"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise they were experiencing and based off the video provided, it appeared that the unit was off balance due to the placement of the clothing. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed other than a slight screeching noise I heard when the basket ramped up in speed in the spin cycle of testing. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of the complaint, the history of the unit and my findings today. I tilted the unit back and removed the pulley shield and found debris on the belt and pulley and advised a Bruce of my findings. Bruce recommended replacing the belt and cleaning the pulley and motor pulley and provided SR#7738607434. I advised the customer of my findings and conversation with the manufacturer. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a rattling or vibration noise. The customer played me a video and the noise was refrigerant noise entering the evaporator. I inspected the evaporator and found the sound pad barely hanging on the evaporator and in the wrong location. I installed the pad where the capillary enters the evaporator. I tested the refrigerator and the noise is muffled now. I went over using crushed ice and adjusted the doors for the customer. I explained to the customer that there tile at the rear of the refrigerator was out of level from left to right and they would need to roll the refrigerator up on a shim to get it any closer. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling good in the RC but the FC is ok. I found it not cooling well in either section due to no air flow and the evaporator completely frosted up. I forced defrost and the heater is working as designed. I found the door gaskets sealing properly. I found the FC thermistor reading 10 degrees colder than it should. I found the evaporator fan working as designed. I found no other reasons that the unit wasnt going thru a defrost. I removed all the frost from the coil. I changed the defrost thermistor and the UI since thats what I had. If the customer calls back the main control will need to be replaced. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect range leaking CO2 per gas company. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they smelled gas and contacted the gas company and were advised by the gas company that the oven is leaking CO2. I tested the cooktop burners and found all flames were blue (photo). Using my CO2 detector, I placed it at the oven vent on the cooktop under the control panel and tested the oven on Bake at 350 degrees. The customer advised that they smelled the odor approximately two minutes after the bake burner ignited. I allowed the oven to heat for approximately ten minutes and within that time, the bake burner shut down once it reached preheat temp, and then came back on once the sensor detected it was cooling off inside. While testing, I found the burner flames were blue with an occasional orange tip. I tested the bake function several times and tested the broil mode several times as well. The customer advised that they never smelled the odor they were experiencing before. Once I was done testing the oven, I tested the cooktop again and all burners are operating as designed. I turned the front left burner on but without the flame and allowed the gas to flow and questioned the customer if what they were smelling was the odor they smelled before. The customer identified the odor as the one the smelled when they contacted the gas company and the gas company to,d them it was CO2. I advised the customer that what they were smelling was Natural Gas and not CO2 and explained that they cant smell CO2 but that theyre CO2 alarm would have alerted them of the odor. Customer advised their CO2 alarm never alerted. The customer advised that the gas company rep had a tester that had gas and CO2 testing capabilities on the same tester and they said the tester alerted while they were testing the oven with the burner on. I advised the customer that if the flames werent orange/yellow while testing and blue as they are now, there was minimal CO2 and their CO2 alarm would have alerted when their tester alerted. I advised that their tester was on gas sensing and not CO2 sensing and it alerted to the natural gas being burnt off by the burner. My CO2 tester never alerted and the customers alarm never alerted to any CO2 in the air. I advised the customer that with the odor they experienced, which was the natural gas emitted from the unit, was more than likely due to one of the burners being left turned on and the gas hadnt ignited. Customer advised that their water heater had a potential gas leak as well around the same time they were experiencing the odor from the oven. I found the range operating as designed with no gas leaks detected during service. Job completed."

Arrived on site for unit. Tripping breaker. Upon arrival inspected unit and found customer stated unit had been leaking. Also building up condensation in the console area. disconnected vent hose and water poured out. Took pictures. Ran airflow test with vent on and off. Passed airflow test with vent hose. "Arrived onsite for a front load washer thats not starting or operating. The customer stated the unit shakes badly and bangs against the wall when using it. I found the shipping bolts still in the unit. I took one pic. I removed the shipping bolts. I found the door locked and the control not responding. I disconnected power and unlocked the door. I powered the unit up and it was trying to drain but not much water was coming out. I found some bra pads had gotten between the basket and tub restricting the drain. I removed the pads, cleared the long drain error, and tested the machine. All is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier. I evacuated the system and found a lot of liquid substance evacuating from the drier. Using my Nitrogen, I connected to the drier and removed the access valve from the compressor and blew out the system with the nitrogen. I found very little nitrogen was coming out at the access valve which is telling me there is a restriction in the system. I removed the compressor and drier and installed new and tested the unit by doing a push/pull test and the unit is operating properly. I vacuumed the unit for approximately 1 hour and pressures held good at -30/0. I installed 68g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. Plugged the unit in and monitored cooling. The unit is beginning to cool and operating as designed. I advised the maintenance staff to monitor the unit which should cool within approximately 24 hours. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"WRF757SDHZ04 Arrived to inspect door closing difficulties and ice issues. I found the leveling legs were never set and after correcting, the door closing issue was resolved, due to correcting the top-forward lean of the chassis. The ice was wet in appearance and had signs of thaw/freeze cycling due to insufficient cooling in the storage bin. The ice maker housing was not installed correctly during manufacturing and after correcting, the sealant the bin assembly operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

