Arrived onsite for refrigerator with chattering noise during water dispense. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I replaced the inlet valve and the noise was still present. I accessed the filter-head and dual valve. I could hear the dual valve making a chattering noise while dispensing so I replaced it and lowered the incoming pressure at the wall a little bit. The unit is no longer making a chattering noise and is working as designed. No leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

I removed the console and disassembled the UI from the console and inspected the speaker and it appeared to be okay. Tapped on it and reassembled the console/UI and retested. Arrived onsite for dryer making loud noise while spinning. Upon inspection I found the drum would lop and roll incorrectly causing a loud thud every time it spun around. I disassembled the unit and inspected the bulk head. I could not see any issues. I believe the belt had twisted up causing the drum to become mis aligned. I reassembled the unit and tested. The unit is now working as designed no abnormal noises present. I also noticed some lint packed in the blower housing so I cleared it out. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher rack wheels broken. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that the unit is not drying and the lower rack wheels are broken. I found the left side wheels wonky and causing the rack to j7mp off the track on the door when rolling the rack out of the unit. Removed and replaced the wheels and test3d. Rack is operating as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed. While testing, using my multimeter, I tested amp draw to the components and found the element showing 7-9amps during wash & drying cycles as designed. I found the unit with rinse aid in the dispenser. I set the dispenser dial to 3 to allow for more rinse aid to dispense.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s freezing up near the air baffle and is not keeping temperature in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Found the refrigerator somewhat disassembled by the customer. They advise that since they remove the air baffle from the refrigerator that it seems to be holding better temperature. Did find the air bifold shut and would not open until I?ve started poking the air baffle to try to open it. The unit then began to open as designed. However, when trying to get the air baffle to close, the unit motor would not start again.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not drying dishes. Upon arrival entered diagnostics and found no error codes. I ran a diagnostics test cycle and found that unit was able to run through each test with passing results. The heater did come on and with no water in the tub (other then ambient droplets) I fpund heater during diagnostics heated tub to 96 degrees. Also found water temp entering dishwasher was around 114 degrees. Customer also stated that they dont use rinse aid. I went over proper operation with customers on using right type of rinse aid and how often to use it. Also informed customer that unit needs a minimum of 120 degrees of hot water entering tub. Placed unit and service diagnostics and found an F3 E2 (inlet water temperature fault), F0 E4 (spin limited by water temperature), F5 E1 (lid lock fault), and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. Tested the unit in a manual lid lock test and found the latch not recognizing the lid down. Tested the lid lock several times with the same issue. Replaced the lid lock assembly and tested the unit. Arrived on site for a dryer that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they weren?t sure if there was anything I could do for them because the unit has been working for the last week and a half since they called in for service. Inspected unit and confirmed customers statement as the unit is powering on allowing the unit to start a drying cycle. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in both sections. Upon inspection I found the ice door missing allowing air to get into the FC. I found frost build up on the inside of the FC door but most things in the FC were frozen solid. Customer had complaints of the ice maker not producing. I could hear a odd noise coming from the condenser fan so I pulled the unit to investigate.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival confirmed temp in freezer was 2 degrees and rc was 47 degrees. I then inspected FC evap and found a healthy frost pattern but the evap fan motor wasnt running efficiently enough to force cold air down to rc and this had lead to an ice blockage. Customer stated unit had been running none stop until arrival for diagnosis. I replaced evap harness, main control as well as evap fan motor. Evap thermistor ohmed out perfectly. Informed customer to watch the temps in both compartments for the next two weeks and inform us if anything new were to occur. Call complete"

Arrived on site for refrigerator to cooling. Upon arrival I took temp readings and found FC was 0 & rc was 36 degrees. Upon a further diagnostics found compressor and condenser fan were functioning as designed. Evap frost pattern was healthy but I found evap fan motor was not running at full power. Found dc voltage through harness was fluctuating to much to allow fan to run smoothly. I ended up replacing both the power supply & hv control. After repairs I found unit had been functioning fully as designed with no further issues. Call complete

