"Arrived on site for a dryer that is making a knocking sound upon the start of dryer starting. Inspected unit and work area. I attempted to start the dryer five separate times with one load having clothes in it. Could not replicate the sound. Attempted again after working on her washer and still was unable to replicate the sound being made. I did advise the customer that because I could not replicate the sound, there was not really a whole lot for me to be able to check on most of the issue was with her vent hose playing against the back of her unit when it went first started. She advised that the sound would start up but then it would completely go away within 30 seconds. Customer will take a video of the sound if she can replicate it again and will call back if any further service is needed.

Customer advised that the unit seems to make a clunking sound between agitation when it ships into spin. She didnt know if that was normal or not but wanted to have it checked because she thought something might be going out. Test of the unit in an auto test in the unit ran hours designed. Tested the unit and manual spin and agitation testing and the customer confirmed that the clicking was right when it went into spin. I did advise her that that is normal with these units due to the cam being plastic and showed her how that works. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit is operating as designed. I inspected the evaporator and it had a good frost pattern and food items were frozen. I found items in the RC section frozen as well that were in direct flow of the cold air coming from the FC section and the ice maker turned off. I turned the IM on and it began to harvest, but no water filled the tray. I found th water turned off at the wall from previous service. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with low ice production / some frost on the ice bin and slow water dispensing. Ran dispenser and found water trickling out. When I inspected the RC I found it was filled to the brim and both the air tower and airflow gaps were obstructed, which is likely causing cold pockets and unit trying to overcool, which is freezing the reservoir lines. Advised that the airflow channels need to be opened up and cooling tower needs to be able to vent properly. This should resolve both the ice production and frozen line issue. Increased temps 2 degrees, and also advised customer on steps to defrost unit if water lines arent thawing. If no improvement is made with directions given, customer has been advised we would need to replace the reservoir / valve.

Gained access to valve and sump and couldnt find leak. Eventually water began trickling down from top left corner. Inspected door at the top near strike latch and witnessed water spurting from top. Removed gasket and installed new gasket. Tested again and found water still spurting from the top. Installed the gasket opposite of how original gasket was installed and leaks stopped. Original gasket was installed incorrectly / upside down. Ran full diagnostics cycle and no more leaks detected. Washer had no error codes. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and attempted to test. With test mode in the drain function, I pressed the start button and the start light began to flash with the normal light indicating the door is not closed even though it was closed. I attempted testing in the remaining modes and it continued to fail. I cycled power and removed the control and cycled power back on and monitored the diagnostics LED and it is flashing accordingly. I tested the unit in a normal wash mode and the unit operated as designed. I placed the unit back in diagnostics and tested the unit and it operated as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and demonstrated to the customer while I still had the unit in diagnostics. I advised that no repairs are needed at this time as I cannot duplicate the issue any further.I recommended that the customer monitor the unit and if it begins to malfunction again to contact our office. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
