Arrived on site for a dryer that is making a rattling sound during operation. Did confirm the customer complaint and found the motor causing the issue. Replace the motor and test of the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator dispensing issue. I verified low flow once again. I found good pressure with the filter removed. I removed and replaced the filter head and tested. I found no change. I removed and replaced the filter the customer provided and now found good flow. I called Whirlpool techline and spoke with Steve 7737533427. Steve recommended checking the pressure from the supply line. I did this and found very good pressure but found a lot of debris floating in the water. I showed the customer the debris. I flushed more water out of the supply line and found no more debris. I instructed the customer that the water quality may be clogging the filter prematurely. I recommended the customer get their water tested or look into added water filtration systems. The unit is operating as designed at this time. No leaks observed during service.

Pulled the unit out and found the back panel badly damaged (photo) and the inlet valve badly bent (photo). I could hear the water running sound coming from inside the cabinet at the back right side just above the Yoder loop. Removed the back cover and inspected the filter drier and found an oily substance on the drier and metal pan under it (photo). When I plugged the unit back in, the noise slowly began again. I advised the customer that the sealed system would need to be repaired. "WRF767SDHZ04 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the purposefully disconnected connector for the valves and tested. I discovered the isolation valve was operating incorrectly and one of the diodes within the lower harness was partially shorted and would allow voltage when under load. Further testing revealed the ice maker in the FC was the likely cause of the initial failure and I removed it from the circuit, as it was overflowed and the gear head was swamped. I removed and replaced the harness and control as an added measure and tested. At that point, the isolation valve would only receive 70VAC and the dispenser valve, approximately 12VAC and variable. Due to the prior found and verified control catastrophic failure and current readings, I suspected an internal harness failure. There was also an area on the lower part of the back outer skin that was raised at an angle, from upper left to lower right at 12, extending down and when pressed on, air could be heard squeezing out and the metal deformed 3/8. I contacted the MFG and advised Tech Adrian of my findings. The unit has a failed internal harness issue and cannot be repaired. SR# 7737453478. The unit has been submitted for review. No leaks observed during service and water to the unit shut off."

I found the RC at 33 degrees when set at 39 degrees. I found the refrigerator getting too cold because the diffuser is not opening and closing correctly. I found frost build up under the ice bucket caused from warm air leaks around the ice door and chute. I found ice cubes getting stuck to the bale arm of the icemaker because of the warm air leaks and this is causing the arm to hit the cover and make the icemaker think the bin is full. KRFC704FSS01 PG arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon arrival I tested temps and found RC 39 and FC -10. Inspected the ice maker and found the bin full of misshapen ice and that there was ice in the mold but there was a sheet of newly forming ice on top of the existing cubes indicating that the ice maker had not been dumping ice and overfilling. Replaced the ice maker and tested and the operational test was successful. Leveled the unit and found that one of the RC gaskets was worn. Ordering the gasket for return service. Once I was completed,teed with the repair and turned the power back on to the unit, I tested the water dispenser and it dispensed water as designed. I found the dryer heating and venting properly. I ran the diagnostics cycle and found all functions working as designed. I found the dryer no leveled correctly and not allowing clothes to contact the sensor bars correctly. I leveled the unit. The customer is hearing a chirping noise at times that I cannot hear. From what she is saying it sounds like it could be coming from the idler pulley or drum. Ordering 4392065 rebuild kit, W10612022 seal, and 279441 bearing ring. Office to RS.; ordrng 1 4392065 (Rebuild kit) and 1 W10612022 (Seal) and 1 279441 (Bearing ring)"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not sealing. Upon arrival customer stated gaskets were fine. Their issue was the ice box over freezing under bucket and not allowing it to set properly. After further inspection I found water leaking from separator not sealing and causing ice build up under bucket. Rescheduled customer for 10/17/23 to complete repairs with new separator and mount. Ordering W11573761 mounting chute, W11098702 seperator ; ordrng 1 W11573761 (Chute) and 1 W11098702 (Seperator)"

Arrived onsite for unit not producing ice. Upon arrival inspected and found bin was 1/2 full. Customer stated was slow to produce but is now making ice. Unit is Functioning properly . Job complete

Arrived onsite to install previously ordered part. Upon arrival I installed the new sump&motor and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed. No leaks

Arrived on site to test unit for time being off. Assisted customer with downloading app and connecting to WiFi. Connection was successful and time automatically adjusted itself. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for washer making a screeching noise during agitation(per customer on arrival). Upon arrival confirmed failure. Found due to leveling feet never being installed that unit had now cause cam to cut into belt cover and come loose. Added temporary cam (from 393051) to test unit and found unit needs new cam, feet, belt and shield. Rescheduled customer for 10/17/23. Ordering WPW10687506 leveling feet(4x), W11239857 belt, W10721967 cam, WPW10427633 shield. ; ordrng 4 WPW10687506 (Leveling feet)s and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 WPW10427633 (Shield)"

Arrived on site to inspect side by side refrigerator not dispensing ice. I found the door to the ice container not opening fully and coming into contact with the case causing ice to not drop into the chute. I removed and replaced the ice container and tested. The unit is now operating as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for washer flashing LF error code . Ran diagnostics and got same code . Ran manual and slower water fill then normal. Also found gunk build up in cold valve screen . Replaced valve . All checked normal during diagnostics test wash . No water leaks detected at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. When I attempted to test, the error code F9E1-long drain/no drain appeared. I tilted the unit back, and found the drain pump harness broken just as it goes under the tub (photos). I removed and replaced the harness and retested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for rattling sound. Found harness was sitting on bottom of cabinet. Secured harness and customer satisfied with improvement. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a range that is clicking. Upon arrival I found that the unit will click multiple times but the when you open the bottom drawer it ignites right away. The customer did have from baking pans and trays stored in it which caused the spark from the igniter to travel to the trys instead of igniting the back burner. I tested the unit after removing the baking trays and found unit operating as designed

"Arrived on site to diagnose noisy washer. Customer showed me video and confirmed a tapping sound at lower spin speeds. Linked sound to the drain hose tapping the back of the washer, and verified with customer that when hose is pushed away from the unit there is no noise. Advised to isolate that hose and it will stop tapping. Call complete."
