complete.
