"WDT750SAKZ1 Arrived to inspect wash and drying issues. I found the unit was set to A3 rinse agent dispensing and corrected to A1 to lower the amount of rinse agent that was being dispensed, via the hidden settings menu. The dispenser door was dislodged and required reseating. I found the door was not fully closing due to misalignment and I removed the unit from the counter to correct all legs, which corrected the door closing issue. Testing revealed the heater working after a complete control reset. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for a microwave that wont turn off the over the counter light. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that they just moved in and they have not been able to turn off the light over the counter. I plug the unit in and did confirm the customers complaint. I went to adjust the setting and found the lights getting brighter and dimming. I gained access to the lightbulb after disconnecting the unit and found that there was an LED bulb in the microwave. I asked the customer if they had a standard bulb because these unit dont work with LED bulbs. He advised that he had one in another unit. He grabbed the standard 40 W bulb and I installed it into the microwave. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed turning the light bulb off and on. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

"Arrived on site for a range that smells like gas. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit normally does not smell like gas but he has had several instances when cooking where the unit smells like ass when its getting close to 325?F. he advised that it happened a few months ago and then it happened the other day when he was cooking. I tested the unit at 350?F and found the glow bar ignite the flame spreader and turn on the gas valve. We ran the unit up to 350?F and I watched it cycle on and off twice. I did smell what seem to be Burt gas but did not find an excessive gas odor. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Austin SR# 7739711131. He advised that because the unit is not smelling of gas when the oven is not in use, the issue would be with trace amounts of gas that arent fully burned upon ignition of the burner flame. He advised that the glow bar will ignite the gas from the back, and it will slowly move forward, but that gas is still being released through the entire burner flame as this happens. He advised that this is not to be concerned about and that, unless if the flame spreader does not ignite or gas was leaking into the oven when the unit was not in use, there would be no issue with the unit. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that after the previous technician came, he has noticed no difference in the ability of the dishwasher to dry dishes. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed with the heater coming on at the end of the cycle. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rob SR# 7739710161. He advised that because the heater did come on at the end of the diagnostic cycle and there were no stored error codes, there would be nothing wrong with the dishwasher itself. He advised that no plastics will dry inside any standard dishwasher on the market right now. He stated that because this has a plastic tub, has plastic racks, and uses plastic spray arms, there would be no way to guarantee any type of full dry inside this dishwasher. I stopped testing and checked the burner trap door and it was set correctly. I checked the regulator and found it was not converted when replaced. Arrived on-site for Ice Machine producing thin ice. On inspection the water level was to low in the tray. I stopped the unit and a flush. The 1st time the after the flush the unit over filled the tray for 2 1/2 minutes. Installed a new recirculation pump and now the unit does not over fill the water tray. Arrived on site to inspect washer that delicate option was not responding to touch. Upon further inspection found that the touch pad for delicate would not allow itself to be selected. I placed unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I reset the unit by disconnecting power for 5 minutes. I tested the unit again and the delicate option is now working. Verified issue, all cooktop burners ignite properly, broil ignites properly, when turning on bake cycle a spark is produced but works intermittently. Sometimes take 4-5 sparks before ignition or there is not ignition at all and gas to the burner tube shuts off. When there is no ignition there is a strong gas smell due to the unburned gas. Noticed spark igniter is positioned too far away from the burner tube, after repositioning it closer to the burner tube and testing unit, bake burner tube now ignites during the first spark. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling and no ice. Upon arrival customer stated FC is not as cold as it used to be and there is no ice being made. When exposing the evaporator found the unit was in a defrost cycle so no frost pattern was on the evaporator. Evaporator fan engages properly and heater is also engaging. After defrost cycle was complete, compressor kicked on. After 15 minutes no frost has developed on the evaporator and compressor is running extremely hot. Contacted service thread, per service thread unit has a sealed system issue. Will need to order parts pertaining to that issue. Turned unit off to prevent further damage. Unit is a r600a. "Arrived on site to test unit for not washing dishes. Upon arrival customer stated her unit gets a lot of organic growth through out. After a cleaning cycle with affresh unit will get that growth back after a couple cycles. Ran diagnostic cycle, unit filled, wash motor engaged, and unit drained. Vent fan and heater did not activate. Customer also is not using rinse aid, highly advised that she starts using it after repair is complete to remove as much excess water that is inside the tub. "Arrived on site to test unit for not heating. Upon arrival customer stated they heard a loud pop and spark and unit stopped heating. Verified that unit is not heating with magic lights diagnostic tool, removed unit from cavity and inspected internals. Found burnt diode and wires on the transformer burned damaging the capacitor. Replaced capacitor (WPW10574736), magnetron (W10754299), diode (W11256462), and transformer (W11545871). Tested unit, unit is now heating and is running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker had lost position while harvesting. Arrived on site for a wash machine. That has a broken strike. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaints and found the scrape broken. I replaced the strike and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11457841.

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit began to make several popping noises and hadnt been used in approximately 24 hours, so the unit was cold. When I opened the oven door, I found the bottom panel was not secured on the back right corner (photo). I removed the panel and tested the unit and it ignited as designed. I installed the bottom panel correctly and retested and the unit is operating as designed and I could not duplicate any abnormal noises. I recommended the customer get a video of the noise should the unit began making unusual noises again. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed.
