"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F8E0-low fan speed under speed. I cleared the code and as soon as the unit went into standby mode, the cooling fan turned on without the unit being turned on. I pulled the unit out and found the power cord is too short to pull all the way out and is plugged in behind the microwave that is installed above the oven. I was able to get the unit out far enough to service today. I removed the back panel and inspected the sensor harness and main harness molex connectors for any defective terminals and both were good on each molex connector. I tested the main harness for continuity and it is good. Tested the sensor and found 1091 ohms which is within normal range. Due to the main control not recognizing the sensor and the fan not reaching speed, I removed and replaced the main control and blower and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

The customer had Eaton BR breakers and I found the one labeled as the disposal was tripped, showing a mis-labeling and that the breaker had tripped with a 5 code. Arrived onsite for a washer causing white spots on clothing. I found out from the customer that the spots were darker colored spots on the clothes after the clothes dry but when the clothes come out of the washer and are wet the spots are white. I tested the washer and found no error codes. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the machine worked as designed. I set the load and go concentration correctly for the detergent the customer was using. I tested the machine in a quick wash cycle and found it adding to much detergent. I tested again on the same cycle with the concentration set on 2X and then again with it set on 10X and got the same amount of detergent. I called techline and spoke with Kurt SR# 7737885352. Arrived on site to inspect dryer. The timer knob is broken. I removed and replaced the timer and knob per service pointer W11693378 and tested. The unit now operates as designed.

"Arrived onsite for washer leaking. On inspection the ceiling said it was always after the first load it would start to leak. The unit is stacked so I moved the unit away from the wall. I was looking at the washer when I hit the dryer vent and water started to stream out of the vent hose. I stopped and I pulled the vent hose off the wall and there was about 8 to 9oz of water sitting in the vent pipe. I got my towel and I turn the vent hose over and about 4 to 5oz of water came out. I then reconnected the vent hose and did a air flow test no air was flowing. Un hooked the vent hose and air stared to flow. I informed the customer on what was happening with the unit. The issue is with the dryer not the washing machine, since they are stacked it made it look like the washer was leaking. No leaks detected during service on the washer."

"Arrived on site for a microwave that is clicking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me what was going on and swung the door closed to start a cycle. She advised that sometimes the unit will make a clicking sound when she closes the door and will not actually cook her food. Verified the customers complaint. The customer stated that whenever they push it on the door or tap the door, the unit will start working. I tested the unit by closing the unit manually and found it working every single time. When swinging in the door closed, found the unit, intermittently not making contact with the door switch. Gained access to the door switches and found all the switches making and breaking. Checked the interlock assembly and found no abnormalities to the interlock assembly. Checked the door and the cabinet for any abnormality and found nothing. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Derek SR# 7737879716. He said that when the door gets swung shut, the door can bounce back a little bit the other way even at a hairline fracture causing issues with the door switches being engaged fully. He said the customer will need to firmly close the door and not swing it shut. He said to make no repairs at this time, and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

I tilted the unit back and found a large amount of gearcase oil on the rotor, clutch assembly, drain pump and all four side panels. I disassembled the unit and removed and replaced the gearcase, slider and clutch and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. Arrived onsite for dryer leaking. On inspection found water built up in the vent hose took off the vent form the exhaust pipe and found serval oz of water in the pipe. I turn the vent over and a few more oz of water came out. I then did a air flow test on the unit and it failed. I disconnected the vent hose again and it passed the air flow test. Customer is going to clear the vent pipe of obstruction and monitor the water come out of the dryer. There is a water leak until the air flow issue is resolved.

Arrived on site to inspect bottom mount refrigerator noise. I ran test 3 in service test mode and found the damper motor clicking loudly. I am ordering the damper motor to resolve. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 WPW10196393 (Damper)

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator making noise. On inspection the unit makes noise when the rc doors are open then you close them and there is a rattling noise from the compressor. Gain access to the compressor and found that one of the bolts holding the compressor down was lose, tighten it up and the noise got quite but still there. On further inspection found a copper tube was on top of the compressor I moved it up about a half inch and the noise went away. The refrigerator is operating as designed"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that has no power and a lid. Locked. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit unplugged and plugged in the unit. Found no power at the control. Verified proper voltage and polarity. Going to the control. I unplugged the unit and checked resistance through the drain pump. Found 1.5 ohms of resistance, indicating a shorted pot drain pump. Found One of the transistors on the control head blown, causing the control to fail as well. Check resistance at the drain pump and confirm the same resistance. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Drew SR# 7737881535. He advised to go ahead and replace both the drain pump and control. Replaced both parts and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete."