I checked the control and found it set at the recommended setting and I found the damper control set to cold for the freezer section which is allowing too much cold air into the RC section which in turn is causing food items to freeze. I explained how the damper control works I and reset the control just passed the recommended setting to allow the RC section to warm up slightly. I tested the temps in the FC=10 degrees and the unit is currently in defrost model I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed and once the fresh foods section reached a comfortable temp to place the damper control back to the recommended setting. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the gear case, drive motor, splutch, assembly, belt, and actuator. Arrived on site for dryer not starting. Upon arrival found cuttoff and thermal fuse blown due to fog in venting of home. Replaced both parts then tested unit. Found dryer working as designed and instructed customer to get report to fort hood maintenance that a dryer vent cleaning is needed as well as making sure all lint is removed from in home connection to roof exist. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for shutting cycle off after a few minutes. Tested unit, unit runs and then begins to countdown for cool down section. Confirmed it had cool down selection on normal and bulky to confirm it was normal function. Advised customer unit has a moisture sensor in the front of the unit if no wet clothes brush up against it then unit will shut down as a safety feature. I recommend using timed dry to bypass the moisture sensor and to make sure unit runs as long as desire. Maintenance was present and can confirm unit working properly. Job complete."

Customer showed video of issue. However, for the past few days the unit has been functioning normally. Could not duplicate the issue. "Arrived onsite for washer not working. On inspection the cold water was not being dispense into the unit. The F5E2 error was gone and there was a F8E2 error low flow. On further inspection found the cold water was turn off, turn the it on and tested the unit. The unit ran through diagnostic mode with no issues. The F5E2 error never came back. I then ran a quick wash to make sure it would complete a cycle and it did. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with power; lights on and an empty bin. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and found the unit operating as designed. I tested the bin thermistor and found it out of range and shorted. Using a thermistor from my van stock (WPW10511923) I removed and replaced the thermistor and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Customer advised that when the unit is plugged into the outlet behind it, it gets no power due to a power outage. I tested the outlet and found it had good polarity and is wired correctly. I plugged the unit into the outlet behind the unit and tested again and the unit is operating as designed. "Arrived onsite for cooktop center burner not working. On inspection found that the flame is only half away around the burner. Took the burner apart and found debris in the gas ports. Cleared the ports reassembled the burner, the flame now is all the way around the burner. The unit is operating as designed."

Arrived onsite for IM not working. On inspection had the unit do a harvest test and the ice was real small. I then did a water call heard the valve energize and no water came out. Ordering a dual valve. Then customer showed me that the middle drawer in the fc had frost in the middle of drawer. On further inspection found the frost buildup on the bottom of the top drawer at the back of drawer. Odering the p trap drain and gasket sealer to return next week. Sr7738575100; ordrng 1 W11661573 (P trap drain) and 1 W11482383 (Dual valve)

"Arrived on site for leaking at left rear of unit. Upon arrival,inspected unit and found detergent leaking from rear corner of unit onto floor. Found that unit is not leveled correctly and detergent has been overfilled at drawer, trickled down inside of left panel and out of rear. Confirmed leak is only detergent and no water. Removed top lid to inspect dispenser and hoses. All are good with no signs of leaks. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for lost door tension and repaired door hinge and lubricated T shaft to correct and repair tension. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to test unit for no cooling. Upon arrival customer stated she has extended warranty through Home Depot. Advised customer to contact warranty company again so we can get dispatched through them so we can service this unit. Did not touch or disassemble unit but from hearing the compressor run, you can hear that it is seized and will need a sealed system repair. No service provided so no fee collected. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for a washer the is nor starting a cycle. Upon arrival I found that the issue was caused by a broken striker. I ordered the striker and scheduled for the 03/05/24; ordrng 1 W11457841 (STRIKE)

Arrived onsite for not producing ice and replaced the ice maker and valve together based on mixed diagnostic results. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived onsite for a cooktop that was tested by a third party inspector and they found the the right rear burner was not operating properly. Upon inspection I found that the burner was operating as designed it heated on high and pulsed on and off like normal on low. I tested the others burners and found that they opened as designed

Arrived on site to test unit for unit rattling when blower is on. Couldnt remove blower and new blower was damaged. Will need to return with new blower and 2 hour 2 man job office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11106377 (Blower) and 1 2hourjob (2 hour job) and 1 2manjob (2 ma job)

"Arrived on site for leaking water, upon arrival, inspected unit. Found lots of floor and cabinet damage due to water. Uploaded pictures. The inside tub is perfectly dry. Customer said has not used in about a month. Confirmed valve is not weeping. Pulled unit from cabinet. Do not see obvious signs of leaks. Ran unit outside of cabinet to inspect while operating. Unit is operating correctly without leaking. Drained unit and there are no leaks from pump or any hose. Unit is operating as designed with no leaks detected. Customer has video of unit operating and not leaking. I suspect water damage happened from a different source. Job complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and I tested the voltage at the outlet and found no voltage. I checked the breaker (GFCI) and found it tripped. Recycled the power to the unit and retested voltage and got 248V. I attempted to test the unit and it would not turn on. I tested voltage at the terminal block and found 248V from red to black; 148V from red to white; 58V from black to white and 124V from red to ground. I inspected the outlet and found the neutral terminal damaged (photo). I plugged the unit in and was able to test the unit and it is operating as designed. The customer advised that the unit begins to make a noise after approximately 20 mins of use. I disassembled the unit and found the blower wheel damaged (photo). All other components are good. I reassembled the unit and left it unplugged for safety and recommended they not use the unit until the blower wheel is replaced. I am ordering the wheel and scheduled return service for 03/05/24. No lint observed during service.; ordrng 1 WP697772 (Blower wheel)"

Arrived onsite for unit not operating no power. Traced power and found shorted hot at the dishwasher power block. Repaired wiring connection. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. All checks good.