"Arrived on site for possible sealed system repair. I checked step 56 and found error code e5 bad ice maker thermistor ice storage temperature satisfied, ice mold in frozen state too long. I ran step 57 and found the unit cycled. I ran a fill test and found the unit no filling with water. I inspected the freezer evaporator and found no signs of frost or ice build up. I ran a temperature check in the freezer and found it getting below 4 degrees. I gained access to the compressor and found the unit missing a back wheel. I inspected the drip pan and found a crack near the front of the drip pan. I found the unit has a dryer with an access valve on it. For the high side. I out the unit into home position and let the pressures equalize. I found pressure at the high side good. I powered the unit on and found it building pressure appropriately. I spoke to CS. The unit will need, an ice maker, fill tube heater, fascia heater, drip pan, and new wheel to complete the repair. order fill tube heater W11087201, fascia heater WPW10553630, drip pan W11225840, icemaker W11294907, roller WP67005149. The roller pin is in the drip pan."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not producing ice. Upon inspection I found the ice tray full of ice. I ran diagnostics and the ice tray harvested and filled as designed. I found the unit not dropping below 20 degrees in the FC but the RC was 37. I accessed the evaporator and found a good frost pattern on the coils. I found that it looked like the coils thawed then re froze because of water droplets that were frozen on the coils. I checked all fans and thermistors and all checked good. I am being advised to order the FC thermistor(W10316760) HV control(W11089236) and return with the ice maker. "Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not cooling at times, customer had ABA Appliance put and they diagnosed a leak in the evaporator, when I arrived, I found freezer was at -1 to 5 degrees, I removed evaporator cover and found excellent frost pattern, showed customer, I tested unit in diagnostic mode, everything passed, fan motor, heating circuit, cooling system, unit tested good. If problem continues, will recommend replacing control and thermistor."

Arrived on site for dishwasher having error code F8-E4 and leaking water. Inspected unit and work area. Found water setting in drip tray and dust underneath unit. Performed diagnostics mode and ran test operation with drip pan uninstalled. Monitored operation and found no sign of leaks. Ran test mode again to insure there are no leaks. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed the thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temps was 416. Next three readings were average of 357 degrees. I found the oven door does not stay open when having at 90 degree opening. I removed the inner pane of glass no found only one pane of glass when there should be two. I installed a second pane of glass and tested the door and it stays open as designed. Job completed"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit stopped cooling and after a few days, it began to cool again. I tested temps in the FC=6 degrees & RC=40 degrees. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested in test #4. Unit operated as designed. I tested the thermistors and ice maker and the unit is operating as designed. Customer advised the water dispenser will dispense water then slowly stop. I tested the dispenser and the water pressure coming out was good. Tested for approximately 20 seconds and it continued to operate as designed. I removed the toeplate and inspected the lower harness st the left hinge and it was good. I found the condenser coils dirty and vacuumed. I changed the defrost time from #1 to #2 in test #7. I advised the customer that due to the coils being dirty could have caused the unit to stop cooling as the compressor got too hot. Recommended monitoring the unit and if they have more issues to call in for service. No,water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing water or making ice. Customer stated that last company that was out replace inlet valve and filter head. Inspected unit and work area. Gained access to water line going to door and tested dispenser operation. Found water frozen in door, will need to add heater kit. Inspected ice maker and found majorly frozen over (see SD-QUICKPIC). Will return with ice maker with fill tube kit and inlet valve. Will need authorization to complete repair. Arrived on site to test unit for f3e0(open sensor) and front two burners intermittently working. Found oven sensor in range and not open. Continuity through harness was good. No signs of cracks or damage to harness. Voltage to unit is correct. Was not able to replicate issues with burners. Recommend replacing control and infinite switches. Arrived on site for a dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection I found the dishwasher running as designed. I found the disposal did not have the drain hole punched out yet. Arrived onsite for unit having F5E3. Unit was blinking F5E3 lid lock will not unlock. Tried to unplug and reset the unit. Unit wouldn?t not let me go into diagnostics. Unit kept flashing error code. Also customer asked about water issues. Let customer know to pick up the drain hose because the drain hose was not in the correct position so that the unit would drain the water. Need a new lid lock and possibly a new control. Ordered parts. Needs authorization before returning. Office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W10810403 (lid lock assy) and 1 W10812421 (elec.control board)
