"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I turned the unit off at the breaker and then installed he MW appliance manager. I then tested the MW and found the same issue occurring. The unit would allow you to press start for the MW, you could then hear it click, but it would never run. I gained access to the interlocks and found the left side interlock bracket broken. This was allowing the switch to slip back when the door was closed. I replaced the interlock assembly and then tested the unit again. I ran the unit for 1 minute with a MW safe cup of water and found it ran through as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the IM leaking. Upon arrival the customer stated that after the ice storm the IM stopped working, and then one day they opened it up and the entire ice box was iced over. It got so bad that the unit started dripping from the ice box and onto the ground. The customer had already pulled the Im out and cleaned the ice up prior to service. I tested the IM and found it working as designed. The customer had the IM off prior to service, and when testing it I found that the IM had 3 or 4 very thin cubes of ice. This indicates a leaking valve.. I installed the new valve and then tested the unit. The unit was working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service.

"Arrived on site for a microwave that was not powering on. Upon arrival the customer stated that they had tightened the light bulb, and then everything went bad. The customer tried replacing the bulb, but nothing changed. They then went to change the fuse and found the lights came on, but nothing worked still. They also stated it looked like something had broken off of the control. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found some charring on the bulb housing terminals. I then gained access to the control and found that the triac had popped and created a large burnout. I then checked the HV system and found it bad.

Arrived on site and checked operation of the refrigerator. Found the refrigerator operated as designed. The customer did not want to install the door. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was not dispensing ice nor water. Upon arrival the customer stated she has replaced the filter twice hoping it would fix the issue, but has not. They also found items in the RC were freezing abnormally. Upon further inspection I found a pitcher of water half frozen in the RC. I checked temps and found the RC at 37?F and the FC at 0?F. I tested the IM and door fill, but neither worked. I then gained access to the water reservoir and found it frozen. I then gained access to the evap and found a good frost pattern. I gained access to the control and ohmd out the thermistors. I found the RC thermistor read at 6.21k, the FC read 22.2k, and the RC evap thermistor read 7.87k. These were all roughly accurate at the time of reading. I found no mechanical failure at the time of service. I thawed the reservoir with my steamer and then tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that was not locking nor starting, but the UI would turn on. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit would turn on, but the cycle selector wouldnt change, the lock wouldnt activate (when it does activate, it will immediately pop and unlock), and sometimes the unit would be more unbalanced than usual. These issues were intermittent. The customer tried to diagnose the unit himself, and had accessed the main control to observe any faulty connections, but found nothing. Upon further inspection I found the customer had broken the clips that clip the console in when doing this. I informed the customer and he was already aware. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F5E1 for lid switch fault and F2E1 for stuck key. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran as designed until spin when it tried to lock. The lock clicked, but would not lock, and the unit threw the F5E1 error again. I cleared the error code. I I then gained access to the control and checked voltage going to the lid lock. I found no fluctuating voltage, nor the lock energizing at all. Per tech sheet this indicates a faulty control. I then gained access to the gearcase and found significant oil leakage. I tested the suspension and found it bad as well. In order to repair the unit it will need a new gearcase, suspension, slider, and control.

Ran the eight through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain), F8 E2 (fill valve electrical problem), and FA E2 (vent wax motor electrical problem) error codes. Ive tested the unit in manual diagnostics and could not get the unit to fail. Spoke to CS and was advised to order the control, inlet water valve and assembly, vent motor, drain pump, and pump and motor for the return trip as well. The two left burners are operating as designed, but the right rear continues to be delayed in igniting. I adjusted the ignitor, inspected the orifices and adjusted the burner head and retested and got the same results. Contacted techline and spoke to Chris and advised of complaint and repairs and current issue and Chris recommended replacing the orifice holder and flame spreader at the same time and provided SR#7733497198. I am ordering the right rear orifice holder, burner head, LP conversion kit, and CNOTE-2 HR JOB due to installation. Arrived on site for an oven that is not heating properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does not seem to reach proper temperature and is erratic in terms of its cooking. She does that sometimes it all work and other times it wont. She advised the last few cycles that shes ran have all been under done and has had to add 20 minutes of cook time to her cakes in order to cook them through. Tested resistance through the temperature sensor and found it out of range. Replaced temperature sensor and ran the unit up to 350?F. Found the unit cycling properly and averaging temperature at 352?F. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and a work area. Ran the units or diagnostics and did not find any store area codes. Tested the unit and an auto test and found the unit leaking within 30 seconds. The unit appeared to be leaking from the heater. Pulled out the dishwasher and found no water running from the heater but instead at the back left corner at the top of the tub where two pieces of metal meet. Found water residue running all the way down the backside of the tub and onto the floor. It appears but it has created some water damage to the home. Advise the customer of the issue and Im ordering the tub for replacement. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and special order item. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new bin and then tested the unit. The unit is now dispensing ice. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven that was not reaching proper temps. Upon arrival I found the customer measuring temps with a hanging thermometer. I advised the customer on only checking temps with a multimeter and thermocouple, and on not using specific types of thermometers. I preheat both the lower and upper ovens. I found both roughly 30?F to high, and found the customer had already calibrated the unit to the highest temps. I calibrated the unit back down. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

I found the control with the integrated display have a physical burnout on the display. I verified the control is available for rebuild. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator making noise. Upon arrival unit was not making noise. Customer had video but could not isolate location and source. Ran test on compressor, fans, and dampener. All motorized components are functioning normally. According to customer, noise is very intermittent. Could not duplicate any issues at this time . Job complete"

"Arrived onsite for orange flames from burners. Upon arrival customer explained that flames were not blue, but orange. Had gas company out and they purged the line. On arrival tested unit and all flames are normal. Could not duplicate any issues. May have been impurities in the line. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for dishwasher rail failure. Upon arrival found right side rail failed. Replaced rail and tested. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Found the customer had not defrosted the unit as requested prior to our arrival and was unable to remove the evaporator cover. I did finally fresh food van still not running and spun it by hand. Found the motor itself had actually failed. Spoke to CS about the defrost issue in the evaporator cover and was advised that we could not remove the evaporator cover without potentially damaging the sealed system. Was advised to proceed forward with what I can fix now but not to force the evaporator cover off. Replaced the evaporator fan and tested the unit. The unit began to run and operate as designed. Because of the defrost issue, I was unable to test anything else to ensure everything was working properly. I did advise the customer of the situation and told them to keep an eye on the unit over the next 30 days to see if the issue persists. I did advise them prior to testing the unit, they will need to defrost their unit again because of the ice buildup. Call complete."
