"Arrived to inspect washer not performing well and issue with completion. The unit only had a stuck key error and no other errors stored. I cleared the error and tested via mode 51. The unit passed and no errors noted. Inspection of the rotor and gear case area revealed the agitator input shaft had over 1/4 of endplay and the gear case will require replacement. The rotor showed signs of improper engagement and will require replacement as well. The slider is of the original design and was intact, with no wear visible on the engagement teeth. No leaks observed during service. Office to contact the CX for return service and I advised the CX they may attempt to use the unit, but to stop if it will not complete cycles. ; ordrng 1 W11393685 (Gear case) and 1 W10754161 (Rotor)"

Drained water with shop vac. Found unit will only fill and wash but not drain. Talked to SW for assistance. After checking voltage to solenoid and getting 120. And solenoid ohm at 40. Recommended replacement of timer. Replaced timer and unit now operates correctly.. during testing noticed the unit kept on getting suds. Found rinse aid dispenser is leaking. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for shutting down on occasion, found unit is shutting down due to drain pump working to hard and unit should be set up on gravity drain as KB instructed on initial visit. Also found short in bin thermistor, I replaced bin thermistor, unit tested good. Arrived on site and inspected ice machine and found production is good, found install location has a gravity drain but installers connected drain pump and have entire drain hose length behind ice machine. Showed homeowner how icemaker would work better without drain pump. This would require a hole cut in the cabinet immediately to the right of the icemaker to direct drain hose into gravity floor drain, access hole should be a 9 to 12 in. Square Toward the rear of the cabinet with the bottom of the square 6 to 9 inches off the floor. Drawers would be removed to access this area. to install drain hose properly into PVC floor drain. Builder will need to be contacted to make this adjustment"

I ran my hand along the divider and could feel cold spots. I ran the unit with the condenser fan unplugged. After 5minuets I could feel a significant temperature difference along the divider, indicating the internal seal system line has moved out of position causing condensation to build up and drip on the floor. I call techline and spoke with Ed. I advised him of my findings. He advised the yodel loop has shifted in the cabinet and is not repairable. I received sr#7733514252. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice bin stuck in the left RC door. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated that the ice bin will release now, but it does not dispense ice. I removed the ice bin and inspected the ice inside and found it clumped together and wedged to where the auger cant move. Also found the auger teeth stripped and the dispenser motor shaft head stripped as well. I tested the ice dispenser door and found it not sealing properly and the ice bin door not sealing properly; both allowing warm air to go inside and cause the ice to sweat and re-freeze and clump together. Also found the right RC door gasket badly torn. I am ordering and will need authorization for the following parts...the right RC door gasket, ice bin door, ice bin, dispenser shaft, ice door, and plate and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION. "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection l the customer advised that the unit didnt spin out the clothing and showed error code F9E1. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F9E1 & F8E1. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed until it got to the spin cycle and it failed to spin. I inspected the drain filter and it was clear. When the unit drained, the water coming out of the unit was a strong flow from the hose. I removed the air trap and found it closed off with debris. I removed the debris from the trap and drum and reinstalled it and retested and unit is operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for possible sealed system repair. I found the unit powered off at the breaker. I powered the unit on and placed a thermal couple in the freezer. I found the temperature not moving after 15 minuets. I gained access to the compressor and found it not coming on. I checked voltage and found 120 vac and 11 dc in the proper locations. I spoke with SW, I tested Hertz at the output of the inverter and found proper frequency. I spoke to the customer about the compressor failing and not coming on I installed a new compressor, uv dryer, and access valve. I vacuumed the system and found it holding. I out 145 psi of nitrogen into the sealed system and waited 15 minuets. I found pressures holding. I put a measured charge into the system, and found operating low side at 2 psi. The freezer has started to cool.
