Upon inspection I found that the water inlet valve was not operating correctly and the noise was coming form the circulation pump cavitated because there was not enough water reservoir. After installing the new water inlet valve, I found that the noise was gone and that the unit created a nice slab of ice after monitoring it for several minutes job complete."

Errors F8E2, F10E1 and F10E2 were stored and I cleared for testing. The unit passed all testing and I suspect the codes were from installation and they did not return. All testing was done in accordance with the SP W11540964. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making growling/vibrating noise whe the compressor kicks on. Upon inspection I found that the noise was coming from the condenser making count with the chassis causing resonating vibration to solve this issue. I adjusted the chassis till the noise when I moved on to the ice clumping in the husband and found that the ice was clumping at the top, which is a sign that ice bin gasket at the top may not be sealing properly. I checked this and found that it was not I meant, and I made adjustments to the gasket as well. Make sure that it was not folding when the door closed now it is sealing much better. Unit is now operating as designed job complete"

"KRMF706ESS05 Arrived to inspect noise. I was able to somewhat recreate the noise the customer heard, but at a lower intensity. The sound heard was vibration within the lower unit area and started at the condenser entry loop. I secured the loop and added sound deadening material to the general area. I found the drain tube assembly gapped and I corrected. I squared and leveled the chassis and found the left door hinge, badly bent downward, preventing proper fitment with the ice bin to fascia contact area. I removed the door and corrected the hinge issue and tested. The unit operated as designed, no leaks observed during service."

"WED4985EW0 Arrived to inspect drying issue and excessive lint. The tenant expressed concerns about the amount of lint ejected from the external vent to the apartment unit. Initial testing was the timed heating/cooling to prove airflow and I found the unit would not heat above 165?F. I checked the electrical supply and it was L1 122.3VAC L2 121.4 and L1-L2 211.8, the combined expected as the complex is on a 3-phase supply. Under load, the 211.8 declined to 208.9 and is sufficient. I found no heater circuit shorts to chassis and reran the test, viewing the element. There was very little element that heated to glow, only at the very top of the element. 19.9 amps were measured at L2 and no heat, L1 was 6.2 amps. With heat, L1 registered 25.6 amps. The motor made a very loud vibration and I elected to replace it and the blower. The door switch was intermittently failing and I removed and replaced. Testing after service showed the unit still heating slowly, but I attribute that to very good airflow. I advised the tenant of my findings."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burners taking too long to ignite. Upon further inspection, the customer explained that when they would go to turn the front right burner on, it would take a long time to ignite and when it ignited there would be a large flame. I tested all burners and all are operating as designed. With the front right burner, I moved the burner cap to the side of the burner head and demonstrated what happens when trying to light the burner and the customer advised thats what she was seeing. I advised that the burner cap is not seated correctly which causes the ignitor to not arc against the cap like the designed too which in turn allows more gas to escape and once it does ignite, it shoots out a large flame. I made recommendations for use and care. No gas leaks detected during service and no repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not heating. Upon further inspection, I found the unit not connected to wifi and assisted the customer in connecting it to wifi. I pulled the unit out onto my dolly and found that the power cord was too short to fully pull the unit out (photo). I found the unit power cord is installed in the cabinets above the microwave (photo) with no slack in the cord. I advised the customer that the cord would need to be moved to at least behind the microwave in order for us to be able to service the unit completely. I tested the unit at the control and found no voltage between points PX1-1 to PX3-2 for the bake element and points PX4-2 to PX3-2 for the broil element. I could hear the relays clicking, but no voltage. I recommended that the customer have their builder check the wiring for the unit as they should be getting at least 240V and the unit is only getting 120V. I recommended the customer contact our office should they continue to have issues once the electrical has been corrected. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"MVWC200BW0 Arrived to inspect washer shaking badly. I found the suspension failed and allowing the basket assembly to bounce up and down, nearly freely. The horizontal motion is transferred into vertical hop when this condition exists and I advised suspension R/R. I tested all other functions within manual test mode and verified the gear case seals were intact and there was no signs of any oil leaks. I removed and replaced the suspension, re-calibrated and tested. All functions were present and the unit did not vibrate as prior, freer the repair. During service I found the recently replaced cold water supply line was not fully tightened at the washer inlet and after correcting, a leak was corrected and did not return throughout the rest of the service.

I found the thermistors in range at the control and the correct DC voltage out of the main control to the thermistors. I found some foam in the drain tube but not fully restricting the flow. I cleaned the tube out and used sealant to seal any air gap when reinstalling it. "WRV986FDEM01 Arrived to inspect temperature issues. I found the FC at 23 and RC 37. Balanced system pressure was 36/36 psi and the unit running, was 14 of vacuum and high side of 116 psi. I found no dye on any accessible areas, including all lower unit tubing, the condenser and both evaporators and I isolated the yoder loop for leak testing, via two separate service ports brazed at each end of the loop and leak solution tested and shown to be leak free joints. Pressurizing the heat loop to 118 psi, I monitored a 3 psi drop in 15 minutes, performed twice with the similar results. The tech line was closed and will need to be called for a non cabinet leak tomorrow, during business hours. No leaks observed during service. ; O-emld tckt"
