"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I retested the unit and found that it operated as designed, until heated after several cycles. At that point, the unit would then not ignite, after the hot surface element heated and the gas valve could be heard clicking. Per MFG test #4d, pins 1-2 on the gas coils, were open load after the unit warmed up. Allowing the affected coil to cool, the continuity came back at 1-2 and was the reason for the intermittent operation. I removed and replaced the valve actuation coils and tested. The unit heated and through 10 cycles did not fail. Internal, no-load cycling temperatures on high temp setting were 101/193?F, which was very acceptable and temperature decline showed little restriction within the venting system. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for dryer making loud noise. On inspection I turn the tub by hand and it had a roared loud. Then put in diagnostics and it got real loud. Gain access to,the bottom of them unit and there was no oil signs. Took the pulley still could not find any evidence of oil leak. I took the wash plate to see it there was any thing causing the noise. I again spun the unit by hand it sound like the bearing were bad. I replaced the gearcase and ran the unit in diagnostics mode and the roaring noise was gone.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I found the tub full of water. I pressed the start button for 3 seconds to get the drain pump turned on and I could hear the pump motor but no water was being drained. I found the drain hose kinked at the disposal and also found the unit connected with the RO system drain hose (photo). I corrected the dishwasher drain hose (photo) and retested the unit. I found the drain pump struggling to pump the water out the unit so I removed and replaced the drain pump and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer have whoever installed the RO system to remove the RO drain hose and position it on the lower piping and explained that the manufacturer will not be responsible if the dishwasher floods the home and the RO system drain hose is installed this way. I advised that the RO tank will drain and can potentially backfill into the dishwasher causing it to overflow and flood the home. I contacted techline and got this information documented in SR #7735786333. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the dr hose due the original part being badly crimped. Customer advised that the unit continues to make the noise it was making before and provided a video of the noise which sounded like the condenser fan blade hitting something. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested each component and when the valve came on, I heard a vibration noise and found it was the valve bracket vibrating against the unit chassis so I adjusted it and the noise stopped. When the recirculating pump came on, it began to make a grinding noise as if it were struggling to pump. When the condenser fan came on, I could not hear anything other than normal noise. I advised the customer of my findings, in which, they heard this noises as well. Arrived onsite for a cooktop with the burners not lighting. I found all burners lighting correctly. The issue is when the center burner valve is turned all the way down to simmer and then turned up the flame goes out and gas keeps coming out. I could get the valve to work correctly after spinning the shaft back and forth multiple times but when it stays off for a short period the valve fails again. "WRT138FFDM01 Arrived to inspect no cool. Upon initial plug in, the unit made a growling and ed startup sound and then engaged. Amp draw after five minutes only reached .68 and a short-cycle attempt revealed the compressor making the growling noise until start device disengagement. Windings measured 4.4 and 5.4 and start to run was 9.3 , slightly lower than expected. I replaced the start device and capacitor and tested. The compressor actually sounded worse with the replacement. The unit will require a compressor replacement. Office to order compressor, dye drier and service port. The heat exchanger is copper. Arrived onsite to repair broken blower wheel. Used blower wheel and repair kit to fix. Dismantled and removed broken blower wheel. Installed kit parts and blower. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. All checks good.

Arrived onsite and replaced the compressor and uv drier and access valve. Pulled vacuum on unit for 20 minutes. Held vacuum properly. Charged system with 5.7 oz of R134a and observed for proper operation. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.
