Arrived on site to inspect side by side refrigerator. The customer informed me the unit will not make ice. I tested temperatures and found them good. I tested water at the dispenser and found it good. I found the ice maker switch in the off position. I turned the switch on and tested the ice maker. I preformed a harvest cycle and it passed. I ran a fill test and it passed. I tested the thermistor and bucket switch and found good readings. I instructed the customer to keep an eye on it and let us know if it does not harvest ice. The unit is operating as designed. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit has been intermittently cooling, but generally is not holding their food. Advised that makes a buzzing sound and then it will make a clicking sound which they read online indicates an issue with the compressor. Found the unit not cooling upon entry. Ran unit through diagnostics and was able to get the compressor to kick on. Found the unit over-amping, and would shut off within 5 to 10 seconds. I swapped out the start device on it to see if that would fix the issue. Found the unit still over-amping indicating a faulty compressor. Found the tub completely empty of water and attempted to power cycle the unit. Found the unit still continuing to try to drain. Removed the pressure hose from the control and tested the pressure hose. Found the pressure hose was good but the unit still would not stop attempting to drain. Checked resistance through the drain pump and found proper resistance. I replaced the control and tested unit. Unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Found that RC cabinet thermistor was not positioned correctly and tucked behind LED module. Tech recommended securing thermistor and allowing temperature to stabilize. Upon inspection I found this to be true for both sections I found the the in the RC the right side door gasket was torn and was letting warm air in causing the condensation there the fc had condensation as well and the was caused by there being a separation of the inner and outer door skins on the fc door. The customer mentioned to me the some of his items freezer and the basket of the fc on the top shelf I advised him that when packing the unit to always leave some space at the vent for good airflow, after making sure that the damper worked properly. I am ordering the fc door and the cover to be replaced. I replaced the right RC door gasket to help with the condensation in the RC, office reschedule ; ordrng 1 12977880SQ (DOR-FIP SS) and 1 W11519867 (COVER)"

Arrived onsite for F97 error. On inspection the error was both stoves and when start them it errors out in the first minute. I gained access to the back of unit ohmed out both fans and they were good. On the fans is a senor board that monitors the speed of the fan. The fans work I think they the lower one is spinning to slow or the sensor is bad. I installed the upper fan with the old sensor and it made no difference. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water into the ice bin. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker keeps leaking water into the freezer section and down into the fresh foods section. I found a cut piece of tubing on the original fill tube and a ziptie sitting on top of the unit (photo). Customer advised the ziptie came off. I found the original fill tube is long enough but had to be pulled forward to properly rest inside the spillway of the ice maker. Using some tubing from my van stock, I cut a longer piece of tubing and removed the old tubing and tested. Unit is operating as designed with no further leaks. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leak from left overflow hose. I installed the clear door and ran multiple test cycles. I found all spray arms working properly. The unit still leaks from the overflow hose while the wash pump is on. I found water dripping further back from the overflow hose. After inspecting the leak further I found the tub leaking from the lower portion. The tub is leaking directly above the left overflow hose causing water to drip from the hose. "MHW6630HC3 Arrived to inspect water issue. Upon entering service test mode, I found F8E1, F0E2 and F5E2 stored in error code memory and cleared for testing. I found the 1st stage of the cold valve would not fill and made an irregular noise. I removed and replaced the valve and tested. The unit resumed normal operation. I advised the customer on detergent use, as there were laundry pods in the vicinity and recommended less detergent, due to the error codes that were found within the service mode. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E4 & F9E2. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. While testing, I removed the float switch from the drain pan and found water with detergent in the pan. Cleaned the pan and placed it back in place. The unit operated as designed. I found the left side upper corner of the tub/door gasket was pushed inward when it should have been pulled out when the door was opened. I found dry water spots along the inner door panel where it seals at the gasket. I removed and replaced the float switch and tub/door gasket and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Replace cam and test unit by running a normal cycle with laundry. Unit is banging violently. Found lots of holes in basket are not pierced. Need to replace basket. "KSGG700ESS3 Arrived to inspect error and unit not completing heating. I found F2E1 as the only stored error code and cleared for testing. The unit operated as designed and cycled the burner on and off. Further inspection revealed the ignition wire for the spark ignition system, was misrouted over the back of the left drawer slide, creating a pinch zone for the wire. I corrected the routing and watched several more heating cycles and the unit operated without fail. I advised the customer of my findings and they will contact us if issues persist. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator making a loud noise. I found the noise coming from the RC fan hitting ice. Everything tested good and the ice build up was only on the right side of the evaporator up to the fan and in the shroud. The right side seal was not sealing correctly on the cover. I broke the old cover off and cleared all the ice. I replaced the cover and all seals are sealing properly around the cover now. Call complete.
