Arrived on site to install defrost components ordered by previous tech. Upon arrival cleared drain pan for excess water that melted during thaw out process. Test heater and got resistance of 86ohm at control and heater. Test heater on force heat and heater energized and saw heater burning off remaining water droplets. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to remove and replace the motor and main control, but upon my arrival, I found the customer using the dryer and it is operating as designed except it was making a loud thumping noise. I disassembled the unit and found the drum installed incorrectly. I cleaned lint and debris from the roller axles and from the tension pulley/axle. Reassembled the unit and retested and unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use & care, as well as, cleaning of the unit. I checked the concentration and found it at 10x which tells the unit to dispense the minimal amount of detergent. Arrived onsite for RF doors aren't wanting to close well and a noise ice maker. Upon inspection I found that the unit was not leveled and was leaning forwards causing the doors to fall open. I leveled unit and found that the door now would no longer fall forwards. Upon inspection of the ice maker I found the it was operating as designed and the noise the cx was hearing when dispensing ice was normal. Job complete no leaks.

Did test all burners and found all working as designed except for the left rear burner which would not come on. Checked continuity on the element and found proper continuity. Spoke to SW and we trace voltage at the element finding the unit was not getting 240 V to the element. Found the issue on the line to side. Could not find continuity through the harness from the yellow lead back to the board. Advised the customer of the findings and the customer still believes there to be an issue with his unit turning his right rear burner on when not in use. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making an abnormal sound when it dispenses water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit can dispense up to 5 cups of water before making the sound but can also happen right away. They advised that if they leave their water running for more than 20 seconds, the unit will make this pulsating siren sound. The customer did show me and was able to replicate the sound. The customer advised they had just replaced the filter a week and a half ago due to ongoing issues for the past two months. They advised that replacing the filter did not do anything. They also advised that they have replaced their waterlines within the home to the refrigerator in case if there was an issue with the water supply. Spoke to JC and was advised to put in a bypass To see if the issue was with the filter head. Found immediate pressure difference between having the filter in and not having the filter in. Arrived on site for range with door falling off as well as knob broken. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found back left knob broken off control switch and control switch mounts broken. Found door had failings hinges and receivers due to warped liner. Also found door gasket ruined and allowing heat to escape. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not working. Upon further inspection, the ised that the unit makes a loud noise when spinning. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and when the unit got to the spin mode, the tub/basket began to bang from side to side. I stopped testing and removed the agitator. I raised the top panel and found the tub ring and basket adaptor were badly damaged. Removed the basket and found the basket shaft welds had broken and was causing the basket to slide around on the gearcase shaft. Arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning the dishes. I found the dishwasher filter clogged and the upper spray arm missing and the lower completely clogged. I cleaned the filter . I cleaned the filter and sump assembly. The office will reschedule when we have eta on the parts. "Arrived on site for microwave blowing a fuse. I spoke to the customer and found out it is happening when they open the door during operation. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the fuse broken. I tested the magnetron and switches, I found the middle micro switch not changing position. I replaced the fuse and switch. I reassembled the unit and tested it. Arrived on site and sound range was not converted to LP when it was installed. Pre-screened conversion kit was not correct but orifices were good enough to get cooktop functioning properly. Set regulator to LP but do not have the correct sized orifices for the bake or broil burners. Also while testing royal DSI bored has a capacitor on it that started smoking. Monitored operation and placed glass of water on dryer. Found water shaking, recommended to buildup pedestal. Found door bellow rubbing and object stuck between basket and tub.