"WED6150PW0 Arrived for moisture within the drum. I found the vent tubing was crushed and preventing airflow and I corrected its routing. The unit is vented into the garage and I advised warmer and damper air could be drawn into the unit due to the HVAC system within the home. I tested the outlet and its providing 123V and is wired correctly. I tested the unit and it failed to turn on. Disassembled the unit and removed and replaced the drive motor and retested using my,jumper wire in the door switch and the unit is operating as designed. I tested the main harness for continuity and it is good. I advised the customer of my repairs. Reassembled the unit and retested several times and it continues to operate as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator throwing P0 error code. On arrival customer said he decided to replace the unit since he had many service calls prior and no longer needs service. Call completed.

Arrived on site to replace hinges and grates. Test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed gearcase, slider, rotor and clutch. Unable to fully test as unit did not have water supplied. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water or ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and could hear the valve energizing, but not dispensing water. I tested the ice maker and got the same results. I pulled the unit out and tested the incoming water supply and it is good. When I went to replace the inlet valve, I found the part sent with me today was the incorrect part. I checked the model number and found the model number on the unit did not match the number on the ticket. Corrected the model number on the ticket and ordering the valve and HV control and scheduled return service for 11/29/23. No water leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11645245 (Inlet valve) and 1 W11558182 (HV control)"

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood pellets falling from the filters. Upon further inspection, the customer showed me how the carbon filters that are attached to the blower assembly are falling out. I found the carbon filters had been melted at some point due to excessive flames on the cooktop (photos). I advised the customer that the carbon filters are only to be used if the unit does not vent outside and due to this unit venting outside and the screened filters being dirty; when the customer was using the cooktop, the flame was too high and the venthood sucked the flames up into the blower assembly and melted the filters. I removed the filters and recommended that the customer throw them away as they are of no use in their condition. I tested the unit and it is operating and venting as designed. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"WFG320M0MS0 Arrived to inspect gas leak. I found the issue was that only one side of the bake tube would light, due to an incorrectly adjusted air shutter, and the other side that would not light was allowing unburnt gas to flow, creating the odor issue. After correcting the air shutter setting, the issue was resolved and the raw gas odor and incorrect burn, were corrected. No gas leaks detected during service. Contacted the Safety Team and advised of my findings. SR# 7737774609"

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the compressor turning on and off, fast ice freezes the lines, and the drawer will not close. I ran the compressor and condenser fan test finding all working as designed and the sounds were normal. I ran the dampener test and it sounds normal. I ran the evaporator fan and the customer stated that sounded the closest to the noise they had heard but stated it was muck louder. I started and stopped the fan multiple times and it ramped up and sounded normal at this time. I tested the ice box thermistor, the ice level sensors, and the icemaker fan. All checked good and worked as designed. The ice bucket was about an inch from being full. I put the unit back in operating mode and set the unit to max ice. I found the fan working as designed. I found no air leaks at this time. The customer wasnt sure if the dispenser works when the unit stop making ice. I gave the customer a few things to watch and check if it happens again to narrow down what the issue could be. The customer will also tape the noise if it happened again. I found the deli drawer opening up about a 1/2 inch after it is closed because the refrigerator is not level and low in the front. I was unable to get the refrigerator as high as it needed to be in the front because the cabinet doors above it would hit the refrigerator doors and not open. I set the front as high as possible and it did improve the deli drawer. The customer said they would live with however it works because they dont want to raise the cabinet. At this time all is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner flame not staying on. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found all burners operating as designed except the middle burner. When turning the middle burner to simmer, the flame goes out. I cleaned the orifices and retested and it continued to fail. I removed and replaced the middle burner valve and retested and unit is operating as designed. I verified no leaks in the gas line connections using liquid gas leak detector. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."
